I have been coming here for well over a year. The atmosphere is great, and they have amazing hours of operation! They are open late, which is so convenient! Sometimes there is not a lot of staff, but I always appreciate how kind and hard-working these wonderful people are. I love the service as it is always top-notch. They are honestly extremely nice in here! Don't be in a hurry as they get busy sometimes! Patience will always pay off. If you are in a hurry as some of the reviews suggest, call ahead to put in an order. I do take-out and eat in. Their pho is always delicious, and they have fresh French Macarons in many delicious flavors. I always get a box for special occasions. I cannot recommend this place enough! I always tell friends and family. You'll find novelty items, and wonderful food. It is also comical how the inside is always changing display-wise, but it is always looking great!! Favorite neighborhood food/ coffee/ dessert spot. I will always support this small business.

I had the House Special Pho. It met my expectations. The broth had a really solid flavor. There was more than adequate beef, most of which consisted of meatballs. The noodles were the extra-thin type, which I prefer. Parking was plentiful. The only negative was the absence of a little dish for the Sriracha and housin dipping sauce. However, after asking for one, the waiter brought me a little plastic cup.

My son and I saw this location as we were driving by and it did not disappoint! The food was delicious and great atmosphere! This time I brought my kids as well and they ate their entire plates and each of my kids gave Alo two thumbs up! I had the vermicelli with shrimp and it was delicious. I would highly recommend. My kids had steamed rice with filet mignon. We shared garlic wings and everything was tasty. We will definitely be coming back here! Service was excellent!

On top of that, the owners are incredibly sweet and kind. Truly such a gem!!

We love their food. We’ve been to all pho places around Laguna Niguel and surrounding area and by far Alo Asian has cleanest, fresh and tasty Vietnamese food. Staffs are always friendly amd welcoming and always has great attitude. Highly recommended.

This place came in clutch for being open on the holidays when most other places in the area were closed. After getting what felt like a child’s meal for dinner at a restaurant in Irvine and then trying to go to a couple other places on the way home for a snack only to discover they had closed early, my partner luckily remembered this place and suggested checking if it were open. Fortunately, it was, and although I ordered in person, the food was ready for takeout within a few minutes. I got the grilled tofu and rice combo, and it was great. Nothing fancy, but it was well-seasoned and tasted like a home-cooked meal, which is exactly what I wanted.

Food is delicious! This is hands down the best Pho in town. Service is hit or miss, they've gone through a ton of front staff and those there often leave to be desired, either never see them or they're at the table every 10 minutes. Even so, absolutely adore this place.

We used to come here at least 3 times a week for a year, mainly for the milk tea boba. We stopped coming after we got served this half drink. When we asked for them to fill the cup they refused and said it was against their policy to fill up if you didn't get ice.(first time we asked for no ice. It was cold outside). I've never been to any other restaurant that is that stingy, specially when you're coming in every week.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! In this story works a young girl with glasses as a cashier, she either needs to be fired, or she needs to undergo customer service training. Teach her how to communicate with people. She is not only rude and “not smart” , but also demeans customers. I don’t even want to order online!
