My business partner and I had a quick bite meeting at this location today April 5th around 4:00 PM. The young lady at the counter was very friendly and efficient. Makes us feel welcome. We made a mistake on our order and she fix it for us kindly. Truly made a difference in our experience. I’m not a pollo loco regular but at this location and with that type of service I can see myself coming back again.

I go to this El Pollo Loco all the time and I get the Queso Blanco. It's always the same consistency and they always know what I want. Great service always and restaurant is always clean! I will always go to this r it and recommend this place to family and friends. Cheers

I ordered a shrimp tostada salad and it was so tasty. I’m a pescatarian so I love when they have shrimp on the menu! Definitely recommend it with the cilantro dressing and the green salsa. I love going to this location because the service is alway fast and the restaurant is clean, not to mention the staff they are always so helpful and kind. No matter of it’s the drive thru or inside the restaurant, they are always consistent. 5 stars always!!!

I live across the street from this location and the food is always so good and so fresh. I went in today and the chips I got were still warm. They have very friendly staff as well! I commend this location. I’ve worked in food service for a long time and it’s rare to find people who still care about quality and not just quantity.

They did pretty good and were quick, but they got my order wrong and I didn't realize it until I got home. Update July 2022: I appreciate that El Pollo Loco responded to my review. I have to emphasize that we have been coming to this location for a long time and still come to this location often and they have usually been great.

For what it is (fast food chicken), it's very good. Probably the best fast food chicken. Most locations are consistent and this one is no different. It tastes like allo the other locations I've been to, and that's important. Staff is very friendly. The price is good . They have free WiFi. They accept Google Pay.

This and the other location in Mission Viejo have the most intense, OFFENSIVE toilet smell ever! They reek of sewer. We felt like the building was going to blow up if someone lights a match! Whats worse is they have poor ventilation and air conditioning. These restaurants need to be reported to City/County health departments very soon! We are not going back there.

I rarely write reviews because most places are pleasant and overall good experiences. More or less what one would expect as a customer. I will write a review when I have an experience at either end of the spectrum though. And this is one of those times. The woman behind the counter made me wish I had gone elsewhere to feed my family. She was disinterested, unfriendly, short, and made me feel as if I was a bother to her. Poor service to say the least. We dined in, but she didn't bother to ask if it was for here or to go when I ordered a family dinner meal. My family was with me when placing the order so I assumed she figured it was for "here". To my surprise she had everything in a bag to go. We asked for plates and were told they had none. They gave us plastic lids instead. The food was good, but the experience/service was plainly horrible. I know we all have bad days, but I also know that we are to leave our troubles at the door and do our jobs to the best of our abilities. I for one will never come back to this location.

This place has gotten expensive. 36 dollars for a salad, a burrito with 1 drink and an order of churros. Way too much for mediocre food. I won't be back.

This place I enjoyed everytime long while age. Recently this store management is really cheap and sucks. Old Hispanic guy got Wrong order and wrong amount charge and I ordered Coke, but didn’t put on my ordered. He always says “It’s okay” that’s it all he saying that and got me wrong charges and wrong ordered and makes me feeling bad to going this place. They need to have more education to getting the right order and give more respects how treats the Customers have feeling better and have enjoying foods and have good moods in inside places. Their manners are getting worse so We chooses not to go this place anymore. So cheap and not good attitude~

Look at my receipt, I asked if she can give me 6 mild Pico, 6 regular Pico and 2 cilantro sour cream ( I’m ready to pay for the cream) but when I checked my order I said this is only 4 Pico and she said yes! You said Pico and I told her yes but I need mild and regular and where’s my 2 cilantro cream and she looked passed off and she gave me only one! And not that she also very rude to the customer in front of me, the guy asked for a sauce and she said you were here yesterday and I gave you a lot! Where did it go? You threw it away?! Then the old guy said never mind it’s ok. I think this associate should have a training! I hope that she’s not the supervisor coz she not showing her team, A good manner and good customer service! You should check or review the video! This location are terrible for customer serviCe especially drive thru! They will not give you the condiment you asked for. Terrible!

There was a bug in my daughter's sprite and I showed the woman at the counter. We were so grossed out that we couldn't finish one whole taco al carbon and a small Coke Zero - our order was just about 20$ - 3 tacos Al carbon and a chicken quesadilla a small sprite and a small Coke Zero. I didn't touch my Coke Zero and my daughter took two drinks of her sprite. The bug was stuck to the inside of the cup. The woman at the counter goes "oh a mosquito?" I was like I don't know. She offered me a replacement drink. I said no I want a refund. I should have been refunded for the whole order or at the very least for the taco we threw away and the two drinks. The place was dirty. I am so grossed out. I will never go back there again. And the woman at the counter was so rude. She never apologized or said goodbye she didn't look at me at all she acted as if she did me a favor. Never again.
