Me and my girlfriend got to this jack in the box at least 3 days a week and everything about it is amazing there is a girl that works here sadly we haven't gotten her name but she always asks how are newborn is doing and the food is always a 10/10 highly recommend this place

I went to Jack in the box because they had a deal that if the Rams scored 2 touchdowns or more I can get a free Jumbo Jack with the purchase of a large drink. This is a great deal, just add french fries and you've got it made! I have always liked Jack's hamburgers and fries so it is an easy choice for me. So, go over to Jack in the box and get a free Jumbo Jack, if the Rams get 2 touchdowns that is. Jack in the box is still a good place to eat. The service is pretty good also.

I love this jack in the box. I went to a lot of jack in the boxes and I get a grilled cheese sandwich but the cheese is never melted, it’s like they slap the cheese on the hamburger bun and call it a day, but this one will actually melt the cheese. the fries are always fresh and the other day we ordered a big meal and usually FF places don’t tell you what’s in the bag, they’ll just shove the bag in your hands and call it a day, but this FF will tell you exactly what’s in each bag. 5 stars.

I receive good service from the people who work there. They are friendly and make sure that my orders are correct and help with any questions i may have. No complaints from me about jack in the box.

Today I visited this establishment and it changed my perspective and opinion about this location. When entering the door I was greeted by a young man named Daniel. I proceeded to place my order and I sat down. While waiting, I observed Daniel and his customer service. He exceeded my expectations and I am truly shocked to find such fantastic customer service at Jack in the Box. Not the place that you would expect, but this is where it was found. Cherish this associate because with his skills he can go anywhere. Frankly, I wanted to offer him a position of my own business. That’s how good his customer service was.

Food was delicious! Had to park to wait for order, but it was all good. Didn't have to wait to long. Customer service was great.

I have to say I'm always well pleased at the service at this location. I've visited many other Jack in the box restaurants and I dont know if it's the training here or just the staff but they are always super friendly from my experience, great customer service! Never had an issue with my order and as another reviewer posted they always confirm my order at the drive thru and when they hand me my food to ensure accuracy. Good job employees at this spot and congratulations to the managers, you should be proud of your employees. Very happy patron and thank you!

We've had our hit and misses with this Jack's but it's always pretty good! Nice and friendly fast service. Never had a problem. We go here at least once a week!

I know this food is extremely unhealthy but i still enjoy going with my mom. The strawberry old-fashioned thick shake is the best. Get your curly fries and enjoy a good time in a tall table.

Drive thu was packed but i still got my food fast. Please change your fryer oil . my mozzarella sticks tasted like old french toast. Staff always pleasant tho

This place has really stepped it up over the years. Drive-thru can be long at times leading into the street but it is the only jack in the box in the area. No complaints from me, haven't had a problem here.

The food is great. But... Inside, most of the time the service of taking an order takes awhile. Even being the only one in line. Waiting 4 the food is like waiting 4 ur connect. Lucky there's WiFi. Sometimes there fast as lighting. Sometimes.

It's a jack in the box what can I say. This area parking lot has a trailer park in the back and sometimes rvs park back there too so tweakers are always hanging out there. Truck parking close by but only fits 2 trucks. I dont like eating in because your car can get trapped if the drive through backs up and or you'll have a tweaker looking in your car couphing on it when you come out.

Prices are pretty good. Food is usually good, when they get your order right. This was the 4th time they messed up our order here, so now we open each item and check it in the drive through before we leave, which is scary to do at a fast food place, who knows what they do when you aren't looking. But we live close by so we frequently go back.

I only give four stars even though the food was good and the service was great, they are not being accommodating for those of who do not have a vehicle during the time of covid. Their dining room remains closed and there is no way to obtain food from the restaurant without a vehicle to go through the drive-thru. Lake Elsinore has a lot of foot traffic and I think they should accommodate for that, especially since this particular Jack in the box is located near so many camp grounds and resorts.

See I struggle with 3 stars for the location because thus I would call my "home" and at times everything has been horrible from service quality, price ect. Then there's the time when if there would b 6 stars. However it's hard to place judgment only on one visit when I've been coming here almost 30 yes but definitely in a 3 decade period a total review would b hightv3 star well I'm being to hard and it should of got a 3 decade 4 star review

Staff are respectful and very patient especially with the very unfortunate loitering around the business but you know what there awesome people too, there just struggling. Anyways yeah its a good place to go for some fast food especially if your looking for a late night snack or early morning breakfast.

Before this place had very very bad and poor customer service. They were so rude to people and very judgmental. Had you waiting for a long time inside to order. Now I can say that I noticed almost all that were rude are no longer working there. The employees now are so far great. Polite fare to all even the homeless. And if they know it will be a min to help you they let you know of this and apologize for the wait but they do hurry for you. I been in retail many years and in management. Customer service I take highly and finally I see that here they have good customer service. Thank you!

It was nice in the A/C during the sweltering heat! It took the cashier a lil bit to get my order from me, but she was courteous enough to comp my guest and I a fountain drink for wait. Food was as ordered and and perfect temp. Thank you JIB crew!

They have gotten better, used to get something in my order wrong 9 times outta 10 now it's more like 4 outta 10. Foods always good and prices are reasonable. Staff is a hit or miss, surprisingly it's the younger crew that's usually nicer here. The older management seem to always be stressed out or just hating life in general.

great place employees are courteous, and food always hot. only down side is the drive thru vs parking. if you have to park so they can complete your order. the spot is right in front of the drive-thru and took me almost 5 minutes just to get out of the parking lot.

Sick of the shake machine BS, they never want to serve shakes it seems, especially at night. But who wants shakes for breakfast? We want shakes during lunch and dinner! And late night- hello! Also sick of the other issues like cash only- there's always some kind of issue...

Been here a few times, but in my recent experience, I came in at 1am andordered 4 tacos/4 chicken strips. Sadly the chicken strip recipe has changed -- no more peppery taste just bland. Expected at least warm food at 1am but everything tasted like it's been sitting for a long time. Chicken strips were slightly warm, had mushy breading and chicken meat, tacos were cold and tasted off. Pretty disappointed that all my food is cold at 1am but oh well. Saving it for tomorrow since it's cold anyway. Another time I came around 4am and it was closed. Another time they didn't have any lettuce. Staff also seems pretty burnt out and tired. 3 stars for effort.

I mean, it's Jack In The Box... they're all the same. My only major issue. They won't allow homeless people to get water. It's 105° water is a life essential. Give them a cup of water ffs. It's tap water. Not Perrier. They're not even asking for food. I know, I know, they're unseemly, dirty, smelly... all is true. But above all... THEY'RE HUMAN BEINGS. I wouldn't treat a rat this poorly. Have a heart Jack. Give them water so they don't die.

Drive thru line was long, so I walked in to order. Went straight to the counter and was never acknowledged that I was there for at least 3 minutes. No pleasant greeting or anything, just finally a "what can I get you". Horrible customer service. Luckily the food was made very well and tasty. Sourdough Jack and onion rings.

Apparently the employees here make their own hours. Wanted to sit down and eat. Was told they dont open until 6am on fridays. Dont see that on the sign.

The guy who took my order was cool but the woman who handed me my order at 4:25 -4:30 pm was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable. The guy at speaker asked if I wanted sauce I asked for 2 ketchups and a bbq sauce. Once I got to window the woman in reddish vest handed me my food and rudely just kinda dismissed me without waiting to see if I needed something almost as if she was annoyed by me.. I look in the bag and sure enough she didn’t put the sauces.. she had already walked away so I waited til she came back to ask for the sauces and she gave them to me but gave me such a bad vibe while doing it and wripped my food bag in the process and just closed the window on me… horrible customer service

Ever since the new remodel with the second drive thru, I have yet to see it in use. Got lunch today only one drive thru open, the line was blocking customers trying to back out of the parking space trying to leave. If it was open this wouldn’t have happened. I have seen them change the drive thru signs on the menu, I don’t know why it’s never used. Make it make sense ? Food was good tho.

Great and spacious but the fries were too salty

Just had a chicken sour dough and had to remove the chicken.... It tasted like runner and yet not cooked. I'm only giving 3 stars because my French fries were good.

Food was ok. But the dining area was a gross filthy MESS! Tables were dirty & floors were littered. There were only 4-6 other people seated. I told the cashier that the tables were dirty. She replied, "I know, there was a rush " (Only 4-6 people were sitting in the dining area!) A little while later she came with the rag & cleaned a table or 2 - floor was still a mess. I took some photos & they must have seen me, because then someone e came out to sweep.

I go there every morning, dirty, homeless people outside and inside dirty. Manager there does nothing. Outside of entrance absolutely filthy. I tell manager... they just look at me. Many people r disgusted with that place.what is wrong with management there. Last year you had a man jump thru the drive thru window and was attacked by a homeless man and cut his throat. He jumped thru drive thru window to get away. Oh.... this started inside your building........discusting.

Went there for dinner, through the drive thru and the girl took one part of my order then told me to please hold and when she came back told me the wrong # that I had told her before "holding". Then I repeated my order and she kept getting the #'s wrong four times!!! I prayed my order was correct when I pulled up to pay. The very worst visit I've ever had at this Jack in the box.

Just wanted something for my activity. Got 2 combos. Black dog hair and blonde hair found in my milkshake. Fries were double dipped and still not very hot. ( I’m not a blonde nor my partner, I don’t have black dogs ) everything else was good

This is the second time in a week that they didn't have change to give out. They were also rounding down, if your meal cost 11.98, they would give you 11.95 in change bc they didn't have pennies. Earlier in the week, they were lacking any kind of coins. Not that a few pennies is a big deal, it makes me think that they are not taking the care they need to run efficiently. They always run out of bottles of water early in the day as well. The owner or manager is not doing something right. I won't return.

It isn't that hard to take an order correctly! The workers need to CHECK THE ORDER!!! I ordered a loaded breakfast sandwich ON A REGULAR BUN (it wasn't) I ordered bacon cheddar wedges WELL DONE (they weren't) I ordered 2 tacos and they weren't even in the bag....$15 an hour my ass!!

Was told to park out front for my order which is understandable, we do that all the time. Waited quite a bit which wasn't an issue because I live less than a minute away. We get home and our tacos are so soggy you would have thought they had been sitting there for a while. They either had them sitting there the whole time we were waiting for our food or they pulled them out of the fryer too early. Mind you, we literally only ordered tacos so they shouldn't have had to sit there that long. Either way this isn't the first time it's happened and the reason why we go all the way to Bundy Canyon and get home with our STILL crunchy tacos. I've worked at Jack in the box before I know how it can be, but for this to happen everytime is unacceptable to me.

The chicken sandwich is good, my kids always enjoy them as well. I get the jalapeno poppers but its always a hit or miss, some times they come out burnt and dry and other times great just like the rest of there food I guess. Buy here its a fast food joint so you gotta always expect the worst

Drive through at 1.50pm, Thursday. In the window, manager lady. I ordered a bacon western cheeseburger combo. Not only were fries and burger barely luke warm and the coke had a strange aftertaste, the burger was very flat.. You could not see any appetizing meat or cheese and no,, it looked nothing like any of Jack's advertising. Sickening! Fraud and bad, bad service at this location

Rude customer service EVERYTIME I go here. They toss the bag at me through the drive thru. They are very rude when you ask questions. The food is always very old cooked. I would recommend every other place but here.

Can we say major homeless issue? Absolutely disgusting walking into the restaurant and having to walk pass several scuzzy homeless people while they ask for money and get crazy with u when u tell them no. Even inside there is more sleeping in booths and charging thier cell phones . They also use the restrooms to wash themselves and do thier drugs. I will not go back!

Homeless are always hanging outside near the entrence door. The past two times I’ve used the drive through the homeless come up to my car as im ordering to ask for money or food. It can get really annoying and it’s uncomfortable.

They literally guard the bathroom tough, due to homeless ppl getting high in there,and because they disnt see the one come out or me go in they started pou ding on the door threateni g to call cops, and woyld t listen when i told them i just went in there.

My order from this store on the 13 Aug include a double bacon sourdough burger, egg rolls, and Oreo milk shake. The Burger had no meat just 2 buns, tomato, and bacon. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS JACK IN THE BOXS. Tried again and recieved a shack and egg rolls no burger at all. STAY AWAY IT SUCKS PLUS YOU DON'T EVEN GET A STRAY Sun, 19 Nov at 7:10 AM the lady working the drive trough was rude. She is a professor in sound wave travels and can tell you it not Jack in the Box system (I don't seem to have problems elsewhere. I order the breakfast jumbo plater. It comes with pancakes. I received no butter or syrup. I did get sweet and sour source.

Absolutely horrible! Lines always long, and they mess up more orders then they get right. Evene with the 3-4 times they repeat your order they still give you a wrong order. They lost me as a customer, besides the Railroad/Diamond branch is way friendlier and can actual get your order correct. UPDATE-- Still a horrible restaurant, decided to give them one more chance. To no surprise they messed up my order again. So there is no way for me to reply to Jack in the Box's reply to my comment??? The best part about your reply is you answered faster in this review than you did to my customer service complaint email (still yet to reply) glad you guys can spend more time on Google maps than actually replying to emails of customer complaints.

They were descent at first, but after a manager change things went down hill. It's unfortunate, we used to frequent them, they are close by and the people working there used to be so friendly. Now it's all managers who don't really want to be there and homeless tweakers all over inside and out and giant rats popping in and out of their dumpster that put on a night show as you drive through.... If you stick around long enough you may be lucky enough to view a bad drug deal gone wrong beating in the back lot behind the reataurant.... I'm constantly disappointed in this location. Considering it's fast food, the ability to serve what has been ordered is not there. The last 3 out of 5 times I've been my order has been incomplete or incorrect. But this is nothing new. This has been my immediate location for about 6 years now and this has always been an issue. Not to mention that every time i order tacos they have nearly no meatin them. NOT EXAGGERATING.

Even though this restaurant just got remodeled, the service and attention to detail from the employees is horrible. I've been there 3 times since they reopened and each and every time something has been wrong with my order, the food was cold, or I was asked to park instead of getting my food from the drive-thru window.

I was told to park in the front was given my sprite but my food and redbull were going to be handed in spot 1. Its okay I've been told this before no biggie I said sounds good, but can you add a couple ranch, she said yes. So I see the lady( got her name Angelica) with our food, and I told her that I was missing my redbull drink and in a loud voice she said NO and I told her that I had my receipt and she yanked it out of my hand and literally threw it inside my window and told me to go to the drive thru.. I quickly said, wait why? You wer supposed to bring it out and she rudely said, while walking away, NO get back in the line! ( if you have been this to this jack it gets crazy packed) and just got out of the car and went inside to get back in line and ask for my drink. she was already preparing it but she was telling the other employees something. I always go to this jack but this person was very RUDE and not nice at all. Poor customer service. She really needs to get moved down to cleaning cuz I never want to encounter her. I know people have bad days but you leave them at home, especially if you have a customer service job. All other employees especially the night girls are always nice and polite.

When you only order a large curly fry and it comes out cold yeah think why did I ever have to go there in the first place. The young male worker outside took my order and he was very courteous. The girls whom originally took the order, was also courteous but there was half an order. After four tries I asked for my money back I won’t be going to that Jack ever again.

Be careful eating here the security guard will try to kick you out exactly at 30 minutes of being inside rather your still eating or not. MPS security is a joke. The lady sits inside while the place is closed. Then her supervisor acts like a cop which is very dangerous for a security guard. Good thing their not armed guards innocent people would be dead do to MPS security. TRAINING IS VERY IMPORTANT! Management should get new security.

Although the food was fresh and service was fast, I did not appreciate the 2 persons sitting at the front entrance. I nearly had to climb over the guy’s legs and what made it worst, is that they were smoking. I went inside the restaurant coughing and I could hardly speak to the person (brown shirt) who was helping me. I advised her of the individuals blocking the door and smoking and she even told me that she could smell the smoke. I figured she would have told them to leave but she didn’t. They were still there sitting at the front door when I left. I will not be returning.

The manager wouldn't let me charge my phone in the free outlet. Even with a plate of tacos on my table.

If I could give this review a zero I would, I have never in my life experienced someone being this rude and condescending right off the bat. I’m talking about Estella, she is a horrible choice to have working anywhere. Right when I pulled up to the window she asked in a rude tone what’s the name on our order. No one asked for my name on my order so I was confused. I gave her a name but turns out she was just assuming we had a mobile order. We proceeded to tell her we got our order taken at the speaker and in the rudest tone I’ve ever heard in my life she goes, “what did you order, I didn’t take your order?” After telling her fifteen times what I ordered. And then she goes we don’t have a mobile order with those items after I already told her I did not place a mobile order. After the fiftieth time of telling her I definitely did not place a mobile order she has the audacity to treat me like I placed a mobile order and insists that if I just placed the order than the food won’t be ready. I never placed a mobile order! Honestly I think this worker may have been under the influence of alcohol. I can’t even add the whole conversation because it was so long of us going back and forth with her acting like we’re trying to steal someone’s order. With how rude and unprofessional she was, I ended up driving away. Also, whoever the guy was working with her was obviously terrified of her, makes me think she’s always acts like this. I’d like to add her shirt was untucked she was not wearing a name tag, or anything to cover her hair, and with my sister working at a different jack in the box I know that’s not okay and unprofessional. I ended up asking for her name and in a sweet little tone she goes, “I’m Estella.” I have never made a review for anywhere before this, I’ve never received such horrible service, I have never ever been treated like I am stupid before. With her tone I genuinely felt sad. I have never been treated like this anywhere. I go to this specific jack in the box all the time, and have never experienced such poor service. I’d like to mention her name one more time, it’s Estella!

Decided to give these guys a try again while getting a quick bite before going on a 2 hour drive. I ordered the tacos and got 98% lettuce and a PINCH of meat ? That AND the wait in the line was a good 25 min. Again, why build two lines to only ever have one open. This place keeps disappointing me Back to Back. That nightmare you guys have do NOT care about anything, just slapping the food together and its either messy or made wrong.

Why am I gonna be spending 20$ on 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries. Where is the logic, good thing I had a coupon to make them cheaper because nothing in my meal was worth 20$ today, they gave me old, dry chicken and it tasted a weird burnt flavor, didnt even taste like good chicken, & it was hurting my teeth to chew it. Theyre seriously lucky I didn't go back and demand my money back. This was terrible. Wow they just reopened and not only did they not get our order right but we heard the manager belittling the staff for the second time in a row. If she spent the time filling orders the same way she does berating her staff in front of customers maybe we would have actually got what we ordered. This is the first time I’ve written a review about seeing employees get abused. Fire her. DO NOT order the Nashville mozzarella sticks, they will be soggy and cold. Everything we ordered went straight in the trash for the second time in a row now. If you feel like throwing 20 bucks in the trash go here!

Was so excited to try the new banana French toast sticks with chocolate dipping sauce for the first time. I did the drive thru, got my usual items along with the French toast sticks, drove home, only to discover they "forgot?" to include the chocolate dipping sauce. Too far away for me to drive all the way back, I called them to let them know and all the worker could say was "yeah that happens all the time. They always forget to include the chocolate sauce" 🤨 So the French toast sticks were very dry without the sauce for my first time 😒

This jack in the box got a new look recently but the service still stinks i always have to repeat my order like 2 or 4 times and even then when I pull out of the drive thru and I get home my order is wrong and it's cold and or it's falling apart .they still forget napkins and straws and when you ask for ketchup you only get 3 even after they just handed you a big order .at time at the windows pulling up they still read my order back to see if it's correct fries are most of the times cold and taste like they have been sitting for a week .and that's drive thru. Dining inside is not as bad atleast if they mess up your order you can just walk back to the register to get it correctly rather then get home and have to drive all the way back .so before you pull away from drive thru triple check your order
