I guess you can say that Im someone who has a hard time at stores being a down and out person who likes coffee a lot and Im treated as a person there so only good to say about the place. The manger has to just be the best person I know to her the person buying is her friend that is the best i have hope it makes you want to just stop in and are what going on at Starbucks.

This Starbucks is more then just a place to grab coffee, tea or a pastry. The manager and crew are so wonderful! They are always smiling, they have a cheerful demeanor, and make you feel welcome. This Starbucks also cares so much for the community. They donated Coffee and a cup to our non-profit to use as a raffle prize at one of our fundraisers. At this fundraiser we were able to make enough money to buy 100 Christmas presents to children that are underprivileged, it was an amazing experience! Thank you for all that you do, not only being baristas, but going over and beyond what is expected of you to ensure the community and your customers are happy and taken care of.

I have always gotten good coffee and good service at Starbucks. I like their ice coffee made with almond milk 😋. I don't think that I have ever heard of anyone who doesn't like Starbucks. I know that it is possible but come on!!! If you like good coffee 😉.

They earned 5 Stars by perfectly crafting my off-menu coffee beverage. Ask and you shall receive. Such as a hot bev, but at a lower temp; for your custom bev to be placed at a lower price, if possible. Such as, instead of Add Shots of espresso, begin with an Americano. Oh, surprised me with a Pup-Pop (may not be its name), but my doggie sure enjoyed it!

I go to Starbucks at least once a day! With my custom drink requests, they always get it right, at every location I go to! Thanks Starbucks!

Been coming to this Starbucks for years, and I'm not sure I've ever been disappointed in a drink. It's very tasty even compared to other Starbucks locations this one stands out as a deliverer of decadence! 😎 (Avid dessert coffee drinker, sorry to those black drinkers out there, I don't have experiential input.)

Starbucks is always my favorite coffee place. However I am very fond of this location because of the employees. Most of them know my order and they are always very warm and welcoming. Also the location is in a good spot. It's right off the freeway and in an easy to get to shopping center.

Great service! I wanted the new vanilla latte but unfortunately they were out, so I ordered something else and was content. Jessica came over and gave me a gift card and apologized that they were out of the latte I wanted. Wow! That was a hero moment! I wasn't expecting it. Shout out to Starbucks!! I've been here quite a lot and everytime it was a pleasant experience. I usually come here after school or if I'm around the area and feel like something to drink. I usually see students studying and doing homework at tables and surprisingly it's very accommodating to do so despite the background noise. Costumer service is very good and they get my order right everytime, but my name does change in spelling every once in a while haha.

I went in this morning and little did Austin the batista who was so warm and welcoming know how bad my morning was. I began a conversation with him about the new pistachio drink and how I was so tempted to try it but scared at the same time lol. I ordered my drinks and he generously offered a sample.Mind you I assumed it was going to be a small sample cup because it normally is. No, Austin surprised me with a tall drink and my order. He was seriously the sweetest!!! Oh and highly recommend the pistachio drink, it is amazing! And thank you Austin, you really turned my morning around for the better.

Fast and friendly staff and consistent drinks. The only thing that seemed out of place was the lack of seating, inside and out. Only a few people, at any one time, can sit to enjoy their coffee or tea while socializing or reading.

Long line, having to wait every time I've gone inside. The last couple times. Seems like they need extra personnel to help out.

went in on a wednesday night and there was a guy named omar who was pretty nice and a girl who was extremely rude but other than that everything was pretty good.

Starbucks is ok. I would primarily get a Vanilla Bean or Strawberries with Cream. My kids love the Chocolate Cookie Crumble Frappuccino (try saying that 10x fast!). Please note that this location doesn't have drive thru.

First time customer at this walk-in location. Ordered a iced chai tea latte and a Frappuccino. Two customers waiting in person prior to my order. After approximately seven minutes of waiting was told by a employee it would be a little while for my Frappuccino because "they only have two blenders and like 10 Frappuccino orders". I replied okay. Perhaps if I were told that when I ordered I might have ordered something different. When my Frappuccino was finally ready and they called my name I asked where my chai tea was and he pointed over to the counter where it had been sitting the whole time. I think they shouldn't have made the chai tea until the Frappuccino was almost ready. Probably going to find a different location to buy from in the future.

Not impressed on how my drinks were served. All three cups were filled with a lot of ice. More than half the cup to be exact. They were all grande cups so barely any drink.

Asked for a few rhings. One was an almond milk based drink no whip. The barista made it with. It was caight but it haf whio on bottom and top. Though they tried to remove it they opted to re make it but, it wasnt made with almond milk. Thiugh I asked if the re-make was made with non dairy, my kid suffered through the day. Take the extra minute. I would prefer to wait one more minute than to hear he suffered through a day because of your mistake.

Clean place. Not very customer service friendly. I'm guessing because they are very busy. Not an excuse though.

Got white chocolate hot chocolate that was not very good. All you could really taste was the foam. The hot chocolate was not hot either.

Normally we stop by for our favorite drinks, waiting time and quality is good and acceptable but today was the exception, I was dissapointed there were only two girls and lots of people in line. Ashamed!.

As I was ordering a custom drink for the first time, I could tell the 3 baristas were judging me. The girl taking my order rolled her eyes and the girl making my drink kept repeating my order in sarcastic way(Carmen I think was her name). I left feeling uncomfortable.

Needs to learn how to handle mobile orders with in person orders better. They have 2 ovens and using both for mobile orders making people that came in wait for 20 minutes for their food while their drinks go cold. And no free top off for the wait. What a joke.

Like most people I’d like to think I’m paying $5 for coffee rather than ice. This has happened at this location specifically on several occasions. Extremely disappointing.

Absolutely ridiculous!!! Waited 45 min for 4 coffees. Had to cancel one because they didnt make it right- no coffee in it! Then the barista started arguing saying there WAS coffee in it- IT WAS WHITE!! Never Again!!

I stopped by this Starbucks to pick up some breakfast and it took about 15 plus minutes. Extremely slow. Also there was one older woman barista that was extremely rude.

Their mobile service is awful. I have ordered three times from this place for pick up and it take me an additional 25-40 minutes to wait for my order :( . People walking in get first service.

Not my regular SB ordered my regular Carduccio. Was really bad. They made it a couple of more times but still horrible taste like all milk, so I ask if they could just make me a mocha that's easy they didn't want to do it they wanted to keep on trying to making the carduccio so I just gave up and left with my horrible coffee.

Another poor customer experience. In store putchase with a sandwich. Got it from the shelf, asked for it to be warmed. After about 8 mins I asked for it, told it was in the oven, then the girlgrabbed one from the shelf and put it in the oven. When I asked why she told me it was in the oven, the other girl told me I gave them the wrong one and I said "so I gave you the wrong sandwich that I wanted and it's my mistake?" She replied "yes, but we grabbed the right one" then walked away. I showed the other girl that it scanned on my app correctly and she admitted it was used for a mobile order. I continue to be dissatisfied with Stabucks. Maybe they did it because I was wearing a Black Rifle Coffee Company hat?

Slowest baristas ever. Don’t go here if you are in any sort of hurry. I walk in, the only person there (the rest are sitting drinking there coffees) and I order two drinks. I then go to my car to get my phone and walk back and still no one in line. Then three people come in, one a group of two, and ALL of these people get their drinks before I do because the three people working are busy talking to each other. You can tell just by watching they have no clue what order the drinks came in. You only have one job, get it done.

Making someone wait over 10 minutes just for a cup of water is ridiculous, probably the slowest Starbucks I've been in a long time. No sense of urgency

Employees will use microaggressions towards BIPOC. They seem to think getting your name correctly isn't important. My name is not Jose, the name written on the cup you just served me doesn't say Jose but just because I'm brown the server decides to rename me when they call out for my drink.

Worst Starbucks ever the girl making our drinks is more interested in talking with the people she works with then doing her job. The sad thing is there is no one on here and she still took 3 times longer than it would normally take........frustrating!!!!!

I am a frequent flyer with Starbucks and sadly today was Very disappointing. I placed an order through the mobile app, anticipating walking in to grab my order, and leave on my way. When I approached the door, there was a hand written note informing that I needed to go through the “ Drive- thru to pick-up my mobile order”. The drive-thru had 12 cars waiting coffee ahead of us. While waiting I notice another customer, presumably wanting their mobile order, standing at the locked door, clearly frustrated/mad, and then the door opens and she is handed her coffee. When asked at the drive-thru window, the barista lied about other customers receiving their orders. Highly disappointed. The option for mobile should have been disabled if it was not an option.

Cashier was unattentive and not communicative. My drink was just all ice. So I essentially paid 5 bucks for a cup of ice with a few gulps of poorly mixed coffee. I don't usually leave reviews to places even if the service was bad because I assume the shift is not going well... But its slow as a turtle in here and the staff clearly doesn't care.

This place has the worst baristas. They're always extremely slow, but today was ridiculous. Pretty sure the guy making my drink was high! He kept getting side tracked and was acting really weird. I finally had to ask that he finish my drink so I could leave! 14 minutes with 2 barista and I'm the only one in the place. Sadly, this is my local starbucks and I will not go there again.

I come here often because it’s near target and no matter what day or time it is they take such a long time to make one drink (even when the store is empty). Today I ordered black cold brew, literally nothing in it not even ice, just pure black iced coffee. Knowing even that would take forever I went to yougurt land for 10 minutes, came back and my coffee still wasn’t made. Unbelievable. I work at a Starbucks in Murrieta so I know the drink I ordered only takes 10 seconds to make. I just left without coffee, didn’t feel like complaining because they always take forever.

The only difference in these huge chains like Starbucks and McDonald's or Walmart is the employees working at that location. And the employees at this one are your typical stuck up baristas who act like people going here to order something are an inconvenience. Also, the sign ok there door says 5am. And there was a handful of us standing outside waiting for them to open until 530. Did any employee take the time to come tell us the sign was wrong? Not until they opened. Could even acknowledge the fact that we were there. There's a Starbucks inside Target in the same parking lot go there instead these people don't want you bothering them anyway

Horrible service rude managers that called the cops and trespassed me for no reason LAWSUIT COMING. Went FOR A REFILL THE COPS SHOW UP. Management filed a false police report which is a felony and crime. AVOID ALL STARBUCKS ITS ALL DUTCH BROS NOW. We are back to those days where the managers go on power trips and call the cops on you for no reason.
