I went there in the morning today. There was a server at the window named Alfred. The system was down. He was very apologetic state com wasn’t freaking out asked me politely if I’d like to wait until he finds a workaround so you could take credit card payment within a couple minutes he was able to take the payment and offer a small discount for the inconvenience. Give that man a raise being able to stay calm under pressure I own my own company and I always praise this type of mentality for all my workers.
Ordered in the drive through. Hate the AI taking the order so swrvice is 2 stars . The staff at the pickup window was kind and helpful and deserves 5 stars. I wish I could rate them separately. My daughter was happy with the food.
I loooove Carl's Jr so much. SO SO SOOO much! I would love it if you could build one in Tehachapi CA.
Definitely had a good experience this morning. Completely messed up my mobile order on the app and Alfred and Katelyn resolved it without giving me issues and accommodated my request. Came in a little worried I wasted my money on the wrong order I didn’t and left a satisfied customer 👍🏽
The cashier man was very courteous, kind, and helpful, even taking the time to make an item redeemable outside of Breakfast hours from the Rewards app. Food was great and service was great and quick too. Bringing the food to the table was great too. The burgers were always piping hot and tasted very good, eating Double Western Cheeseburger was absolutely delicious with how crispy both the bacon and onions rings were. 👍
The drive thru gal was awesome. Our Dad had literally had just past away but the drive thru gal hooked us up and got our odd behaviors selves on our way. Lol! Food was fab. Old fashioned.....club sand! No wheat bun or sprouts as they used to, but still...fantastic
Just had the freshest breakfast burrito I could possibly have at a fast food this 5AM. The hush puppies were so flaky and delicious. The bacon was perfectly crispy like I asked for. Very satisfactory. Way to go Kim and the chef... Thank you!
Carl's junior is always a proficient and fast place to eat. They're on the ball when it comes to getting their customers food. It's always fine and a decent price at least you're getting what you pay for unlike some other password joints

Who doesn't love the unmatched and undefeated barbeque Western bacon cheeseburger. I haven't had one in a long time but it's definitely what keeps me coming back, I also enjoy the spicy chicken sandwich, more jalepeno please! Oh and bring back the Memphis pulled pork sandwich!
Food was received in a timely manner, however it took a little while to get my milkshake. My order wound up being double-prepared which was interesting. Food quality was good and fresh, and they correctly made my special requests. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant was well maintained and clean.
The person at the drive-thru window this morning was so pleasant and being that I'm a senior citizen she took the time to make sure that I got the discount and everything
Me and my boy James used to go on runs everyday and come here for water. If the ladies there weren't sweethearts, I would have wished I could give this place 0 stars.
Customer service was awesome, and the establishment was clean inside and outside. The only complaint we have is the food was very bland. Particularly the the waffle fries!
When the guy(Carlos) brought my food to the table to eat I asked if there any refills on drinks he said only one refill. I haven't finished my food when I went I politely ask for a refill and the ladies in front of the counter very RUDE SAID "NO REFILL" So I have to repeat myself 3 times for REFILL until the guy(Carlos) who help me in the first place came out and he politely gave me my one last refill in a fresh cup.
Unfortunately, the sandwich was too cold and fell apart while eating.... and there was not enough sauce on it. But still very tasty. Look different, in your pictures looks better!
I can't believe they did this. Went to Carl Jr. for my mother, well, let talk about one of the key components iit's call fast food for a reason. I don't understand. We're in fast food customer service.They park the whole drive through lane.When I say that we were probably number 4.Been parked and we were the lucky ones because we only sat there for about 15 minutes.Yes I call myself ben duh and waiting for my mom's burger. It was like they felt their timer needed some TLC over getting the food out to the customers. I want to say you really believe that your corporate office believes that lines moving life that? Wow, here a quick reminder that they have carmaras in restaurants for reasons. Please think about those people who are trying to get something to eat after they've worked and get home to their family. Idk what is going on with the lack a touch of empathy compassion and just a little respect. This is goes a long way.
Disappointing that they've started using AI to take drive through orders. With how expensive the food has gotten you'd think they could hire people to run the drive through
Ordered chicken tacos received steak, I don’t hear steak. Ordered cheese quesadilla, chicken quesadilla. When I called I was told to come back and it will be remade. I was on my lunch. I am paid to do my job correctly but they are paid to do NOTHING and I HAVE TO COME BACK when I can’t just leave my job so that they can remake it. Waste gas time and energy for their mistake. Horrible service and CARLOS is a waste of space.
Nothing but bad things to say about this place. I went there one time for the first time, and went through the drive-thru to order a soda. Something told me to open my soda. My husband was driving as I was sipping my soda. I decided to open it just to find a booger in my soda!! how disgusting. I will never go back here again.
After spending $25 for 1 burrito I would say avoid this CJ's. Asked if i wanted the Platter, I saw they didn't have DrPepper at the fountain. "Oh we have it back here" oh ok if you have it back there Ill get it then. Ordered a burger with a side of sauce extra with it for later. Well sure enough they didn't have the soda as promised, and after leaving disappointed the following morning i noticed that they didn't get my order for the burger correct either. Oh i was only offered a refund of the $2 for the soda when i speant $25 for only 1 correct item that should have cost me no more than $10. WORST & MOST UNPROFESSIONAL LOCATION EVER!
Last time I was here I could have driven off with free food. This time, we're the only party inside and they cant handle it. Not sure if my burger looks smashed or dropped.
