Noodles are dry so is the rice. I got the sirloin broccoli paid the $1.50 more premium charge for beef. My serving was small 3 pieces of beef the rest was veggies. Very disappointed ☹️ it'll be a good while before I go back ...

Google says it closes at 11 and by 9:30 they are already just telling you what they have left only i asked what time they closed and they said 10 or 10:30 so why would they stop making other food from the menu an hour before and if they dont close at 11 they should then update that on there!!! Or be clear to the time they close 10, 10:30, or 11

Today 10/21/2025 Lady at the register had a face like if the manager was mad at her, barely eye contact when I ask her about how many fortune cookies put in the box (family meal) and when I ask her about chopsticks she just “we don’t have any” without even looking at me…. I understand that is late already 21:45, but most of us work late too…. Sad place all Dirty and just not friendly at all

The shrimp quality was like that it sat stale for several hours and was nasty, Other Pandas ive been too were 10x better, they did not even give me a utensil or any sauce. Seems like the staff just didn’t care. Im aggravated we could not even eat the shrimp just pissed away money.

More than 20 minutes at drive thru. That's why I use the mobile app so I can just pick my order. Plus if im telling them im picking up an order under my name. Why do they ask to see the confirmation? Its not like im guessing what orders come in and under what name. Its ridiculous. I don't know what was the issue with the lady in front but they took like 10 minutes with her. She was just holding the line. Im on my lunch break, I only have 15 minutes left and they didn't even put a fork. Never ordering from this location again.

This place is always filthy, and the food is getting worse as time passes. At one point the food was tasty and well prepared. And not to mention it is very expensive. So why does it have a rating of 4.1? Who knows. Perhaps Laredo doesn't know what good value is. The rice and "lo mein" is insipid and bland and either over done, or under done. This last time we ate takeout we got sick for days... I do not recommend this place, for your health and wallet, eat somewhere else or cook at home all theses recipes are not hard to make. Myself and my family will not be eating here again.

Always closing before the actual closing time. Twice I've shown up 15 minutes before it's supposed to be closed and the doors are locked. I went in 30 minutes before closing and they all look upset and disappointed, as if they are entitled to stop providing proper service once they don't feel like it. If I go in 30 minutes before closing and I order chow mein I should be able to get more than a plate of cabbage and noodle bits, but that's what they tried to serve me.

Make sure if you order BEEF with broccoli that they actually put BEEF on your plate. All I got was this tiny little piece of meat and a WHOLE LOTTA BROCCOLI - They're so cheap with their proteins. You would think I would've learned when it happened the last time.
