Shift leader was very helpful in answering all of my questions as well as adding more flavor without a hesitation when I said I couldn't taste it . Appreciate the good service ☺️. I had only stopped in for a lb of coffee & ended up buying a new cup & tried the iced green tea as well because of the friendly employee !!! Dunkin is my go to coffee spot!! I'd be lost without it. The staff at this location is very friendly and the place is clean. I go everyday and it's always a pleasant experience. The manager Walley is customer oriented and gives customers great customer service.

I LOVE this DD. My personal favorite employee is Lawrence. Lawrence works the night shift and makes the BEST cup of coffee you'll EVER have!! On the plus side if you make friends with him, He'll remember you and how you like your coffee!!

The DD is always great. I ordered food for my sister and I as we were traveling to NYC very early. The order ahead feature was wonderful. We were on the bus and opened our food and started to eat it and immediately stopped as it had a terrible metal taste. We have never had that happen before and we actually threw them away. This has never happened before.

Super quick service. The gentlemen who was the primary cashier also asked me my name so as to expedite my order since I was in store waiting. Very pleasant older dude and def has a good grasp on making operations run smoothly there. Very happy with them.

Very clean and we went kinda late but they had a good selection of donuts nothing was stale. The place looked well maintained and the staff were quick efficient and friendly. All in all a good Dunkin to stop at.

The line moved alright given how busy it was. My 4 year old really likes the new bagel cream cheese bites - perfect size and delivery mechanism for her size. Wish there were more low carb options as even their bacon isn't really keto-friendly.

very poorly educated workers here, not nice, they don’t know how to work fast, and lack of common sense. sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. they charged me for 3 drinks and i only ordered two then they couldn’t give me my money back.

My wife went to order 3 different things, but when she first said that she wanted a box of joe, he waved his hand at her and said “that will take a while”, stopped taking her order, and then took orders from other customers.

If I could I would give them 0 stars. I went in this evening to get a hot tea. I was very specific on the instructions on how I wanted it made. 1 slice of lemon and 5 liquid sugars. I asked the guy at the drive thru window if it was made correctly. He said yes. I get home there are 5 slices of lemon and it is black. I call and tell them I'm returning the tea. I arrive the tea was prepaid so the tea was not hot so they make it again. No apology at all. Never again

I went today to get a hot tea with cream and sugar. When I parked my car at my college and opened my tea I realized that they forgot the tea bags and just put water, sugar and cream. This is usually a great place but today it really ruined my morning paying $3.23 for this is just sad.

This particular dunkin I was the ONLY person in. Took 8 minutes for someone to come help me. Then they gave me a broken cup and said be careful! Gave me donuts that looked like they had been sitting outside melting for hours. Total time in store for 1 coffee and 1/2 dozen donuts was 13 minutes!!!!

The woman working overnight sounds like she’s on her last leg plus, she has no sense of urgency. There was one car in front of me and I waiting in line for about 15 minutes. Once i get to the window the woman says she has to remake the order because everything got cold. This will be a 30 minute ordeal for 2 drinks and 2 bagels

This morning I ordered the 2 for $6 bacon,egg and cheese croissant sandwiches with hash browns and 10 munchkins. Got home and ended up throwing it all in the trash. The sandwiches were hard, bacon was not cooked. The hash browns were cold, and mushy. The munckins were not fresh at all, tasted like they were days old. My family I have been going to this dunkin for years now and the last two times we went this location the food has been horrible. I think after this experience we will go somewhere else or do without.

Almost every single time we go to a dunkin anywhere in Latham or Cohoes the food is absolutely awful. There is the rare occasion where it is decent and gives us false hope that it is getting better, we really only get it if we wake up late and have to walk our dog. Everytime either the bagels are burnt, stale or both and same for the hash browns. We stopped getting coffee all together because literally everytime it was burnt. This morning there was so much butter on the bagel it went all over my pants and car seat. And on top of that my bagel is completely burnt. Just save your money go literally anywhere else or buy charcoal and eat that. Probably cheaper in the long run.

Please turn online order. Expect to pick it up within 30 seconds when there got stuck in a line for 40 minutes. I would suggest if you in a hurry do not come to this place service sucks management sucks. You can’t have one person work overnight and when it comes early in the morning, there is no help. I give this place a one star for everything because waiting 20 minutes just to pick up a cup of tea and you can’t even cancel your order when you’re in the line or you can’t leave the line. It’s just very frustrating these days. Dunkin’ Donuts don’t even have good customer service so I will stay away from this place.

After 1 min and 30 seconds the guy tells me, “hurry up and order im tryna get outta here y’all just goofing around.” keep in mind there was nobody in the drive through and it’s a 24 hr dunkin location. this guy was just miserable and hated his life. This Dunkin' has the rudest employees. When we went there tonight at 10:30 and ordered coffee, they gave us the wrong order something we didn’t even ask for. When we asked them about it, they got angry. Instead of apologizing, they told us that we should say 'sorry' and 'thank you.' every single time we go there in the afternoon the all male staff are some of the most rude and disrespectful people i’ve ever encountered in a dunkin. The only one who was nice was the person who worked the front counter. The manager goes out of his way to be rude even when the situation has nothing to do with him, we get handed COLD sausage and ask them to make us a new one and the manager tells him to put our food with a bite taken out of it in the oven, the oven that other peoples food touches. Literally disgusting 🤮

Visit today at 11:20 am Thursday 08/29/24 I love to visit here most of the staff is good there is a black American girl is there my wife explain her order that don't put any bacon in the sandwich once the order came up my wife saw she put bacon inside her sandwich she said why you put that bacon 🥓 in my sandwich she answered that just throw the bacon and eat sandwich i am just concerned that if someone have allergic to bacon that what they told there customer if you dont like to work in dunking leave the job and worst part is this they dont give her a new sandwich and plus they charge for the order. I dont know if these companies take action on their employees or not, but these are the people's who let the customers don't come to this location. we just love to pay by hours without working.

Was enjoying my coffee and wraps and two of the lady's working at 3:05pm were being very unprofessional with I believe his name was Matt I have never seen something so unprofessional. The lady's were both yelling at him telling him to use common sense when making something. They also were yelling at him to leave with customers being in store very unprofessional of the two lady to speak to a coworker like that will never go back to this Dunkin until I see the two lady's gone very very unprofessional

I don’t know what happened to the old staff, but I really miss them because they were genuinely nice to the customers and very polite and patient. Over the past three times I’ve been here, there’s been what I assume to be the new manager, who's been extremely rude, unhelpful, and overall just very unpleasant to order from. I ask for a simple order; it’s not that hard to make it and have me on my way without the attitude and rudeness. I used to work in fast food, so I know from experience that it’s really that simple and not that hard. I hope future management has a better work ethic than the current staff, because this is unacceptable. I don’t care if today's not your day; you don’t care if today's not my day. So how about we both do each other a favor and just keep it cordial instead of arguing over food like children.

We went through the drive through today at 7:58pm today. My husband nicely said hello and the nice lady was like hi how can I help you and then my husband said oh wait sorry one second and then some other person snapped around out of no where and was like why are you saying hello if you don’t want to order with so much attitude and then they went silent. He literally said hello as a gesture of kindness in greetings but to receive attitude and being yelled at for no reason was so unnecessary. We decided to leave and not order bc clearly there’s something going on there and we didn’t want to stress anyone out.

I come to this location every single day without fail, sometimes 3-4 times a day. The morning staff are very sweet. However, it takes 30 minutes just to get through the drive through. I showed up at about 7pm the other day and the night shift was very rude complaining that I was ruining her break and she had to finish eating before fulfilling my order. So I sat at the window for another ten minutes when there was another person on shift. There is a super nice dunkin right down the road and I will be going there instead now.

Came in at 9:30 through the drive through and laughed because we accidentally drove too far so we had to reverse a little to order. Me and my friend laughed a little and heard someone make fun of us, laughing out of the speaker. We asked for time to think for our order because they said they were out of the drink we wanted. So, after 30 seconds we put in our order. They were having trouble understanding the order so we had to repeat ourselves multiple times. After this, we were told we had to finish up our order faster due to us being on a timer. There was no one behind us, but ordering in a quick manner. After our order, we pull up to the window and we told we should have ordered faster and not laughed. We took only 30 extra seconds to order and the lady was telling us that their boss was watching and we were somehow getting the workers in trouble. I said we weren’t trying to waist their time, we simply needed a moment to think of a new drink to order. Then she said it took us too long. I told her we only took 30 seconds. She denied this saying it was longer, but when I asked how much time we spent, she ignored it and told us to just be better overall. Once our food was handed to us, the lady went and said how we were being rude and waisted her time. The window was open, and we heard this, and told them we were still waiting on a water. We took our water and left.
