I went there very late but the workers still humored me and my bad jokes and the salad was still fresh looking with no wilted leaves or bad berries. The dressing, almonds, AND fork were all included! (When I worked at bk, i always forgot that.) Thank you for the awesome experience

This review goes for all Wendy's. Often I want a good breakfast sandwich in the morning while traveling, and my choice is finding one at a local deli establishment. There were many restaurants in the vicinity I was considering ordering from, but at least $10 would get me a single sandwich consisting of bread, an egg, meat, and cheese. For still under $7, I can get a sandwich I already know tastes good, breakfast potato wedges, and a coffee from Wendy's. There's only so much you can do with a breakfast sandwich! You really can't beat Wendy's if you want just that, even if comparing to a bakery that makes fresh bread- the croissant here is wonderful. Another nearby local place had like a $2 upcharge if the breakfast sandwich bread was a croissant. Yeah so I'm not one for fast food chains in new areas, but ill stick to Wendy's for just a sandwich.

This one actually had a dining area open for breakfast. No one to take your order. You had to use a kiosk. Food was good though. I am beginning to think fastfood is on the decline do to all the electronics taking people's jobs.

Pretty much what you expect from a Wendy's. Haven't messed up our orders, although sometimes the burgers are haphazardly put together 🤣. No big deal. Taste is good and what you should expect from the chain.

Great food, friendly staff, fast service. The kids' favorite place for quick meals. I like the healthier options then most other fast food. gains have available, and feel the quality is above others as well. The restrooms and tables have always been clean as well when we have gone, and we often see them come out and clean up as soon as people leave.

Hasn't ever missed at any location, they never have messed it up. Especially good here. Since then they have lost the spicy nuggets so they go down 1 star. Update they brought them back.

Our favorite Wendy's now! Love, who I think is the manager, the woman who always takes our order. She is fast, efficient and super friendly. When it is slow at the counter, she can be seen cleaning tables etc. A true hands on manager. While not "updated" per say, the restaurant had a warm homey feel and is extremely clean, and the food is always hot and fresh. Plus they still have a menu board you can actually read. Kudos to this location, and the fine workers staffed there. 😉

I've always been a big fan of Wendy's!!! It's pricier compared to McDonald's and BK but it seems like it's healthier 🤷‍♂️ And you cant refill your drinks here :( so I can't give it 5 stars

Their fresh beef really does make a difference. Wendy's solidly answers its competition with juicy burgers, crisp fries, and classic frosties. Wendy's is a go-to fast food chain whenever it is in the area.

Good food! Way better than McDonald's! The wait isn't that bad whether you dine in or out. Pleasant service every time i have gone there.

Always use this Wednesday because it's open late I go there after work I go to drive-through and when there's a gentleman working the drive-through at night hes great awesome personality you're efficient then when there's another person working at the female she's kind of young very bad dis position don't like to go there when she's working on the drive But over all I love the food

Stopped to get a bite to eat for a family member. Super quick service in the drive thru and order was fulfilled with out any issues. Beats any McDonalds, especially the one in Latham farms.

I rated this restaurant and my most recent visit a 4 star out of 5. No place is perfect so let's get that right. The food was tasty and relatively inexpensive for my palate that day. The place was clean, and the people behind the counter were dressed and acted appropriately. It was actually refreshing because some of the places I've gone to , prompted me to take a shower upon leaving. I will return soon for another good fast food meal. What it the healthiest meal I could have eaten, No, but isn't that what health insurance is for?

I never go inside, drive thru only. Fries are some of the best in the fast food game. Frosty is unbeatable, it's not a shake and it's not ice cream, it's a frosty. Sandwiches are mid.

Wendy's has always been the better fast food chain. ALWAYS! I went there for a quick bit. I being cursed with a gluten allergy order a Jr Bacon Cheese Burger no bun. The guy who took the order put in lettuce for a bun. THANK YOU!!! It was great . It was delicious. Again, yhank you.

Not bad, Wendy's. Mostly clean, except for the occasional napkin on the floor Wait time was around 5 minutes, which wasn't awful for fast food. Prices were also pretty good too. I got the bacon double stack Biggie bag. You get so much food for what you pay for. The burger is really good, the fries are average, and the nuggets are decent. Also has the cool Coke Freestyle drink machine, do drink options are fantastic. Overall, very nice location. Atmosphere is a little boring though. But that's to be expected with fast food

Krabby patty is not bad ngl. Pineapple sundae was enjoyable. What wasn’t enjoyable was the price of the thing. they are really charging $14 for the crabby patty meal. I don’t care how you slice it. That’s a rip off. I shall not be getting the crabby patty meal again. One great thing about this place, though. Is the unlimited vertical clearance in the drive-through, which is great if you own a sprinter van. Those who own sprinter vans know it is difficult to find a drive-through that accommodates such a vehicle.

Little surprised that everything was fresh. Almost like made to order instead of the usual prep to re heat. Which is an amazing difference. Still think they are over priced. Although You get what you pay for.

I got grilled chicken with no sauce and lettuce instead of the bun. The lettuce was green and crisp. The lettuce did not quite have the taste I was hoping for, but it was good enough.

The employees after 7 PM suck their rude to customers. You get the wrong order, or your food is cold and sloppy. They need to hire a new crew Fortnite time.

I was glad they were open but the food was poor. The dbl cheeseburger was very sloppy and tasted old and tough. I ate 3 fries and tossed the rest. The people working were nice and I appreciated the convenience of having warm food.

My order took a very long time and it was to go. It was wrong. I know that this is a very busy location but its not the first time something was wrong. They are pleasant enough (even with the extremely rude customer yelling at them) I typically avoid this Wendy's, but it was very late.

Inside and outside super long lines. While waiting inside to order noticed over where the fries are made the pipes right above cooking and cooked fries had chunks of dust or grime hanging. Definitely changed my mind on ordering fries.

Fast food at fair prices. At this store it seems you always have an extended wait in getting your order. On the bright side, it is always hot but to have to wait 10-15 minutes for a burger or chicken sandwich is tough for some especially if your only have a 30 minute lunch break.

Somehow I have yet to be able to give Wendy's a good review no matter how many of the outlets I visit. As a rule, I don't review fast food outlets but Wendy's used to be my fav in a different country and its just disappointing in the US. To its credit the particular outlet had very friendly and helpful staff.

It's Wendy's, what you would expect. The baked potato at this place has been less than appealing the last few times. I neglected to take a photo, that's on me, but I'd I'm going to describe it, I'd say, it looked sad. It was poorly cut, a lot of the potato was sticking to the skin (sitting around too long?) and I swear the potatoes are smaller. That's not a location thing, it's like that at every Wendy's. Make sure to use any coupon you can, and don't get your hopes up, they're likely to make an error, but at the end of the day, it's Wendy's.

The parking lot is rarely without some type of garbage overflow issue. Usually the garbage before you enter the drive thru. I usually order on the mobile Wendy's app as it affords me a more expeditious process. I would say out of 10 visits, 7 of them will have issues. Whether it be: missing items, receiving someone else's order completely, notr being given straws or utensils when asked and being told "yeah, it's in the bag" only to realize once im all the way home, it i indeed NOT. i order chicken nuggets , and they gave me a burger and fries today.

Usually when I go to this Wendy's I get what I paid for so usually I'm happy, but today I was very disappointed! The sandwich wasn't what I ordered! The thing was a mess the wrapper looked like they took it out the trash & I had to throw it away! I want very happy this time, but again usually good! It's Wendy's best fast food breakfast sandwich!

Place was alright, I felt bad when asking to see the breakfast menu because they had old fashioned wooden panels that won't open easily and won't keep closed. We usually go there for frostys, one winter the ladies there laughed in the headset after hearing someone wanted a frosty. It was loud and rude. The hot Dave burger wasn't hot at all. Won't be ordering that again. They had a sign up about not taking cards one day so my mother and I went to another Wendy's for our frosty cravings.

I asked her if she was the manager, she said yeah, why? I said because she was dry. She said what does that mean? 01/04/25: Tried this location again. Wasn't entirely thrilled. Sandwiches were hot, fries were BARELY luke warm. I ordered a Caramel Frosty, (via the new self serve kiosk) and was told afterwards they only had vanilla and chocolate - so a waste of $2.79. Also if I knew ahead of time that the 99 cent Frosty was $2.79, I wouldn't have ordered it!!!!!! Talk about a price gouge! On top of that, they redid the lobby with all hard back and hard seat seating. They got rid of all the comfy booths. The ONLY good thing about the lobby is the new multi-function soda machine (self serve). It has quite a few new drinks and one that you can combine as well. Oh well, from now on, I will take my food to go (after ordering in the lobby), no expensive Frosty, and I will check the temp of everything before I leave. I'll eat in my vehicle or take it home. (And don't get me started on the fact that two of their Combo Meals are now $30.00!!!!!! {for both} 😡🤬 ) 8/19/24: Since I had pleased with the Garlic Parm Nuggets before, I decided to order the 20 piece tonight. I was mildly disappointed. There was supposed to be FOUR sauces in the bag, only gave me THREE. Only gave me ONE napkin for such a messy meal. They separated it into two-10 piece containers, and when I went to reach for the second container, they DID NOT have the lid on securely and the garlic parm sauce went all over the bag and what sauces I hadn't opened yet. I would think a fast-food worker would check all lids before bagging them and/or passing them out. Guess not here. If and when I come back to this particular Wendy's, I will check everything (no matter what I order) before I leave the drive-thru window. 🤨 Ordered the Garlic Parm Nuggets. They were delicious! I also tried the Triple Berry Frosty. It was good as well. I went through Drive-Thru around 3:30 pm. Only one vehicle ahead of me. Good time to stop for a quick snack.

Usually great...put in a mobile order for pickup @ 1:05pm; on arriving at 2:07pm, I was told it WAS HANDED TO SOMEONE ELSE AT 1:23 😡 Had to wait for them to make another order. NEVER will I ever put in a mobile order again.

The food was good, however I have another reason for the low score. I order online, as I typically do. When I went in to pick up I was advised to wait so they could make it, normal. The gentleman who was "to make it" was nice and explained he had to use the restroom to his associate. He asked someone to back him up and explained why. The woman advised him "that wasn't her job" and "she didn't know how to do that". Meanwhile he had stepped away and she did start making the meal. While I understand the systems are different for online ordering I was okay with the delay. Where my bad review comes in was when the poor gentleman was STILL in the bathroom someone opened the employee only door and yelled at him to come back from the bathroom! The gentleman advised when he came back he had mentioned he had to go. He was then told "it was the wrong time to go because they were busy". Excuse me? I am not sure about others but I don't think you can 100% dictate when you have to go to the bathroom. I also understand it was lunch time but really? He was upset and was not happy this was told to him from what I can tell. Whoever told him that has completely turned me off to this Wendy's. I do not even care if it is 2 minutes from my office, I will now go out of my way to NOT patron this particular one. Whoever embarrassed that young man should be ashamed. To that young man who remade my food after all that as it was made incorrectly, thank you and I am sorry you had to deal with that.

Food was not great. Tasted like the oil needed to be changed, and that the nuggets and fries had sat under a heart lamp for hours. When asked for fresher food, the tyrant of a manager took it out on the cashier, right in front of everyone in the dining room. She was loudly questioning if her staff should be in elementary school or at work, if they had common sense, and taunted them by asking if they wanted to go home early, when they were grovelling for her forgiveness. While eating, I also heard her complaining about a staff eating without paying for their food. Overall it sounded like poor leadership and training to me, not to mention these conversations should not happen at the counter, loud enough for the entire joint to hear. Her over-the-top shenanigans will keep me away for a while. Focus on training and the quality of your product, not belittling your staff in front of customers.

I don't go to Wendy's often so I'm not sure if it's service normally, but my friend and I had a pretty long experience in line here. We waited ten minutes for the food (burger and nuggets) to be given to us, and the person making a root beer float had to remake it.. twice. The food was good, though! I just recommend they speed up service or people wouldn't leave the line :/

Clean, older style Wendys. We asked if the strawberry frosty was made with any nut products, as there was an allergy. Employee said "We aren't allowed to tell you if it is or isn't". Food was okay, cashier kept asking "is that it?, Is that it?" Give customers a chance to finish ordering.

The breakfast staff is terrible. The dining room is posted to open at 10 and they refused to open. The woman inside just kept yelling drive thru. So much for walking over to get something to eat while getting my car worked on at Toyota.

There is litterally always a problem with this place , if it wasn't for the fact my kids like thier chicken nuggets we would never go so count ur blessings. The most recent example was tont, they forgot an order of chicken nuggets , I asked for only bacon and cheese on my sandwich twice so they would know and they wrote it down right and still gave me a sandwich with all the extras and dressings .....Mayo upsets my stomach alot so thanks for taking away my dinner . At least I still had my chicken nuggets ooohhhhhh wait that's right no I didn't but I guss it wouldn't have really been that good because not only did I ask for extra sauce and told u I would glad pay for extra BBQ sauce which u did charge me for ......u felt the need to add insult to injury and didn't give my 1 freaken sauce . Ordered food from Uber eats last night 9/14/24 1:00am spent 30$ and the closing store manager accepted my order and decided not to make anything I ordered and sent a soda instead of any of the food and told the Uber driver tell me to get a refund I can’t believe they intentionally robbed me

Incompetence is astounding. Usually messes up some aspect of my order, whether a wrong ingredient or missing item. I have very seldom seen my receipt match the contents of my bag, in this case they put white onions on my sandwich instead of crispy onions, but my girlfriends sandwich had crispy onions?? How does that make any sense. Get it together loudon rd wendys you guys suck.

Awful service. Vastly incompetent workers who are rude and impatient. Constantly making errors with drive thru and walk in orders. Location was decent about a year ago, this year not so much. Been there 3 times in the last 2 months, every single time either the order was wrong, missing items, or received attitude when asking for condiments or straws when they forget to put them in the bag. Highly disappointing.

They forgot to put extra toppings on my burger when I requested it and its happen numerous times. Also overheard the manger tell the employees in the back that raw food cannot be touching cooked food.

Went to the Wendy's on New Loudon Road all I wanted was a chicken sandwich with lettuce onion and tomato and when I got home there was no lettuce onion or tomato and my chicken looked old and or burnt. Even watched as it popped up on the screen that I asked for lettuce onion and tomato ended up throwing it away and getting dinner at Gino's on 4th Street they made it right the first time highly recommend Gino's on 4th Street in downtown Troy!

I’ve gone to this Wendy’s like 3 times because it’s right by my house, and without fail they f up my order. No sauce, wrong order, I really don’t know how they consistently are so bad. Needs a serious change up in management.

Not only did they get my order wrong but, the lady taking the order was rude and their was a hair in my potato. I’ve eaten there many times and this one time was enough to know I will never go back.

I received the worst frosty Chino I've had yet, for the second time! I had one a few months ago that was watery and gross. I let it go, and went back for the first time since then and it happened again! The woman poured frosty mix out if a pitcher into my cup without measuring it. (Also I thought the frosty Chino was made with frozen coffee but I could be wrong.) Then she filled the cup with watery, diluted iced coffee. I don't want to sound like a germaphobe, but we are mid pandemic and germ consciousness is something everyone has been forced to pay attention to. The woman I the window had really long, dirty nails, then went from handling money to rubbing her nose to touching my food without missing a beat. Yuck.

It was awful. Entire order was messed up due to worker not listening to what condiments we wanted on each sandwich. The lobby was so warm it made us feel sick.

We order 3 meals and 4 drinks. We order 3 frosty. And one soda. There were all the wrong sizes. There try to make us pay more bc of we complained that we got the wrong size. And we got someone’s salad and they put pickles on everything even the chicken nuggets. And some French fries looked they they were green.

Wife went through drive through and had to wait for food. 5 minute drive home and all the burgers were ice cold and buns were stale and partly soggy. Called to complain then was told there was no way "we were busy and everything was made fresh." So if it's not busy it's not made fresh? The shift manager told me she couldn't me she couldn't refund 40 dollars. I didn't even tell her what my order was how much it was or ask for a refund. When I asked for her name she hung up.

Today at approximately 1700 EST, an online order was placed with wendys located on new loudon rd in latham, ny. The order was incorrect and parts of the order were never delivered. Upon reaching out to the store, i was treated with complete and utter disrespect, basically told i was a liar and then hung up on by the male that answered the phone which was at approximately 1753 pm today 8/6/22. I know for sure this is NOT how customers are to be treated and all i wanted was the products that i was missing.  I was charged over $40 and received 3 small frosties, a $5 biggie bag and a summer strawberry salad. There was still an Entire #1 meal with a strawberry lemonade missing as well as 2 side orders of fries which were ordered SPECIFICALLY for the frosties! The items were left at my door via my specific order over VIDEO CAMERA and immediately retrieved which is ALSO on camera so theres no way for them to make any excuses. The ignorance shown by this ChildMan was remarkable.  The service efforts shown by wendys in this transaction would prove that they do not care about the customer.  All the nonsense going on in this world and you can't even get the courtesy of folks you buy product from to treat you respectfully.  Terrible job wendys.  I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau, wendys customer service again since this isnt business hours and filing complaints.when i called back after the apparent childman hung up on me, the female that answered said "she's the manager on duty" and i can call back to speak to "erica" who is apparently a higher manager than she. That woman was courteous and respectful, i will defintely say that! I REALLY wish i had read these reviews before ordering. I would've ordered elsewhere

I ordered two 'baconator' burgers and an order of fries for lunch for me and a friend. There seems to be no pride in creating good food here. The burgers didn't even come close to looking like what is advertised on TV. They were limp awful poor excuses for a burger. The fries were undercooked, limp, and greasy. I just threw them out without eating them. C'mon folks! Please make an honest effort to live up to the advertising images and quality we all see!

When I order a spicy chicken sandwich and it was correctly rang up on the ticket, I didn't need to hear a comment of "is it really a big deal" from the person making the sandwich when it came out wrong. It is a big deal because it's what I ordered and last time I checked, I was the customer.

The restaurant is never open. The drive thru cannot effectively handle the orders. When someone places a large order there is not enough space for the vehicle to pull over which further slows the line. If they can't find a way to open the drive-in restaurant then they should just close the place.

Every time I come to this location it seems like the employees do not care. Just today I tried to do a mobile pickup order in store and the doors were locked with no note on them or anyting so I knocked on the door and the employees didn't even acknowledge me so I said alright I'll go through the drive-thru and not only was the staff extremely rude they also forgot food in my order. I tried to suggest politely that they should put a sign on the door to let people know that the inside is closed and she just Shrugged and said oh well. I love Wendy's food and as a company but this location is awful.

How to start. There was one car in front of us in the drive thru and one behind us and parking lot was empty. We were told to wait in the parking lot for our food. 20 minutes later for two sandwiches and still they forgot one. Plus we waited almost another 10 minutes for the 2nd sandwich and it was made wrong. We just left. Looked like there was only one or two people working that shift. 1st time having their breakfast and the service and time was below rating.

If you have to customize your order at all, go literally anywhere else in Latham to get food. Go across the street to the gas station, or if you have more time Jessica Stone's. My first order was wrong. No big deal things happen. I go back in to exchange my order. The manager berates the (new)employee at the counter for taking the order down wrong (she didn't). Gives me my "correction" and it's wrong again. When an order says ONLY, please take it literally with zero interpretation. I just walked out. I knew wendys sucks but I was willing to gamble. Shame on me, never again.

Always issues when you order through the Drive-thru. They refuse to pack sauces for your nuggets, the fries are cold and not the sizes you ask for, and you have to love opening your chicken sandwich to see two buns with cheese, mayo, and pickles..but no chicken patty. Avoid this place like the plague. Ignore the "this is the best Wendy's in the area comments", that's complete bull👌.

The woman working the drive thru had a HUGE attitude for no reason. We couldn’t even finish ordering without her saying “Is that it?”. She stormed off the second we pulled up to the drive thru window. The man who stepped up after she stormed off was very helpful & friendly! I still wouldn’t recommend this place late at night.

Really not one bit of care in the world at this location unprofessional. Lady did not put the lid to the soda on all the way so when she handed it to me it spilled all over me and my brand new car’s interior! The manager had me fill out an incident report because I guess that’s the process when you want something done…I’m also calling customer service because I bought my car today! Not a stain in this car now I have soda everywhere….hopefully they’ll be reaching out to me quickly.

The employees here were highly rude to me as an Uber eats delivery person. It’s nearly 11pm and the drive thru line is outrageous. I call to ask about the order and they told me to wait in the line then proceed to hang up on me as I had another question. I’m working hard just like they are and I require the same level of respect that they would want from a customer.

The absolute worst! Ordered a crispy chicken blt with pickles and they LITERALLY gave me a bun with nothing on it! Just a bun wrapped up in my bag! And you people want $15 an hour to do this?? The audacity here is absolutely incredible! The entire staff needs to be replaced. Just outrageous.

Terrible location in Latham. Drive through crowded. Indoor explained it perfectly. Counter person uninterested in serving customers. The customer 2 people ahead had to ask the person at the register if he could give him his order. Took him a while to respond. He just looked at him for a minute then said sure. I actually like Wendy's. But I will never return to this location. Extremely good service at many others with the customer in mind. After watching 2 people ahead of me and 2 behind me leave the store I completely understand why.

I'm a very nice and understanding person but this experience was terrible. At first she tried overcharging me, then charged me .25cents for every sauce, usually they give you one with each sandwich or fries, I got 2 sandwiches and fries with 4 sauces and was charged for all, then I ask for a receipt she says it's in bag, I pull away thinking she was truthful, nope wasnt so luckily I caught someone outside because the inside was closed. Fries super soggy and I asked for no ice in my drink, got ice in my drink. Was given attitude by this lady. Sad experience.

Wendy’s no longer serves sweet and sour sauce which is Bs . Plus the parking lot has more potholes than the entire city of Troy . What a shame .

They have a massive pothole at the entrance of their parking lot. You risk a flat tire or damaging you car if you go here. It sounded like a bomb went off when I drove into it today Saturday may 31st at 6:45 pm. It's raining all day and I assumed it was a small hole with water...no it's a huge hole that will ruin your car

Nope. We have now had 3 consecutive orders from this location with missing food items, completely wrong items, poor quality burgers, runny chili, and ice cold baked potatoes. Wendy's used to be good, but now it's a waste of time and money. We do not blame the delivery drivers for these issues because they don't control the poor quality of the food or the Wendy's staff inaccurately packing orders. Unfortunately quality control, accuracy, and customer service are no longer a priority for the staff at this location.

I did the drive thru. I ordered the chicken sandwich. She charged me for the large size when I didn't ask for a large. I got the small fries and drink. The chicken was as dry as cardboard. Barely any sauce on it. Totally disappointed. Don't go to this location.

I would give zero stars if I could Gone through the drive-thru had a coupon for buy one get one for 1$ baconators in which I got got to the window lady took my coupon looked at my coupon and said it was only for lunch time the prior time months back I went there at 11 to get a baconator an was told they are on lunch they don't sell baconatore after 11

Was there last night. Order a four for four junior bacon cheeseburger. Burger had no bacon in it and fries was over cooked, burnt like. The young lady at the register was friendly and nice. Why does all Wendy’s employees wear their masks over their mouths instead of noise? What’s the point of wearing a mask at all.
