Good customer service for manager
Review Update 2/19/2022: We came here for a sandwich for our daughter. There were two parties in front of us and only one person making sandwiches, but it was about 8:30 pm at night. We usually avoid this location due to the homeless hanging out inside. Tonight there were no homeless people. The place was very clean inside. My daughter enjoyed her sandwich. ----- Excellent sandwich, but the coffee was not that good. I miss when they had Seattle's Best, which I don't think they have anymore.
They have 1 employee working on dinner time it too 30 minutes to get a kids sandwich
I have to say, due to how busy it, was worker did a great job. There were like 9 people waiting. He still said welcome to subway, apologize for the wait and stayed positive. Im not sure if the other workers called off. You need backup, one person is a joke and shows lack of care not only or us but your workers too.
Lukas at 7582 Broadway in Lemon Grove was just so awesome... I am a senior and he helped me with the order and answered made my sandwich just as I like it with such a friendly yet professional demeanor... Great service!!! Ty Lukas!!!
There was only one young female working Monday around 4-5pm 7-15-24. She HAD A GREAT ATTITUDE, Exceptional customer service, amazing sales skills! There was a line going for her and she greeted everyone, courteous and politely asked about the next person’s order to get ahead of the game.
Pretty darn cool. Now they have the ordering kiosks! Very efficient!

I just wanted to really thank Diana, she helped me out yesterday afternoon. She stayed calm and cool even though she was the only employee there (which seems a bit dangerous) and it was busy. Anyways she did an excellent job on my sandwich, she was so sweet and helpful. My sandwich was delicious! I would give 5 stars but I don't like the fact that the owner only has one person on shift. It took a while to get my sandwich made (through no fault of Diana) due to the fact there was only one person on shift.

Luz did excellent even though she was all alone. The new kiosk idea is horrible it takes way too long and they are always short staff at this location. My wrap was made perfect but the wait is ridiculous.

Wow. What a horrible experience. Only 1 worker on the line and for some reason everyone HAS to order using the digital kiosk when you walk in. It took my mom and I 30 minutes to get our sandwiches because the one worker had to keep stopping to defer all the customers to the kiosk as they walked in. Then, he was stopped to explain the kiosk to an elderly woman and to unlock the bathroom for someone. At one point, another customer waiting for her sandwich started explaining the kiosk tool to people as they walked in because she had already been waiting for her sandwich long enough to teach everyone else how to do it. Why are you forcing people to use the screen? It would have been faster and more convenient for everyone to just talk to the person as they make the sandwich. Now we have to wait and watch one slow worker go back and forth checking the order receipt and the sandwich as he puts each ingredient on the bread. And after all that, I get home and unwrap my sandwich and it’s all squished and messy. What is this? So annoying. Will not be coming back.
Never go to this place. The guy there was so dam rude. Mind I ordered online because just got out hospital and when I ordered in advance sandwiches were not ready there was no ppl in there and he was complaining it was a hectic day. The sandwiches were gross and he was complaining about how to fix my sandwitch that I paid for already. Had a very bad experience and bad meal and to top it off I wasn’t feeling well still. The sandwich artist refused to add extra veggies and said that she will get in trouble if she kept on listening to me she kept on cutting me off while I was asking to add extra in one go she kept on saying anything else anything else anything else anything else anything else anything else anything else anything else anything else anything else anything else wow she closed up my sandwich and paid full price for it refused bravo 👏 will i ever eat at this location yes I will because I love subway way hahaha but not their customer service her name tag was missing so she wrote me her name how I know if this her real name but what she wrote was NAHJ
Came in 9pm asked for 1 min to decided. Asked attended for a wrap told us he didn't have any meat. So we proceeded the to exit , and thank him
The environment is unsafe, there are drug addicts in and out of the bathroom. I don’t feel comfortable having my family there because of them. They are under staffed all the time. Usually 1 person working and 10 people waiting in line. I’ve asked the employee if they were alone and yes they were alone. No one on break to help them. Not for hours would another person come. The girl is friendly but the supervisors obviously does not care for customer service because they are not staffed adequately. This subway is definetly loosing business due to these issues.
I usually go there to eat because of lack of nearby restaurants walking distance. Usually they have been ok but the last two times I noticed they short you 2 slices of meat on the wraps. I asked about it and the attendant said it was store policy. No biggie. Today I went again and asked for a steak wrap but when I walked in I noticed flies all over the meat. I asked for a different batch of meat and the same attendant said that was the last of the steak in the whole store. I just walked out. Never going there again
I'm not sure if this location is under new management with new employees but the Customer Service I received from both Anastasia and the "manager" was the worst. This location needs to retrain the manager on customer service so that the employees under her can also learn what Customer Service means. It is unacceptable to be rude to a customer because they don't agree with a inconsistent staff operation. It is unacceptable that I have been able to make a item substitute at this location many times and other locations without an upcharge then out of the blue the "manager" says there is a charge to substitute. I get sick when I eat ham so I always substitute that item. When I questioned why and notified I just made the same order last week and everytime I go there I was told "the person was new". I then said you don't even know who it was how can you assumed the person was new especially since it has been multiple times I ordered the same thing. At that point they did not have valid reason so I declined to continue with the order, while leaving and throughout the whole ordeal Miss Anastasia was very rude while her manager present.( Training needed all around since her behavior was acceptable to the manager) When asked her name she walked away saying it and I only heard the last part and when asked again no response. So I asked the manager and she tried to give me a nickname "Ana" I had to ask her for the full name to make a complaint. If you want a wonderful customer service experience this location is not where you will get it! I definitely will be going up the chain of command to make a complaint as well. If I am spending my money at your establishment I deserve outstanding customer service. I honestly will never come back to this location!
