They have my favorite drink; I always stop by when I'm in that area. The staff is very friendly, and you can go there to hang out with friends or to work (they have Wi-Fi). The food is also good; there isn't a huge variety, but the flavor is good.

I hadn't had the chance to visit one of their cafes before, and I finally got the chance. It always caught my eye, mainly because of its vibrant colors, and I tried the taro and marzipan frappes, which were delicious. I asked if they had any birthday promotions, and unfortunately, they don't. It would be great if they added something. The service was good, their products were high quality, and the place was clean. And by the way, they have a special dessert for dogs.

Very delicious, the service from who I think is the owner is fantastic. The pleasant place is ideal for a pleasant conversation or business meetings, as in our case. It will be a meeting point with friends and our future investors. 👍👍👍

The place is simple and pleasant. The coffee is delicious. The only downside is that the staff is very slow. We arrived and it took them over 20 minutes to bring us the menu, then they forgot for half an hour that we were there to take our order.

It was one of my favorite coffee/drinks, however the service leaves much to be desired: they take too long to make the drinks even when there are not many customers, little attention to orders, and as a result of an order I made (I only came to the plaza for the drink) of a Mexican chocolate coffee frappe, it does not taste like coffee to me, nor did I see them put the oz of espresso in the blender (as I have seen in previous purchases) I asked if they had coffee which they told me, I gave it to my friends to try and indeed they do not have coffee, only chocolate. Be very careful with the details of the attention at the checkout, in the plaza there is coffee shop competition or a few minutes away is Starbucks Mulza

I don't recommend it at all. All the food is terrible, but the drinks aren't terrible. I really need a Starbucks in the plaza or Cinnamon to have their food ready earlier. They're like in the US now, they want tips for everything, haha. The horrible bagel with a slice with two grams of protein, very bad.

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience yesterday around 7 pm. A young woman who was both in charge and working as a waitress asked us to leave the café ☕️ when we were already seated and about to order. I was with my mother, my brother, my baby, and a small dog. My complaint is that when the young woman asked if we could have our coffee outside, I told her it was about to rain and very windy, and asked if we could eat inside. 1. I understand it's a pet-friendly café, but I don't understand why they call themselves that if they aren't. 2. Her argument was that they sell food, but I eat at Tacos El Pata, and even at other cafés in the plaza, and they've never asked us to leave. 3. I've been going there since it opened and have been many times, and they've never asked us to leave. 4. They didn't understand that we had a baby and couldn't get wet. It's very rude that they don't even consider specific situations. And it was super rude what they did just because a 4 kilo dog couldn't be inside when there was only one table of 4 people (consuming).
