The order was prepared accurately and ready for pickup at the estimated time. After caramel ribbon crunch frappe, strawberry creme frappe is the runner up for best drink (when prepared correctly). I also had the bacon, gouda and egg sandwich but devoured it before thinking or taking a pic lol

Got my favorite egg bites with bacon and gruyere cheese! And a delicious venti caramel ribbon Frappuccino since it feels like spring!! I cheated on my diet but it was worth it. Service was good. Everyone was nice.

Typical starbucks location, but one that stands out is their fast service. They have drive through and in store ordering. I door seating is limited due to covid. The place was clean, the baristas was professional. All in all good place to go.

This is one of the most efficient and well-run Starbucks I've ever been to. I live in Westbury / Salisbury part of Westbury. I normally go to the one in Old Country Road. That Starbucks has really nice people as well working there but they kind of mess up on the formulas with the coffees especially the specialized ice drinks. Well let me tell you the Starbucks in Hempstead Turnpike by the Wantagh Parkway is absolutely on point the staff is super friendly. Not once since I've been here have my drinks ever been off. The Baristas follow and are trained extremely well and the formulas whether it's Coffee, iced drinks etc are OnPoint. I can honestly say I go the extra 5 minutes out of my way to go to this particular Starbucks in Levittown because it just has that much better than everywhere else. Small note ample parking and they have a drive-thru.

I love this Starbucks so much. They always get my drink correct, especially my matcha with strawberry purée blended in the cold foam. It is so yummy and delicious. I love ordering my drinks from specifically Mansha. She is a great worker and I always see her working hard and being nice to me. I love the cute little drawings she draws on my cup for me everytime. It makes me day🥰 Shes always slaying the day and slaying her Starbucks uniform too. She treats me and my drinks so well. I never met a Starbucks worker who is THIS good to me. She always gives me great suggestions and is super funny when she makes jokes with me. Makes me feel at HOME 🏡 and one big huge Starburst family 👩‍👧👨‍👩‍👧‍👦❤️

I have been coming to starbucks at this location for years and only because of this particular employee KAITLYN I had to leave a review. She made my experience here the best one ive ever had. Went through the drive-thru the other and it was a pleasant experience. The young lady there was however complaining about the sun glare and how it hurt her eyes. I personally think they should allow her to wear sunglasses. I understand frustration with customer service and we had a great conversation, but she told me her manager Steve said for her to get the transitions lenses which is a good idea but said she should pay for it. Very rude, you're a mean person Steve and should have to know what's it's like!! Let her wear sunglasses and be done with it... JERK!!!

Half of the country would disagree with me, I'm sure, but I like Dunkin better. Clarification - I like Dunkin hot chocolate and Boston Cremes better. My wife also prefers Dunkin, but will settle for an ice coffee from Starbucks if she has to. Neither on of us can easily remember which size is a "vente" versus "grande" so that seems like it was some Marketing major's dumb idea, but at least everybody in every Starbucks speaks English, and they seem to know what they're doing. This location is OK. The setup is weird. If you are parked in the lot and the drive-thru line gets busy, good luck getting out of your spot to leave. It seems like they chose a strange location. You need to be in the unusual "service lane" to enter the lot.

The coffee was good and inside/outside was clean but the vibe is definitely not Seattle here. Not a nice, friendly vibe (yes there’s a story) and the music was blasting like an Arabian nightclub. There was sudden fist bumping as my coffee was being made that startled me so much I looked up like what lol. I was looking to sit and drink my coffee in peace, but this was not the place. I would never hold an interview/meeting or conversation inside here. This was my first time here, so that’s probably it for me. It’s all about attitude and there was a big one at this location.

Ummm....Starbucks is a Fortune 100 company that barely pays it's employees a living wage in NY. I didn't shop small because this mega-corp is all over LI choking out independent coffee shops. Farmingdale 110 - Got the coffee my child ordered - we asked for light ice - got way too much ice for drink . So much for drive thru's. Went to different location (Levittown Rt 24) and got it the way we wanted it. Guess we/I won't go to 110 any more.

This is my first time visiting this location. The inside of the store is immaculate and open, you're able to see everything they do when they're making your food or drinks and I like that. I just am not sure if I really appreciated my interactions with the guy (Drew) who took my order. He was looking at me weird like I had 10 heads even before I even placed my order and just the overall interaction I had with this individual I didn't really care for. I kind of found him rude and

My son ordered 3 items in the drive through. When he got home he had 2 of our items and someone else’s drink. So one of us did not get what we ordered. I am sure it was a simple mix up of the drinks…but it shouldn’t be that hard to hand the customers the correct drinks.

Drinks are no longer meeting expectations, everytime I order an iced caramel latte, it tastes burnt. Someone needs to fix the espresso machine or clean it. 5 months ago everything with this place was perfect, recent staff changes seem to have impact the quality of drinks from this location. I order a drink a pink drink blended with vanilla bean powder in it they did not make it right they didn’t even put any vanilla bean powder in it so I called and said they messed up my drink and a guy named josh said I didn’t but on my recipe it said I ordered it here and he said no so then he hung up on me and I called back they didn’t answer called back again didn’t answer let me tell you I am never going back there ever again you can forget my and everyone in my family business there

MARY, MARY, MARY do not ever let her make your drinks or take your order. I don’t typically leave reviews but this one is warranted. This is by far the worst Starbucks ever. MARY at this Levittown location is the nastiest barista to be employed at Starbucks. I have been to way to many Starbucks to count and this is my first time ever dealing with someone so nasty and unprofessional. The way that MARY handled this situation and the way that MARY spoke to me was unprofessional… she messed up my drink why… 1. She wasn’t paying attention 2. She was talking to another Barista while making drinks. Whose fault is that… MARY’S!!!! She messed up another customers drink, who spoke to her like she was trash and told her to make his drinks over, she smiled and poured the drinks out. This guy then proceeded to say “now that’s how you tell someone to make your drinks over” At that point I felt bad for the way he was speaking to her but now I regret even having any type of feeling for MARY at that moment. When she messed up my drink it was a totally different reaction when I asked her to make it over. she yells at the top of her lungs that she was making it over. This happened AFTER i witnessed a man talk to her like trash for the same mess up and she said nothing to him!!!! This escalated pretty quickly as I was confused as to who MARY thought she was speaking to in that tone, I am not a child. The manager is also unprofessional as he didn’t do anything to diffuse the situation. It’s unfortunate that I didn’t think quick enough to pull out my phone to video my encounter because at that moment I felt very uneasy. You never want to think that someone sees color at any establishment that you patronize on a consistent basis, not saying that this could be the case with MARY but you never know. Her actions are a little questionable at this point. I say that to say…. Starbucks has been under fire for discriminating against African Americans in the past and I’m not quite sure how often Starbucks employees are required to complete cultural diversity training or maybe it was a one time thing to make good with their last incident that was made public. MARY proved just how much training she needs in customer service AND in Cultural diversity training. Cultural diversity training should be mandatory at Starbucks just like at other establishments. Starbucks is all over these social media platforms with videos of nasty, unprofessional Baristas. They should know that for every action there is a reaction. For ALL the baristas including MARY working at Starbucks we did not choose this job for you, you chose this job for you. Humbling yourself, being pleasant and being welcoming goes a long way especially in this field. Treat people how you would want someone to treat you, your family and friends. I can’t say I will never go to Starbucks again because then I would be putting everyone into the same category as MARY and that’s not fair. One bad apple should not spoil the bunch. There are some very pleasant and welcoming baristas out there. Starbucks you need to do better!

The coffee stinks. Is too strong. I ordered a brownie yesterday and took a bite and noticed some white stuff on it and brought it to the managers attention and she took a picture of it and said District manager would get back to me And didn't yet. Never going back to starbucks again. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Would give it zero stars!

Came here at 9:55, store closes at 10. However when I drove to the drive through they said, “we’re closed”. I understand, tryna get home on time/early, but YOU ARE OPEN TILL 10, I DID MY PART, I GOT THERE BEFORE SCHEDULED CLOSE, so why am I unable to receive my Starbucks due to the laziness of the closing crew. Wont be visiting this location again, ESPECIALLY during my late night last minute starbs runs. Very mad, ruined my night tbh.

I was given the Tumbler as a gift so I come to this Starbucks everyday for the month of January for free coffee. I would rather not drink coffee then shop at this Starbucks. This is obvious because I have stopped coming.at the end of January I will never enter this store ever again. I spend an average of 12 to 15 minutes in the store asking for a one cup of black coffee, who has time for that on their way to work in the morning? Most of the time there's only one or two customers ahead of me in line. For a chain that Prides itself on the customer experience this customer is utterly disappointed

Poor service. Waiting for a drink that I ordered on the to go app. Got there within 2 minutes of my order. Never heard the name of the drink or order called. Tried approaching someone about it and no one even made eye contact or acknowledged my presence.

630pm had ZERO coffee available. When I first arrived a shorter girl was not being very helpful to the customer in front of me, luckily Dominic took over. He was pleasant and helpful. When I went to the fixing stand there was no half/half. I walked over to the counter and the same short girl ignored me for a good 5 mins until my guy Dominic replenished the milk. Back to the fixing bar to find out they don't have regular sugar. So my expierience for a good cup of coffee fell way short of expectations. No coffee, no milk, no sugar= Trifecta. I will have to travel down the road next time. Thank god for Dominic or else this would have been a complete failure.

The music in this location is obnoxiously loud all the time. Hard to carry a conversation Here at this location again and clearly the feedback provided doesn’t matter to leadership at Starbucks. The music is extremely loud. I don’t know how the staff here thinks that is acceptable. Update: Visited again 2/27/24. Music is still obnoxiously loud. Starbucks are you listening? Is this about customer experience or employee enjoyment?

On 3/14/24 today I went out of my way to take advantage of the Bogo deal. I arrived at the drive thru and waited in line for 15mins. When i got up to the order window it was still before 6:00pm. I was told I could not get the bogo deal because by the time i got to the pickup window it would be past 6:00pm . I’m a frequent customer at this location and I feel so slighted because of the inability for this store to fulfill orders in a timely manner. I will not be recommending this store to friends or family because they do not honor their specials …because of a “technicality”

I’m really disappointed with this Starbucks. I ordered a venti chai tea and was given a grande. When I pointed it out, the staff said sorry, took it back, and handed me a “venti” about 15 seconds later. When I tasted it, it was completely watered down. Adding a few ounces of water to a drink just to call it a venti is honestly ridiculous. That’s not how a mistake should be corrected.

Bought a Trenta refresher and the guy said he couldn’t fill it up due to “policy” because I said no ice. I also get the same drink and no ice all the time at different locations and at this location sometimes they always fill it up. This guy was probably following his own rules. What a bs place to come to. Never coming here again. Way to go Starbucks , losing customers. Don’t know who the guy was, he had long brown hair and should be taught to not upset customers.

Just went through the drive thru, 1 other car behind me and no line inside at the front counter because my girls ran in to use the BR. I asked the long haired guy at the window if I could add a bundt to my order since I didn’t pay yet and he responded, “No, we are busy now.” I’ve been to other SB a bunch of times and never have I been denied adding something on prior to paying. So was I supposed to drive back around? Not cool - I’ll stick to other friendlier locations who want our business and won’t give an ugh type of vibe!

The employee Michelle (I’m almost certain that’s her name) - she is curmudgeonly disrespectful. During our interaction she irritably responds with annoyance, slamming the door in front of me before I could finish my question on the order. This starbucks has incorrectly delivered my order before, I kindly wanted to confirm accuracy on my drink. I do have recording of the audio on my dashcam which I will be informing corporate & management. Very unprofessional! In addition, the turkey bacon in the sandwich was burnt. I called the restaraunt thrice and I recieved no answer. Michelle is the middle aged woman whom appears usually in a ponytail hairstyle, green apron, blue eyes. Today she was the opposite of simpatico behavior. I’m disappointed!

It takes a lot for me to leave a review. This is the worst starbucks I’ve been to!!! It’s actually the closest to my home so I thought it was going to be the best choice but I was wrong. Rude staff and they don’t take time to actually make the drinks how the customer wants it. I’ve been to this Starbucks various times and they get my drink wrong all the time… And when I do go back so they can fix it, they give me an attitude. I don’t recommend this place at all. Now I’m actually going to the Starbucks in East Meadows, they actually listen to my order carefully and give an amazing service

I just walked in to this Starbucks, the worst Starbucks ever visited. 5 people who ordered coffee after me got their coffee first, and even after reminding the server I got it after full 15 minutes. I ordered three coffee, and my last coffee was prepared but they didn’t put in on the pick up counter. And when I asked them again they just made faces. I felt it was a pure racism that I faced in this store. Extremely disappointed.

I've been going to this Starbucks for over a year now with always being satisfied, this morning unfortunately I was very disappointment and disgusted do to be a hair in my coffee. The hair was not mine bc 1.how would it get in it if the lid was on and 2. the hair was curly and I have straight hair. I hope this doesn't happen again but they really should have the employees put their hair up so this doesn't happen again.
