Very clean, friendly staff today. (Not always, but today they were very nice). I've noticed with this location that with dine in the food is always correct. With doordash delivery or drive thru, usually the order is wrong. Looks like we will eat inside from now on 😂

Everything is great here I have been coming to this place since long ago and I loved it, people are very friendly and the atmosphere is excellent
If you're a coffee drinker and want to save a dollar or two every cup, I recommend getting it here. If you download their app you can use the daily deals and get a large coffee for 99¢. May not be the highest quality coffee out there but it is still good and I've never had a bad cup.
The food at this location has actually been pretty good. Overall one of the better McDonalds for me. I only get double cheeseburgers, but they have always been warm enough to melt the cheese, seasoned enough to be fairly flavorful, and pretty juicy too. The staff has always been friendly and food delivery is always quick even during lunch rush.
The employees are very nice and greet you with dignity. And the food seems fresh. The inside and outside is very clean. I saw a lady on the tables that were intact with the floor and wall cleaning the light fixtures.
Ordered 3 McDoubles in the drive through and I was in and out in less than 2 minutes! Fastest McDonald’s I have ever seen! Keep up the hard work! Will recommend to anyone looking for a fast bite to eat!
Staff is great, all smiles and helpful food is never stale and cold, it's always been hot, fresh and to order. Thank you to the Managers of this store for the great direction given to staff. Staff, you are one who keep the wheels turning daily. You all are the ones who are in the front line. I appreciate great service, like who does not right. All around great job to all and thank you.
Great McDonald's experience the employees there are amazing. Food is a 4 but the fries are a 5. They hardly ever come out cold or old. Prices are slightly above the market prices but use the app to save money.
Overall a 5 star experience when I order inside or the drive thru. The app works really well, everyone is nice and everything has always been right. A true splendid example of what 5 star restaurant is.
They are consistently good. Fresh fries all hours of the day and I've never had my order incorrect from here. Ice cream machine goes down from time to time but what McDonald's is immune from that? The staff is nice and it seems to be a clean location. I prefer to go here over the other locations in the area. I like it's physical location here, too. A lot within walking distance.
I made the mistake of forgetting I paid for my meal at the first window and completely disrupted the entire restaurant. Once my old brain figured this out I was asked why I was doing what I was doing, I replied I was stupid. Instantly this very impressive young lady informed me that I wasn't stupid and I should never say such a thing about myself! I acknowledged her wisdom and was in shock at how she handled me with empathy and respect! I'm not going to mention her name but I will be stopping at this McDonald's every time I drive by it, even if I'm not hungry! Absolutely blown away by this experience and extreme kudos to my new hero. If she reads this, she will know and I hope she understands how much that small piece of time changed an old man's way of thinking! Thank you so much for that!
Great customer service, which is tough getting most places. Coffee and fries were fresh and hot.

This place usually has had good service and food always served hot, right and presentable. The last 3 times going there haven't been the best, maybe it's the time I've gone. Which has been around the hours of 9:30pm to 12am. One time the food works very sloppy and didn't have the extra pickles I requested. The second time I go and do a mobile order they tell me to wait I can wait in the spot I've been waiting for like 15 minutes they forget I have to go through the drive through with me and they remake my camera app but my food my fries were cold and my burger was cold.
Went through the drive-thru and it was great! This location always has fresh food. I got the bagel breakfast sandwich with sausage and it just didn't hit, but that was just a personal preference. Will always enjoy the biscuit sandwiches!

This McDonald's is great. The staff is friendly and welcoming and I love that it still has the old school paintings on the windows by the McPlay Place. I miss Ronald McDonald and I am glad that this location still shows him as the mascot. I come here every day that I work as I always get a coffee on my way to work. I would encourage the management at this location to keep doing what they are doing as their staff always seems happy and motivated and that is a dying art these days in customer service based businesses.

Drove through guy is always nice and welcoming. Drove through workers are always fast! They have a play place. I’ll have to check it out to review it but looks sufficient for a small child.
I had an amazing experience at this McDonald’s, and I can’t say enough good things about Han! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made my visit so enjoyable. From greeting me with a warm smile to ensuring my order was perfect, her customer service was top-notch. The food was served quickly, hot, and just as I ordered. Han truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and it made my day. This McDonald’s location is lucky to have her on their team. I’ll definitely be returning! Highly recommend!
I do deep night Uber Eats delivery so of course the lobby is closed and I have to go through the Drive Thru to pickup customer orders. The line 80% of the time is backed up and the wait is long, so ling in fact that my truck will get warm enough the fan motor kicks on. I usually turn my truck off so im not using gas. But the staff I adore they are always so pleasant they have smiles on their faces and usually apologetic for the wait.
The food here is decent. Most if the time it's hot but sometimes the fries are too salty. The service is good and the wait usually isn't long. This is the only location where I can get ice cream because the others claim the machine is down.
Quick drive thru stop. Line moved well. Service was good. Standard McDonald's up to par food, price, and quality. This stop is like what built McDonald's. In the old days, you could stop at any McDonald's and receive the food and customer care the chain was successful with.
Drive thru person was short sided when giving my order. I mentioned I ordered a water and was told to pull to window 2. No one ever came , so I finally left. Bad service.
This is a different store than my usual. This McDonald's will be my replacement. I pass by several times a day. It's what the other use to be: clean, friendly. No tired attitude! It seems to be run mostly by women, who need to work and willing to work. This store is busy. Off a main thoroughfare and has limited parking. Not easy for large vehicles. But I'll still go.
Wasn't too hungry so I got a child's meal hamburger and it was actually delicious!

It’s a neat Macdonald that’s easy to get to if you’re traveling or near I 121. They have a kids playing area which is great if you got your little ones with you.

I never had a problem with the staff or the food but the area is very rough and my dad use to go here every week. Got held up at gun point. I use to go here alot as a kid and I miss the train they use to have outside but I wouldn't want to go here anymore.

Had to try the McRib! Tasted the same as it did 10 years ago but was not bad. LOL Restaurant is clean but it took like 20 minutes to get our meal dining in with only 2 others in the restaurant. Certainly not FAST food and considering how long we waited the fries were cold. Coffee was delicious though. Best part of the meal!! Drive through seems quicker. Bathrooms were clean and staff was friendly. Self service kiosks available and accepts all cards and digital payments too.
To the manager, order #64...tonight 10:04 on drivethrough. You guys were busy but you kept it moving and it was fast service, fresh food. Well, 1/2 fresh nuggets 1/2 old. But I'm going to be that pety person. I asked staff to confirm my sauces were in the bag... Please tell me how come I came home and had no hot mustard sauce!!??. I rarely eat fast food, and tonight was a splurge, a treat... Seriously disappointed.. Uber bummed out. First world problems, but please ask your staff to pay attention to the details.. they really do matter.. yes, I'll be there on my next splurge, but this mama was not a happy camper tonight.
Just came from here . Not anything bad about the location but the product !!! What the heck happened to your mcchicken sandwich !!?? The cheap one . I ordered two of them and the first one was nothing but fried crust with literally no chicken product in between so I figured it was just a bad one .. happens... I’ve worked fast food before and the second one was only a fraction better. It is super hard fried crust and in between there is maybe a 10th of an inch if even that of barely noticeable chicken sandwich product.? How disappointing. I have a feeling they changed their chicken patties just like Arby’s did a few years back. You need to let upper management know this is horrible and is not being taken well by the customers and if nothing has changed, qc needs to be done from your manufacturer . It is 6:52 Sunday night and I was at your drive-through 10-12 minutes ago.
I don’t buy much from McDonald’s except for the basic soda, McFlurry, cookies and the dollar chicken sandwich. Staff is always great, But it seems like the water being used is (unfiltered) lake water. It doesn’t even taste like tap water. I’m not sure about anyone else, but I would appreciate my soda not to taste like lake water. (Specifically at this location for now)
Today it was not so good. I ordered three breakfast burritos and the first two were okay and a third one tasted funny and left a funny aftertaste your mouth. I returned it to McDonald's and the lady gave me a harassment about not having the receipt when I had the burrito with me. So I asked for something different and they charged me two dollars for a biscuit egg cheese bacon to make up the difference for the cost of the burrito to the biscuit. I feel that they should have just gave the biscuit to me and made a customer happy, instead of getting a review that is not in their favor. It is their prerogative I just felt it was not there best course of action.
There was a time when this restaurant was the absolute best. But shortly before they built the new building, this place went down hill. It's full of employees that simply don't care about their jobs. I can't count the number of times I've ordered something, got home and it be something totally different (a filet of fish instead of a Big Mac). I ordered food online from here and one of my items where a 3 pack of cookies. Instead they gave me a 4 piece nugget instead of my cookies

Absolutely horrible drive thru service. 2 bad experiences and still went back tonight. Last time! Told woman on speaker I had a coupon for tines, get to window, wasn't on there. Guy at windowcacted put out to have to fix the price. Asked for a receipt because still wasn't figured properly, he told me he didn't have a receipt to get it at next window, and surprise the lady at window told me very rudely I should have gotten at previous window. The first 2 visits similar things happened. This location had good service before they tore down and remodeled. Maybe they changed managent, and new manager is not good st hiring.
One of the first rules of customer service is "never give a customer a reason to go elsewhere." That is what they did with me. I went somewhere else. At or about 7:00 this morning, I presented them with a BOGO coupon (buy one get one free Egg McMuffin) when they refused to give me the offer citing that the address on the coupon was for another McDonald's. If that is the case, then why was I directed to the corporate website to fill out the survey and not their individual store's website? I explained to them that I was there last week, and they graciously accepted coupons from another McDonald's. It was only today that they decided to refuse me service. I figured something was wrong this morning because the customer in front of me was scammed by the cashier who gave her less than the proper amount of change for a $20 bill. There was a big argument between the cashier and the customer about her change. It was clear to me when I stormed out that the employees are out to scam you for your money just like the cashier did with that poor lady in front of me. My advice, go somewhere else. I will never set foot in their store again. Their customer service is below average.
There is definitely a disconnect with this site and their management. Two weeks ago I went there and was told no full menu, understaffed. Wednesday I placed an order on there app. Pickup, 9p.m., drive-thru. When I arrived the cashier was very confused. She told me to pull the the 2nd window, which I did. I sat there for nearly five minutes then called the location. Girl came to the window we discussed the situation. She said she was the manager, I said you don't act like one, she replied, I don't want to be one. Really!? I waited called again, male manager came to the phone. I told him where I was located, he came to the window and said he was the manager. Where I replied well whose lying then? Well I just got here at 9, well I got here at 9:05 and now it's 9:22 now. He retrieved my burgers from the inside pick up area. I said are you really charging me for there 3 $1 cheeseburgers after this. He said there was nothing he could do, if didn't want to pay, call my bank and refuse the charge! Seriously? I got back to my hotel they were cold and stale. I called Thursday, GM not available. I left my name and number. Is Saturday and no call. I've been in this town a month, applied at this location. Over 30 years in the restaurant business. 5 as an ower, 25 in upper management . I can't get an interview, but these are the managers that you let you run this place? God help you.
I just updated this review to one star. The customer service at this location is awful and my food is never hot. If the cheese on your sausage muffin or cheeseburger is never melted you know there’s a problem. I’ve gone less and less until this last time and I’m pretty sure it will be my last time at this location.
Basically if I come to this location after 5 the food will be poorly prepared. Tonight I ordered a crispy snack wrap and was informed that this location does Not use chicken tenders, they use a chicken patty cut into slices. Well as described on the website a Crispy Chicken Tender should be used.
The only McDonalds where the codes from the McDonald’s app never work. Employees don’t even try to do anything about it. Worse McDonald’s ever !!!!
I experienced racism and discrimination from the manager Katarina. She talked down to me through the intercom of the establishment multiple times. When I asked for a Manager the window she blamed me for another car honking. Hire a manager who can actually handle night shift. Katarina check your attitude.
Guy taking my order was friendly, allowed my family time to get their orders finalized. The women taking the payment didn't greet us at all, was kinda rude. Get to the food part, guy hands me 1 drink and our food. After waiting a couple of minutes, he asked me to pull up to the 2nd food window & wait for our drinks. So I did. During the 5 minutes waiting at the 2nd window, women in the car behind me starts honking at me. A manager, I am guessing, comes to the window & asks what I am waiting on. I let him know & remind him about the light ice in the drinks. He says, "pull up to the door, I need to get these drinks to the customer behind you." I felt so disregarded but proceeded to the side door & waited & waited. Causing other cars to honk at me or give other gestures as they passed by. After about 10 mins, I drive around to the main doors & my mom gets out & goes inside to get a refund because the wait was ridiculous. The manager hands her our drinks as soon as she gets to the counter, saying sorry for the wait. This event made our morning suck!
I would like to say this is by far the worst McDonald's I have went to. I had to prove my payment like 3 times and to add insult to injury the order was nor even right. I did not go back because I would have done something crazy. The basket of fries looked like a medium. Just poor customer service....
Sure they're nice but no accountability. Lady was rude in the drive thru. I asked to her to repeat what was said because I had a hard time understanding her the first time but instead she gave me an attitude and said many things in Spanish- which I believe were insults. I just wanted to say get yalls act together. I've been coming here for awhile but it's unfortunate I will be not. Food quality is going down and so is the service. Do better.
Came through to pick an order up, I was told to pull up to the second window. They took care of the person in front of me, and disappeared. I’m assuming they were watching whatever was going on with the cops, but they left the window open, I could see my order, but there was absolutely no one around. When someone happened to walk by the window and see me they acted surprised like I had somehow snuck past their car sensors and planted myself at the window.
We gave this place one star because of behavior purposes. “My friend got a coffee it was no cream,no sugar and when we ask them to please give us what we paid for.” [The Hispanic short-lady that served us was acting bitter in window pickup 1] she gave us attitude and rolled her eyes; she tried to give us packages. “We did not except (packages)we asked her nicely McDonald Team-Members always give us coffee with everything we asked for in it!” We paid for team-members to pay attention to orders and productivity not just condiments! 🍟🍔🥤
They rather throw a burger away then make you a new one like it’s coming out there paycheck I made mistake for not asking no mustard she said can’t make a new one either take it or not idc so just cancel the whole order now they got to throw the whole order away it was a Hispanic lady with a bun
I just left here and I found hair’s in mcFlurry. Not one but four hairs. I called them 4 times but they are not answering the phone.
The overnight drive thru employees have poor customer service skills and will probably work here for the rest of their lives because they don't get it.
Scam they tried to charge me $4 for medium frape with my code should be free and tried to argue the one in Carrollton is way better
This used to be my favorite McDonald’s but they have the worst staff ever on this shift…. when you make everything so difficult and miserable, it’s like damn, no wonder you work here.
The outside play ground was covered in trash and there was trash spilled on the inside of the slide and play structure. My daughter could not play on the playground, nor would I want her to. Notified the staff and they tried to clean it up as best they could, but this establishment needs some work. It can be better if someone takes the time to clean it up, and if the patron choose to take better care of the restaurant.
Asked for 2 crispy chicken McGriddles got home just to discover that I got 2 crispy chicken biscuits instead and this is not the first time they’ve messed up an order. The staff does not pay attention to your orders.
The Uber treatment is absolutely terrible. I've ubered here multiple times and have always had something missing. Ordered at 12:30 AT NIGHT and it was delayed to 2:15. it should not take a fast food restaurant, or ANY restaurant TWO HOURS to make and deliver food. Absolutely unacceptable, I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but this just tops the cake.
Asked for the buy one get one for $1. I ordered a McChicken and the nuggets. Price came to $5.17. When I asked about the discrepancy they indicated that I had to get the same item. After I left I realized they gave me the 4 piece nugget instead of the 6 piece.
I just came to this McDonald's it took me calling someone from the counter 10 times before I was acknowledged and then it took her 2 minutes to come to me and then she had an attitude as it was a bother for her to come up to me and take my order I would not recommend going there if you want a friendly service or someone at the front to take your order
If I could give it 0 stars, I would do it today. My wife had a terrible experience. She took my family to this fast food restaurant and brought 4 gift cards. The lady who served us, who was the Spanish-speaking manager, was very despotic and lacked very little professional ethics I think that when you have a position such as it is, you should always be attentive to listen to clients and attend with good professional character without questioning or giving an opinion about something that you are not sure about, you throw the gift cards into the trash and ensure that you do not they had money but when he took them out of the trash he could no longer scan them and luckily he scanned one of the cards and he realized that he had 10 dollars it was his first time in the restaurant and his experience was the worst I hope this manager before dealing to a client in this way, remember that your position is to help and solve them in the best way with a lot of professionalism. I think the one who attended her was new, he was kind but he did not know how to enter the balance of the cards, he went to ask her and she threw them in the trash without asking why she doesn't know how to listen
Went through the Drive Thru around 10:30 PM on July 2nd 2024. The line was very long however there was two young ladies horse playing, almost kissing eachother. I would suggest checking cameras. Pretty sure that is not appropriate in a work environment especially with the lines being so long. Also they got my order wrong. Did not notice till I got home expecting I was getting what I paid for. Very disappointing.
The service was terrible.! I had points on my app, about 20k then I went and asked if there was any discounts for a Oreo McFlurry and the lady stared at me and then looked away. Then I asked her another question and then ignored me again. But the food is really good.
Ordered curbside pickup and they didn't serve my order until 10 mins and when I went inside they gave me the order which was just sitting on the counter. Not good with the service.
I asked them to put grilled onions on my Spicy Chicken, and they said they couldn't because "there's no button for that"......what an absolute joke of a restaurant.
Use to go semi frequent kinda dropped off buns are dry and sus use to never be like this I'll try again in a month or two to see if it gets better though it really use to be fantastic now lowered to 1* as they will switch the wrappers for the monopoly promotion on sandwiches so you dont get the stickers such as putting bagel wrapper on mcgriddle
I walked into the establishment at 9:48 am. Upon waiting to have my order taken for several minutes. I was ignored and bypassed by a Hispanic customer. The Hispanic worker completely disregarded me and ignored that I was next in line to take the order of someone who just came up. Clearly racially charged. The establishment and its workers are prejudice and do not respect patrons who are not of their ethnic background.
I’ve been coming here for over a week and a half. I notice since that day about there radio. There radio isn’t playing right the way it’s suppose to. For those time me coming in to eat it still not fix. It buzz of and on off and on playing the music. It’s so annoying. So I ask nicely if I could speak to manager but see I was waiting for 2 mins while they saw me and didn’t care I was standing there until I told them. I ask for manager and a girl came up and said I’m manager but no name tag so she left and continue the chat. Then I waited another 2 mins and a guy said I’m manager. So who night shift manager. None of them have tag. Anyways. GET THAT RAÍDO FIX. It’s annoying MD!
7/5/2025 2pm Stay away from this McDonald's. I waited over 30 mins for my order I go an ask where my order was Manger couldn't find it. So I should my receipt then after he tried to make it. When they finally made my order over 30mins at McDonald's the order was still wrong. So I told the manager he got mad at me I was look at the receipt. Thats what I want so he got mad at me an took my order from me an gave me my money back. So if this is how McDonald's are running the place or this is who they hire. We american need to boycott McDonald's an take are food places back. Its not hard to make a kids meal. Any 16 year old can do that
We moved to the area a year ago and this mcdonald's was our go to since it was right on the corner. The last month or two we have had nothing but problems. Strike one my roommate placed a mobile order and had the confirmation the order was sent to that location and paid for. The manager on duty said because it did not show up on her end they would not make the food and we would just have to pay and order again. After a long argument they finally honored our paid order. 2. They constantly at all hours not just night shut off mobile orders cause they don't want to cook them. 3. Picking up a order in drive through we had two drinks. The manager handed up the drink and was mad we didn't take the second one immediately cause we had to move a couple things to put them down. She told us that if we were not ready to let her know when we were and SLAMMED the window shut and walked off. And Then last night I ordered a small meal and my Dr pepper looked like weak tea. We asked if they could change or replace it and they said no. For a paid for drink that clearly wasn't good. I won't be coming to this one again. I'll drive 10 minutes to the next one. Managers and staff are so unprofessional

So I go today to mcdonalds breakfast and I order a sausage biscuit with cheese a hashbrown and hotcakes. Well I see that theres 3 items in bag so I leave and then I get home to find a chicken biscuit what is that I ordered a sausage biscuit with cheese! I ordered a large strawberry smoothie, I'm paying for the drink to be full. I want my moneys worth. It's been a constant issue with this. Almost every time I come to this location it's always the same problem. When I ask to get it full they always fill it up for me. Today they made it more complicated and said they can't do anything about it. Very disappointed with this location. It's been doing worse and worse.
Quality of food has gone down significantly recently. Sweet tea tastes off like it has different ingredients. Burger cold, fries burnt.
I always come here everything's always 100% but today idk what yall did wrong but. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The order is always wrong and I asked for it to be fresh and the manager Raquel did not want to make it fresh she told me that if I want fresh I need to go somewhere else.
Usually, I always drive to this location but lately it’s been lacking last time we ordered a bacon cheeseburger and we didn’t even receive bacon. We tried calling, but it always gets us to voicemail and there’s never a call back or anything they can do to fix it is very annoying and frustrating because you pay for extra stuff and then you don’t even receive what you paid forevery single time I get movies I get a large and they end up giving me a medium size and not even full I always have to tell them to fix it again but it seems like they just add ice and that’s it. And then yesterday I came through the drive-through again got a Mc double end up getting a regular double cheeseburger seems like they were trying to save some money, but I can tell the difference the very frustrating it has gone downhill. I used to drive long distance just to go to this one but lately it’s been lacking unless you wanna go through the same experience as I do. I wish McDonald’s would actually do something to fix this
Today is August 24, 2025, I always come to this McDonald and majority of the time it’s always a problem. So today I ordered my food and I asked for extra napkins. The extra napkins was for 1 to clean the table and 2 for me to eat my food, I like to place my burger inside of the napkins so it replaces the wrapper. So she gave me 2 and Mrs Raquel said, the dispenser is broken, so I said can you at least put a stack of napkins out so customers won’t have to ask for any. Mrs Raquel said, the dispenser is broken and said I can’t put napkins out cause dispensers is broken. So the other manager tried to give me extra napkins, but Raquel to those napkins from her and said the napkins dispenser is broken. I really didn’t like that attitude from Mrs Raquel, I came to McDonald to have me a pleasant meal and it’s crazy that when customers asked for just the simplest things. In this situation the customer isn’t always right, if you ask me. I didn’t enjoy my visit on today, I thought manager was supposed to be top tier in customer service in this case Mrs Raquel wasn’t.
I came through the drive thru at 3:55 and by the time we got to the window it was 3:59 the lady insisted to keep in mind they stop serving lunch at 4 . And instead of telling us there only serving breakfast they allowed us to spend our money on brown fries that are cold and refried chicken nuggets. They even gave us watered down Powerade . With no sauce. Definitely won’t be coming back .
Hey McDonalds!!!! I literally threw this up at the red-light 2 lights down. THIS IS WHY I ASKED FOR LIGHT MAYO 4 TIMES... This happens still 50% of the time here... Pick it up, try to wipe the excessive MAYO off and it just slops right there...all over the place.. Is this supposed to be a 1/2 MAYO burger?! This is insane. I can't even believe this is a McDonalds trend enough to have to even write this. Baffling
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! i went through the drive thru and ordered a quarter pound burger, when i got home I started eating it and after a couple more bites i noticed the patty tasting weird so I looked and it was RAW, when i called the store and told them about it they kept hanging up the phone and saying that it was due to bad connection, when in reality they just didn't care to solve this problem. A 9 dollar refund wont make it any better, this is frozen raw meat.
