The last 6 times I’ve gone up there, no one has been capable of giving me my points when I scan… no one can understand me either, like what is going on, how doesn’t the manager at least know how to give points at night? They never have fries an hour or more before close. They run out of chicken 40 mins before close. I LOVED this location the most but now I just get irritated going there..

Customer Service at this location can be better. I order 2 PC combo with a pie apple fresh out of the grease. I stated that I wanted the apple pie as soon as it came out of the grease. And the employee gave me the apple pie with the rest of my order. The apple pie was Luke warm. When I asked for another one, I was told no, the no one wanted to cook another one. So I got a refund for the apple pie.

The chicken was old you could tell the meat was kind of dry and rubbery only the breasts were fresh. I ordered a 10 PC. Family meal. FYI The coupons tend to be better than what the app offers plus a lot of the time the app is not working they say...😕

Long time customer of Popeyes but this visit might be my last - missing chicken piece - Mac and cheese tasted funny - old or ingredients missing or wrong quantities - fried were not crisp Reached out to Popeyes customer care and their response was quick but lacked concern for the issues I had reported. I didn’t ask for a credit but they offered me a $1 credit (in points) for an order that was almost $27. I didn’t want any the credit but their response and the amount of credit they offered gave me the impression that they don’t really care for my business. Chick fil A and other chicken places will get more of my business going forward.

I ordered Two meals that cost me almost $35 and both of the drinks were flat. They need to get their carbon dioxide machine fixed ASAP! and I will be coming back up there tomorrow for a refund.

Person who took my order was a girl who had a glasses on . She was laughing at us while taking the order, she was so distracted that she missed the whole order I am missing shrimps from my order, I am missing coleslaw from my order, she over charged me for the whole order.. we had truly a bad experience and wouldn't recommend anyone going there

I used to come here every week but had a horrible experience yesterday. I ordered the 5 piece meal and selected which prices I wanted. I wasn’t given my breast price. Only thighs. I ordered all spicy chicken and they gave me 1 spicy and the rest were regular. The regular chicken prices were also old and soaked in oil. I ate 2 and felt sick so had to toss it all. Also when I went to pick up my order I had to wait at the counter for a super long time. They helped everyone in front of me and continued to ignore me. They only gave me my back after I had to go out of my way to ask for their attention. I can’t even get a refund with support because the app is glitchy.

When i ordered my food the man at the speaker was nice, but the problem began when he handed me my food. As i looked through the bag i saw that i was missing all my sauces that i requested, on top of that the fries and beans and rice were extremely cold and the fries were damn near stale. I also asked to scan my QR code so i can earn points, but i have yet ti receive any points into my account. Y'all meed to check and make sure y'all's employees are not scanning customers receipts before the customer does.

A terrible experience, the same thing every time. The service is poor; they don't understand customer service or how to handle orders. This is the second time I've had this problem, and they don't even give me sauce or tell the difference between ordering fries or potatoes. It's the worst experience I've had with any service. Unfortunately, I didn't complain the first time, but now it's happened twice at the same branch, and nothing has changed. It's awful.

This Popeyes seriously needs to retrain whoever is preparing the orders. I ordered 5 pieces of chicken, and what they gave me was honestly unacceptable: almost three thighs, a couple of wings, and only ONE breast. This is not an accident — this is careless, lazy, and shows zero respect for customers. If your staff can’t follow something as basic as properly assembling a simple 5-piece order, then there is a serious management problem. People pay for quality and fairness, not for whatever scraps someone decides to throw in the box. This kind of service is embarrassing for a franchise like Popeyes. Do better.

Rude staff. We waited 35 minutes for our order and received a completely wrong one. When we went back to let them know, the staff didn’t even apologize. My wife tried to explain it to the girl who took our order, but she ignored us. Completely disorganized restaurant — we won’t be returning to this location and will prefer the other location.

I placed an order through the Popeyes app for drive-thru pickup. When I arrived, my order was ready, and the woman at the window was very kind. However, this is where the issues began. She handed me only part of my order and seemed confused when I asked about the drinks. After receiving the drinks, I realized the bag was missing the eight sauces I paid for and one of the desserts. I had to ask for those as well before leaving. When I got home, I discovered both meals were completely wrong. At this point, I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant. I went inside and spoke with (what I believe was) the manager, a tall Black male, who was polite and tried to make it right. He gave extra portions to make up for the mistakes, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, even while remaking the order, he still missed another item, and I had to point it out again. After about 12 minutes, I finally left with what I thought was the corrected order. But when I got home for the second time, I found the order was still wrong—instead of receiving the blackened and spicy tenders I ordered, I was given all blackened tenders. While the staff was friendly and the manager was generous with portions, it does not excuse the repeated errors. This order was wrong multiple times, and it shows the employees are not carefully reading receipts. This kind of carelessness is very frustrating, especially after having to return to the location.

This was my first and last visit to this location. I ordered ahead to avoid having to wait. Unfortunately the wait began at the drive thru. I sat at the speaker for 4 minutes before anyone spoke up. There were people behind me honking their horns wanting me to move. Then, even though I had ordered ahead, I was asked to pull forward and wait. Another 5 minutes of waiting and watching the drive thru behind me empty out passed before my food came out. I guess I should consider myself lucky that it was only 5 minutes because the guy in the back was saying it was going to be 10.

Very rude manager. I took 3 bites of my chicken sandwich and the middle was very hard and chewy kind of like a steak. My fries were in a large bag and were stale. I kept my other 2 sandwiches since my kids thought they were fine. When I went to return it and request another, without looking at the food the manager said, with a lot of attitude, that everything is fresh so no the fries are not stale. She then called another woman over and told her in Spanish that "she ate everything". After some more arguing she asked if I wanted a refund and I said yes. Then she got mad again and I said fine just replace the sandwich nd fries. When I checked the new bag the fries tasted totally different and were in a container with the actual quantity they should have been. Very argumentative and rude. Zero customer service. She came out arguing and accusatory without me doing anything to initiate it.

I had the worst experience at Popeyes tonight, and I won’t be coming back. I ordered a 12-piece family meal and was overcharged .30c for the second side, which was supposed to be mac & cheese—only to be told they didn’t have any ready. So I asked for two mashed potatoes sides instead. When we got home, the disappointment only got worse. The chicken tenders were clearly old, tough, and barely warm—not fresh at all. The fried pickles we ordered extra were overcooked to the point that they crumbled in our hands. They were so bad you couldn’t even taste the pickle. And to make things even worse, we found a hair in the breading of the pickles. Absolutely disgusting. Popeyes’ quality has gone downhill over the past year, but this was the final straw for me. If my family wasn’t so hungry, I would’ve packed everything up and went back to the store that was 15 minutes away to ask for my money back. First and last time at this location—avoid at all costs.

Pissed off. This is my first time using the popeyes mobile app and my first time ordering at this location and everything was wrong. First my husband was picking up the food on his way from work so I placed the order right before he got there. When he gets there I'm on the phone with him making sure he has no problem getting the food and I hear him say loud and clear "here to pick up an order for krystal" me not knowing that the lady or whoever was working the window made him pay for a senior discount order that WE DID NOT ORDER AND HAD ALREADY PAID FOR MY ORDER THRU THE MOBILE APP!!!! She handed him 2 bags after he paid so he wasn't aware that he was paying for an order that wasn't ours and I didn't think I had to tell him that the order was already paid for considering he had just told them HE WAS PICKING UP AN ORDER!!!! BESIDES THAT THE FRIES STRAIGHT TRASH 🗑 😡🤬🤬🤬 AND FULL OF GREASE I SQUEEZED THE FRIES AND NOTHING BUT GREASE NOT HOT OR NOTHING JUST LIMP, GREASE COLOR BROWN FRIES, AND GREASE JUST FULL OF GREASE!!! ALSO I ASKED FOR THE HONEY LEMON PEPPER WING SAUCE FOR MY WINGS, DIDN'T GET THAT EITHER. AND KNOWING THESE BISCUITS ARE ALREADY LOW KEY DRY WE DIDN'T GET ANY HONEY PACKS FOR THE BISCUITS....IT'S SAFE TO SAY I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN.....I'M BEYOND PISS BECAUSE I CAN'T ENJOY THE FOOD THAT I 🤬😡 PAID FOR UGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡Also tried to call 3 times no answer or anything!!! Epic fail!!
