Speed is not fast enough comparing other places, but ok. Supervisor lady was kind look depressed for past few months. I see her smile now. Guess things got better. Nice.

This was a really food visit. The food was excellent. I had the new S'Awesome bacon cheese burger was on point. So good. Not to mention Francisco the manager was awesome as well. I tried the new strawberry lemonade and got baconator fries. Good lunch to grub on. Thank you Wendy's. Wish I had taken pics, but I was more thinking about eating and how good everything tasted.

I give this Wendy's a five-star because they have the absolute best person up front of the registers checking people out her name is Christina she is extremely good customer service skills and she's personable and you just feel like you had a good experience after you walk away. The food is good and it's very friendly! Just because of Christina I go back to just that Wendy's young but very smart!
Really enjoy this place for a quick meal its not very costly and mostly clean here. There not much of a line and if there is it moves very quickly. I just wish they would bring back the salads and leave it on the menu forever..but merry Christmas

Love it here. Every time I come here there's at least 2 people here and I come here during my lunch (6:30pm). They serve you quick and the food tastes good too.
My orders from this Wendy's have always been correct. The most recent time I was here, they had a lot of cars in the drive through, and we had to pull up and wait for our order to cook. They gave us a free frosty for the wait, and were super friendly and apologetic about it. They said they really appreciated us being so nice about having to wait, which makes me think they are probably used to people being rude and angry over things they can't control. I think they're doing a great job!
To keep it short, was in the area and got the craving of stopping by and got me the double meat n cheese meal and it hit the spot! For was fresh for sure and had friendly workers in the drive thru! Definitely was worth it for lunch! Thank you!

Most reliable fast food restaurant on this road. Has very consistent good customer service and the food is always fresh and hot. They're usually isn't any wait but when there is the food quality does not suffer unlike the rest of the fast food places on this road.
I somehow missed that Wendy's serves breakfast now and it turns out they have the most diverse among the biggest chains.
Just went thru this drive thru and service was great. Alejandra repeated my order correctly and when she brung me my food it was fresh and hot. One of the best wendys drive thru's I have been at in a long time.

I was at this location last Sunday afternoon. Service was very fast, friendly, and professional. Food was great but I think they changed their French fry recipe. They didn't seem fresh-cut. But still good!
Just as fast and delicious as I’d come to expect from Wendy’s- getting the app will get you an extra leg up on their discounts and wonderful value. I hadn’t been to this specific Wendy’s before, but it’s just as consistent, satisfying, and delicious as my home location which resulted in a wonderfully positive experience.
For veterans here at Wendy’s I get treated very well. I am a runner. They are on my running route. They don’t know why I come in to refresh myself, but I thank them for allowing me to do it. I let them see that I am a veteran, and I’m a friend, and I thank them for being so courteous to the public to God be the glory
Had to give this place a five out of five stars. When you go into a place 30 minutes before they're closed, you have no idea what you're going to get. , I avoid those places all together. You definitely worry about freshness of the food and if it's been sitting under a heating lamp all day. The risk comes even greater when you're trying to attempt a new item or promotional item from their menu. I had the mozzarella burger, as well as the garlic fries. Not to rant and rave about, it was just as fresh as if I would have come in during rush hour or during lunch time. Fries were crisped to perfection. Crispy enough to withstand the garlic sauce even after letting them sit in the container sealed, while I finished the burger. The mozzarella patty was fresh and could be. When I bid into the burger. You can get that pool and stretchiness from the cheese as you were biting into the sandwich. The patty was crispy and the burger was fresh as well as the bun. Softness on the bun, that I heard was a garlic knot variation. Maybe I will have the chicken. Not 100% sure on that. But just wanted to commend the pleasant service. It was service with a smile. It was not a service of i am ready to go home and hurry up in order and I don't want to be here. That was not the case. The Wendy's in my area could take a lesson from the staff here. Great work to everyone! Who is there and appreciate it.
I have gone through the drive through the past few weekends in the morning, and l want to give a shout out to the young lady that takes your order and works the window. (If she is not the manager she should be) She is so friendly, and efficient. She always has a smile on her face and starts ones day off right! She should be commended for the way she approaches her job!
Really like the chili here and the price is right for me. This time for some reason the upsized my small chili to a large w no extra charge. Thank you. Happy eating
They are fast on getting the food out and it always comes out nice and fresh. They have only messed up me and my fiance order once.
I'm really embarrassed with the number of Wendy's restaurants that are suggested to me to rate. Yes I visit all of the Wendy's in the Dallas metroplex ok? Are we all satisfied now?? Wendy's you know I love you now get outta my face
I enjoy Wendy's chili which provides a lot of protein and works well with my WW plan. It is also cost effective at less than $3 for lunch. Last but not least, it's yummy!
the food was ok, you get what you get when you go fast food. The service however was pretty good. the drive through was a bit backed up, but all in all, the service was pretty decent
I always receive a great tasting Chilli...it's my favorite besides the Apple Pecan Salad. I'm disappointed that the Size of the Chilli is smaller however, the cost is a bit more. The Staff is always pleasant at the Drive-thru Window.
The baconator fries are the BEST! I always get with extra cheese so there is not a fry left uncheesed! The service is hit or miss and sometimes it can take a while. Also they do not always give napkins and silverware at the drive through. Other than that this is my new favorite guilty pleasure!!!!!!

This wendys is better than the one on round Grove. However the food can take a while. We always get our fries extra crispy and they're so good. There was one time that our fries were wayyyy to salty and my boyfriend got sick. Their baconators are really good, as are their cookies.

When is just like any other play with the dollar menu I stop going I mean I can understand the junior bacon cheeseburgers delicious and they want to tax another $0.40 but it doesn't mean I'm going to go there. Altogether Wendy's is pretty good but too expensive for the quality I rather go to in and out or go get a real burger at Whataburger

Depends on the day but usually I need to have the order fixed more often then not. Also it takes an extraordinary amount of time to have someone take your order at the counter. But still better than Jack in the Box!🤣
2 peopleworking on a Friday night in the summer so when i got 3 tiny 1 dollar chicken sandwichs it took me about 20-30min.. Juan Carlos seemed to be the manager working that night and apologized for the long time but its pretty ridiculous to have someone wait for a 3.25 ticket and the two people infront have 3-4 full bags of food.... Very unprofessional but i must say the food was decent so no complaints about at all. Great deals for a family looking to get something to eat for cheap.
I rarely eat at Wendy's but this location had it together. Me and 3 friends went through the drive thru, had a large order and it was all correct. The only thing was they didn't put any condiments in the bag nor did they ask if we needed anything else. Regardless its still a fast-food joint and it won't get more than 3 stars from me.
Wendy's app sucks, I'm near my house and it connected to a restaurant 20 miles away and didn't realized until I placed the order and go to the location near me to find they didn't have my order, so I canceled and reordered at my local restaurant and the online coupon I was offered was no longer available even tho I canceled and have not gotten a refund as od yet, it's digital I should get and immediate refund once I canceled. This has happened so many times I lost count and Wendy's does not care about customer service because everyone of these surveys I've never been contacted in any form from Wendy's. That's unfortunate and shows they don't give a shiiii !! I will reduce my visitors to Wendy's, been trying tobstick with their salads because I'm trying to lose weight but Whataburger has a similar one and they are right down the street so I think I'll honor their restaurant more. I ordered the chili cheese fries which were cool and I was only am staying 2 minutes from there. I also ordered a "large" vanilla frosty and the cup was really small, like a medium instead of a large. Also, they gave me a spoon for my frosty but no straw.... I like to eat and drink my frosty. I'm sure I'm not alone in this either!! My boyfriend ordered a triple Dave's burger with large fries and a large Dr. Pepper. His burger was not a triple burger but a double burger, a small fry, and a large Dr. Pepper. Definitely not what we ordered for him!! We tried calling the store to let them know what all was wrong with our order, the phone rang 5 times before some rude person answered the phone. I told them my situation and the employee tried to turn it back on me by saying I was delusional and making it all up for free food. The employee refused to let me talk to the staff manager and also refused to give me their name and when I could get in touch with them. I live 3 hours away from Lewisville, so why am I out to get free food or a refund? Which mind you, all I wanted was my correct order and my fries to actually be hot by the time I get back to where I was staying in 2 minutes. I was furious with the way I was treated, how I was accused automatically, and how I was refused to receive information about the manager on duty or someone higher up. This was the first time ever eating at a Wendy's and I don't think I will ever be eating there again after that traumatic experience I had at the Lewisville location!!
Over all the visit was good. Food was hot and fresh. The young lady who waited on me was having a bad day and you could tell she hated her job. She didn't listen to me when I upgraded my drink to a frosty. She hands me a cup to get a drink, I said that's a frosty, she said Ok, andgot me one. Looking at my receipt, she didn't charge me for one. When I brought this to her attention, she said it didn't matter????
Food is nice and hot but this location was insanely slow. Almost five minutes before the even realized I was waiting to order and over 20 minutes to make three simple sandwiches
The service was fine but the chili cheese fries that I ordered barely had any chili or cheese on them, and it was a day that I hadn't eaten much and was really hungry and looking forward to them. I didn't find out until we had gotten home to eat. But most of the time I can say the food here has been pretty good so maybe it was just an off day.

Order taker in the front was horrible and had an attitude cus I asked for sauce after he went to do something and came back. Waste of time. Got my food and left right away.
All I can say is check your bag before you leave the store! I ordered my toddler a 10 piece chicken nugget not spicy and they gave me spicy! Horrible!

I ordered Double Dave should have been Hot and juicy instead it was warm and almost dry if it had not been for the dressing on it. I'm usually not that critical about rating but when you serve a cheese burger the cheese should be melted not still in square cheese form, enough said.
Food is what it is. Store needs updating including hvac. Obviously short on employees. Got a 70 yro woman up in there-slow. Floors and rroom needed desperate attention. Condiment area was jacked. Corporate HELP! Store has turned into a low volume store. I won't be back.
I've always been a fan of a good Wendy's meal, especially being a mother. I sadly have to share it was a very poor and unsatisfying meal that I've experienced with Wendy's. The wait time was beyond a normal expected time, with it being a slower day, the staff seemed short handed. But worst of all the food was cold and tasted old. I know off days happen at food chains, though the food should be hot and ready even if there is a wait. That being said Wendy's still will be on my list of quick bites but I hope to have a better food experience.
This particular Wendy's was drive through only, on this night at least. We were the 4th car in line. We gave them our order, had to repeat several times. Took 25 minutes for the other 3 cars ahead of us to get their food.
The person at the front counter was a young man and he was dasd and confused wasn't sure which order had been filled which one had not. Had to wait about 15 minutes for a baked potato then they forgot my nuggets then they gave me the wrong bun on my burger but didn't know that till I was driving home
My wife is allergic to salt so i ordered no salt My little girl don't like tomatoes touching her Burger so i asked for no tomatoes and to make everything worst when i pulled up i waited three mins. B4 some young Mexican answered the box saying "Yeah" No sorry for the wait no please give me min. And this not the first time this same wendys got my order wrong and to make it even worst they not answering the phone anytime my order get messed up. Bad service all the way around Good food though when ever the order comes out the way need it to
Despite there being very few patrons, I waited far too long just to give my order. The staff seems a bit clueless about its customer service obligations. The dining room was not particularly clean and, although the pandemic persists, there were few signs that public safety remains a priority inside this restaurant. The food was good, but the experience was sub-par.
Had a $2 off coupon and the app would not apply the discount to balance and the Manager act as if she couldn't do anything about it, it's the websites issue, BUT other Managers there and at other location seen the issue before and just adjust the price for the offer, this Manager WOULD NOT! I've been visiting Wendy's for too many years for that. SO I will no longer give them my business too much competition in that space.
I like Wendy's but unfortunately I have to write this because I ordered a chicken sandwich and bit into it and I had to spit it out because the chicken was completely raw. it looked entirely uncooked on the inside. It's unsafe and unacceptable that that food was given to me.
Chicken Tenders Burned Sitting For To Long I Wish I Can Attach My Picture. Then Wants To Be Ride On The Phone Like Come In Now. The Stand Time For Them Will Be At Lease 2-3 Mind Then You Toss Them And Make Fresh Ones. Keep Your Customers Coming Not Going Out The Door. Just Sad💯😔

I truly love Wendy's and it makes me sad to have to say this, but our location is horrible. The Wendy's at Corporate and 121 has been a mess for a while, but their manager, Sonya, is running it into the ground with her horrible customer service and her dishonesty. She harrassed our family on the phone, after we called corporate to complain about her deceit.
This location just needs to close down as the service is horrible you never get what you fully pay for like if you order a double you get a single and also the drive thru is so slow that you can order a pizza and have it delivered before you get to the window and get your food I will from now on go to the one off of 3040 because it will still be quicker
Food was good, but I waited almost 20 min for a nugget meal and there was only 4 other customers in the restaurant!!! They probably would have forgotten about me if I didn't go up and ask them!!! I will not be coming back!!
This particular location sucks! You never get what you fully ordered! Or it's put together by young kids that don't care about customer service! There's either something missing or something made the wrong way! This one is for children and it sucks.
Their Dave's Single come out quick, but taste awful. For the love of god, toast those buns. Also, they're no longer honoring coupon 89, a free Dave's Single with any purchase(valid until Sept 30, 2018). You must now spend more than a dollar to get it. If you need a burger, try the McDonald's down the road, or another Wendy's location else where.
Employee in the drive thru dirn't give me my debit card back and tried to use it plus they didn't give me my receipt either. The cashier was present to take my payment but then another lady came up to the window I think she was the cook . I thought she gave me my receipt and card back but they dirn't, and this happened today 4 /13 / 19 at midnight. I'm never going back to this location at midnight.
Pre ordered and gave my food to someone else and wouldn’t make it again for me. Poor management to say the least. Won’t be going back when there’s another Wendy’s about a mile away.

October 4, 2018 my boyfriend and I went to the drive thru. We frequent this establishment a lot. It was later in the evening and the girl at the window struggled a lot with the drink machine. That was fine, I used to be a server so I know the soda machines can be a pain. We left, got home, and tasted our soda and it tasted like there was soap in each of our Dr Peppers. We didn't think much of it, we just didn't touch them again. We ate our part of our food, and went to bed. I woke up at 2am with severe stomach pains, and missed work to be in an emergency clinic with food poisoning all day. DO NOT EAT AT THIS WENDY'S!
Walked across the street without a car from my place, to order food. Because the dining hall was closed and there wasn't anyone else in the Drive-Thru they refuse to serve me because I didn't have a vehicle. Manager said it was company policy. I'm wondering what the difference is between having a car versus being on feet. I guess people on feet don't have the same kind of money to pay with at least that's how she made me feel. I dont care if I am within walking distance. Bad policy.
Ordered a Dave’s double and got a spicy chicken sandwich, how can these people not pay attention to the sandwich in line and make sure they’re handing out the right food? Coming from a former shift lead.
This particular Wendy's CANNOT get an order correct to save their lives! They'll even repeat what you say and still botch the order up and then get an attitude because you brought it to their attention, the workers are incompetent to say the least. The place is dirty as well, tables half way cleaned, they're completely understaffed and can't handle busy days. I'm pretty sure this is a franchise since the corporate location beside Applebee's is terrific!!
This store is complete trash. Every single time I hope it will get better but never again. Rude, slow service and my daughter had hair in her drink. The manager acted like she didnt care at all.
Unfortunately this quick option can't get an order right. I order 4 orders of chicken nuggets and I get 1 order plus some fries. 3 visits now, one through doordash, out of the last 3 visits have had multiple missing items. Not just one, multiple. Check your items because they won't. They don't answer their phone and their voicemail box is always full. In other words they just don't care. Do yourself a favor and also call your door dash guy and ask them to check it as well.
I wanted to give this Wendy's another try but, I experienced an issue with them when I ordered through the mobile app. I felt that the person who attended me didn't not care. I left and drove to the Wendy's off 35 and Round Grove with no issues.

Waited 45 minutes for my order (during which no one bothered to ask what I was waiting for) just to be told due to a system error, someone else had received my food, and they would not be making any attempt to make it right. When brought up to itzle, the manager with colorfull hair and facepaint, her first response was 'i thought you left already' before contradicting herself by stating she asked her DM what to do and they said to call corporate, but she was happy to 'grab her dm so they can tell me the same thing'. Absolutely no attempt to resolve the situation.
Got wedged between two cars for 25 minutes in the drive thru and couldn't even place my order. When I was able to get out i drove around and staff was all standing in the window talking to a customer. The car in front if me actually sent someone walking to the window because we'd sat there so long...
I don't usually do this but after multiple bad experiences I am hoping to save some people the headache, the food is always cold. One girl is mad rude and seems to be inconvenienced by me being there. She will charge you 2.50 for a cup of ice. I don't mind paying for it but full price is outrageous a large cup of ice. This place will get no more business from me.
I can’t mid day after work still with my trailer and their lobby was closed. No reason was given it was just closed and I barely made it through the drive thru only for my food to be cold and stale. This Wendy’s should be closed and replaced with a better restaurant with better management
The customer service here is awful don’t waste your time. They forgot part of my order and when I returned to get it I was given the rest cold because they left it sitting until I came back.
My son order food in the drive-thru, pulled up to check the food and it was all wrong. My son tried to go inside but the doors were locked. He knocked on the door. All the employees just stood there and looked at him. As he’s standing there, the drinks filled out of his hands. He walked around to the drive-thru , knocked on the window and nothing. All he wanted was to get the food that he order and drinks or his money back.
Did not get a greeting when I walked in. Stood at the counter for a good while with everyone looking at me but never greeted me til I was getting my order taken. With that being said I had more than one person taking my order when I got home my whole order was wrong and items missing. When called up there Nina was very rude and was not apologetic at all and didnt try to fix my problem just told me she couldn't offer a refund and told me to call the corporate office. I will not be back worst customer service all around at that restaurant
Service was extremely slow, outside line long came on the inside and it was very slow service. More employees needed at this location. Drink machine has several popular drinks out of order. After waiting to be served then had to go back to the counter to get drinks.
Edited 3/26/2021 Food is usually good and made right but tonight they gave my child spicy nuggets. I came back to exchange the nuggets and they should have offered to replace my fries and drink since I had to turn around and go back and wait 30 minutes in line. They didn’t even offer an apology. I usually go here twice a week or more and have for 4 years but I’ll go elsewhere now.... Good food normally hot and made right.
just had one of the most disappointing and unhygienic experiences I’ve ever seen at a Wendy’s. While my order was being prepared, I watched the employee making my cheese fries grab the shredded cheese with her bare hands no gloves, no utensils, nothing. Food safety is basic. This isn’t optional. Seeing that completely killed my appetite and made me question the entire store’s standards. If staff can’t follow fundamental hygiene rules in plain sight, what’s happening where customers can’t see? This location seriously needs retraining and oversight. Completely unacceptable.
Just went through the drive thru and the people working were not friendly at alllll. Like if you hate your job that much work somewhere else. We ordered chicken sandwich and the chicken itself was like a rubber piece it so nasty. I’ve been before multiple times but today was just bad, bad, all the way around. So may other choices to be had and we had to go here today. Bad call…. Don’t drive off without checking your food I guess…. But you shouldn’t have to taste it in the drive thru.
Everytime I come here I end up getting the wrong order
Everything with my meal was very good but i dont appreciate eating and seeing a homeless guy walking out the restroom with dirty wet plunger and walking into lobby like that near kitchen. Made me loose my appetite. Was there for 10 minutes and the area where the guy walked around did not cleaned. Also he clogged up men restroom and was allowed to use the women restroom.
Went through drive thru tonight for dinner. The girl working second window tonight was the WORST. No communication what so ever. Just tossed my food at me. She forgot my drink didn’t even apologize for it.. fries were old and nuggets, burger was cold. Worst experience ever. This isn’t my first bad experience with this location either.. Not to mention the girl who was working on taking orders, started laughing at me when I asked for No cheese on my Burger.
The register does not charge for cheese substitution, when I forgot my debit card at home I explained I was going to make a mobile order but could not do the cheese substitute so I asked if it could be done, he said yes. I made the order and asked my son to get our cups. The worker argued and flailed a door dash receipt around saying it was mine that I had only ordered two drinks...wrong, I told him that was not my order and pointed to the door dash clearly written on the one he had. Then the manager wants to charge me 3$ for cheese, saying they can't do the sub. I told her he just said he would and that I can't do it on the app, SHE LAUGHED AT ME AND WALKED AWAY...... I got upset. This is ridiculous, I eat here multiple times a week and really hate to stop. But I'm done. Last week they treated us bad over bacon. Because they can't count, learn the job or be nice to people. The manager sucks. Look at my app, I spend plenty of money here, to be treated bad every time......I have a big following on social media and I've got these interactions recorded, which she said I can't be in the restraunt on my phone, threatened to call the cops and then took 30 minutes to make our food and made it wrong.....on purpose I'm convinced. Wendy's hates me, they can never treat me right when I bring them my money.....😭
I have never seen a Wendy's in such bad shape. The bathroom had poop on the wall and floor. The manager was aware but seemed not too concerned. I bought a drink and left quickly.
I place an online order for a Baconator with a small fry and small iced tea. I walk to Wendy’s to pick it up because I don’t want to spend the unnecessary funds for delivery when I’m right here. Get my food and come home, watch a movie then say, “I’m ready for my ice tea.” Take a sip and come to find out I have a cup full of DAY OLD BREWED COFFEE!! I’m requesting a full refund. Luckily I’m not allergic.
