This was the second time we had lunch at this typical Genoese trattoria, featuring their weekday set menu: an excellent selection of six first courses and six second courses, generous and tasty portions. We were greeted courteously even though we arrived late. Overall, it's a great option for lunch in Sestri Ponente, definitely worth trying on other occasions and at other times.

Osteria in the center of Sestri P. A warm and welcoming atmosphere, just like the osterias of old. Simple, good-quality food, a wide selection of wines and beers. Friendly and quick service. Excellent value. The owner, Enzo, has always been in the industry and is appreciated for his professionalism, friendliness, and expertise. Highly recommended for those looking for simplicity and quality at a good price.

A working-class trattoria for a very good lunch. Quick and friendly service. The fixed price is €12, all-inclusive, including coffee and cover charge. That's not all. The good thing is that the place is clean and very popular. The food is good. Sardinian gnocchi with sausage sauce. The portion is just right. Tasty. Second course: chicken cacciatore with a side of boiled cauliflower. The chicken was very good, and the portion was more than adequate. I don't go often, but I stop by when I can. It's certainly not a place for fussy eaters, as you can also dine at a table with other diners. Fruit is included. Four choices of first course and four of second course. Two side dishes available. Excellent value. The kindness and courtesy make up the difference. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through the area. The bathroom is clean, my rating is 4 out of 5.

Having arrived in Genoa Sestri a little over a month ago, I'm fortunate to find this authentic 'Ostaia'. The place captures the soul of this beautiful town. It welcomes professionals and construction workers, tourists, and people like me seeking authenticity. The owner, the young woman, and the chef I glimpse are delightful. The cuisine: authentic, with our Ligurian specialties, very, very good, well done. Today I had spaghetti with clams. What can I say? Thank you.

It's a restaurant with daily menu. Most of the times food was great. Prices are also really reasonable compared to some other places. It's very cozy and cute. It's one of the places where locals go to eat. I enjoy it every time.

Trattoria come quelle di una volta, da toccata e fuga, da convivialità tipicamente genovese e da ottimo cibo ed il classico gottu de vin che non guasta mai. Ambiente un po piccolo ma ci si adatta volentieri.

Menù fisso a 10 euro con quantità risicate sia nel contorno che nella macedonia. Da bere devi scegliere tra un quarto di vino o mezzo litro di acqua che d estate si traduce in solo acqua. Primo piatto di penne cucinato bene ma secondo di hamburger del supermercato già pronto a meno di un euro. Naturalmente niente caffé. Non lo consiglierei a lavoratori bisognosi di energie visto che anche a 10 euro in certi posti comunque si mangia decentemente e più abbondante.
