once again, haven't had McDonald's for 6 months. Had daily double. Burger, nuggets and coke. Not only was it delicious but for 2 daily doubles (me & hubby) only 15.00$. Awesome, especially how expensive everything is.

Sometimes, McDonald’s can just hit the spot! This was one of those times. The fries were hot and the Diet Coke was extra bubbly!

The lady that works there is the best Mcdonalds employee i have ever seen. The resturant lives up to its name. “Fast” food. I ordered a cheeseburger 1 minute before i went into the resturant, when i went in, it was just sitting there waiting! Such good service and food!

Drive through takes much to long , but the food is fresh & good. also I bought 2 hot fudge Sundays but they no long offer the small packetts of peanuts I understand about peanut allergies but what's the harm if they're in separate packetts makes me think of going elsewhere for my ice cream because I do like my peanuts 🥜

McDonald's is really a good value and very consistent with their quality. To make things better, get the app! The discounts on food and the accumulation of points, which you can use for free products, AND the buy one get one or free sandwich offer on the receipt makes McDonald's the go to place for breakfast and lunch. Their ice coffees are good as well. However, the hot coffee is not as strong as I would like. A little bit stronger and McDonald's would be the perfect place for meals.

Austin, where can I start brother? This guy is so kind , patient , and attentive to customers, it’s hard not to be all smiles. My phone was an acting up in the middle of my order and the battery died on me. Austin gave me enough time to get my phone back on and give my code, I didn’t feel rushed or anything like some other locations I’ve visited. For a McDonalds, this location is generally very good since they are usually busy and the food turnover is frequent. Usually very fresh cooked [but ironically] un-fresh par baked / fried food. Online orders can be frustrating due to understaffed shifts especially late at night. Otherwise a solid location for when you are desperate for a meal. Beats all the local chains quality wise

This is my husband and I's local most visited McDonald's. Last night we had our burgers mixed up. However, I did call and they were super polite and willing to replace the sandwiches! Typically, this location is pretty busy, yet somehow have quick service and rarely make mistakes. Good place!

It's Mickey D,s nothing ever changes here same old breakfast menu. No fresh fruit or healthy choices. Wendy's smoke's McDonald's for breakfast but only has it at select locations. Hot and spicy McChicken was $0.30 more expensive here than the usual McDonald’s I go to and I literally had to ask for a manager for them to allow me to get a cup for water for my 4 year old son. They told me “too many people were filling the water cup with pop” while I was holding the cup I had already paid for...

We went through the drive through and it was about 1130 the guy at the speaker was super jovial and had a great attitude but you could tell they only had like 2 people working, it took a while to get the food which is fine but they FORGOT THE SAUCE and only gave us one straw and like, just keep all of the employees until you close?

Your printer needs to be fixed so that people can collect on the promo codes that are on the buy one get one receipt it’s three days now that they have been so crappy that you can’t claim your paid receipt so you could pay cash but you’re not entitled to get your buy one get one if the printers an issue buy a new printer this McDonald’s has a lot of patrons, And it’s just not right That you can’t claim what is rightfully yours

Fast order every time! But its incorrect like 40% of the time. The employees have no understanding on what custumer service mean! If these employees pulled this type of s**t where i work, you would be written up and fired if it happens again! Managers are worse! The mobile app coupon wouldnt work at the register, even though i had what the coupon was for, the manager refused to override it. I override stuff like this daily at my work cuz its error on the company's side and then the customer isnt upset. The manager had an attitude of a 13 year old girl arguing with her parents! She was a huge a** hole! I only go to this location when the other lockport McDonalds is closed. I wish the other lockport location was 24hr cuz that location is way better! I would go to the McDonalds a few blocks farther west on 159th st. Its definatly worth the extra 3 min drive!

This is not only for this specific MCD but it’s very generic for all MCDs please improve the quality of your coffee cup lids it’s always very poor quality and whenever you try to sip it always leaking. 😡

Drive thru cashier late night had a bit of a "Karen" attitude. The 2nd girl at the window was very nice, polite, and friendly.

Too many times have I been stuck in the drive thru waiting for a cup of coffee behind a customer, who obviously knows an employee, while they chat it up at 3am. Yesterday, I paid, waited just under 5 minutes while they sat there talking, and finally just left without my coffee. I’m all for friendly service, but I’m not sitting here at 3 in the morning to listen to your conversation. Not going back

I've had my order messed up literally 5 out of the last 9 times by this McD and the one down the street. Mobile app order, pick up, get home, order wrong, call to remedy, get free meal, repeat. I've now just gave up and will find a different fast food place.

Cashier messed up both my and my moms orders. Basically fought with her about it. I just said screw it and reordered the correct item. Said no tray 3 times, still got a tray. He just generally was hearing what he wanted I guess. Nuggets tasted old and one of my burgers tasted like they spilled the salt on it. They at least had the toddler toys, no other mcd seems to have them available or even know what they are.

Disappointed and frustrated. Got 2 mcrib meals. Fries were more salt than fry, went back and the lady was really helpful in getting a replacement fry but then got home to find out the rest of the food tasted funky/old. Wasnt going to drive back again after reaching my house for the second time..so spent $25 to just end up throwing it in the trash.. wouldve rather just starved. Dont waste your money on the food

Whats the point for asking for extra sauce when they don't even give you any sauce to begin with or any extra sauce. I also guess they are out of napkins, since whenever you go thur the drive thru you never receive napkins. You think for wanting 15 a hour you would have better service and actually give what the person ordered, but I guess that too much to ask for.

Placed a pickup order at 10:20 for hotcakes and a frappe. Arrived at 10:35 and gave my code through the drive-thru and was told that it was after breakfast so they couldn’t make it. We let them know that we ordered ahead, so shouldn’t they already be done? She said ok, and then we proceeded to wait 20 minutes for the hotcakes… why does this location not make the orders when they’re placed?! What’s the point in ordering ahead when I still have to wait 🙄

I just went through drive this morning at 6am I ordered 1 large oreo frappe and 1 large mocha frappe, when I told girl who handed me my frappe that one of these should be an oreo frappe so where are the sprinkled oreos she tried to tell me they were underneath my whip cream, there are absolutely no oreo frappe, i don't like mocha because it's too much mocha for me. I tried to explain to her several this doesn't look like an oreo frappe. So I try to just trust what she says. This lady who hardly spoke much English, definitely lied to me. In the car my lids fell off because they were not put on correctly. Which made a big mess in my car. Once I got to work I checked my receipts and they did screw up, my receipts says 2 mocha frappes. The guy taking my order was very kind and respectful heard my correctly I saw my correct order on the screen. I'm very upset , I come to this McDonald's all the time and so do my co workers. This is very upsetting. Clearly this woman doesn't know how to do her job

The people are nice. They never screw up my orders but today I had two delivery orders. One was a little bit big but not to the point where I’m in the second waiting spot and 15 people get served before me. This is ridiculous and I’m convinced they forgot about me so I had to cancel the orders. I understand you’re busy and that it takes a long time and that may be a few people will get served before me, but not 15 people come on.

Everytime I give this location a chance they still manage to screw it up. I mean it's not difficult to add extra pickles or don't add onions or mustard OR fill the small fries. I'll attach a pic of my Big Mac only to see nothing but lettuce and maybe a patty.... Don't know whom else to address these complaints since corporate hasn't fixed the issues at this location yet let alone the mangers. So posting and sharing my reviews is what i do best.

The employees were very rude. It was during the collector glass. They told my wife, she should have come when they came out. Food was not good. Usually this was my favorite McDonald's to get food.

I left at 5:28am after standing outside the window for more than 4 min outside while an employee was inside working. The employee was dumping ice into machines but she never got the audacity to at least let me know “hey we are closed until 6am or something. Just totally ignored me being outside. Only reason I was standing outside is because I’m a truck driver and I can’t take the semi in the drive thru

Fries were hard and cooked in old greese or were redropped. I was also missing a fry all while my double quaterpounder was to be plain ( only meat and cheese) and that was not properly made. Very disappointed!!! I spent about 24.00 dollars.

The person who was coordinator (young woman) held out my coffee not making eye contact, I simply asked if the amount of sugar and cream was in the coffee her reply was it's in there, as she handed me my order I repeated my order she again said it's all in there and close the window. No greetings of hello, have a nice day. It's not the first time. The last time she was so rude to me and the when I asked to speak with the Mgr on duty he claim that I was rude when I told him the remarks and action of closing the window while conversing with the shift Mgr.

This McDonald's is supposed to be open 24 hours, I start work at 4:30am everyday. Every time I try to stop here for a breakfast sandwich around that time they are always closed.

The only thing I like at McDonald's is the breakfast and unsweetened ice tea. Everytime, and I mean everytime, I go there the give me sweet tea.most recently, I tasted it while I waited for my food, it was sweet. Told the woman in the window, she clearly didn't understand, and gave me a replacement of more sweet tea. FOH, it's not that complicated. 0 stars, spend your money elsewhere.

I have never written a complaint before, so sorry this is long. I was there today and placed my order for some food and two chocolate chip frappes blended 2X's with extra drizzle. I've been to this McDonald's before and have gotten them that way with no problem. Today I ordered at 3:15, when I pd I didn't get a hi or you're welcome after I got my change and said thank you to the cashier. The second window the girl giving out the food was nice. When we tried our drinks we realized they weren't blended twice and they didn't have the extra drizzle I pd for so I went around and told the nice girl, she brought over the manager(young and had a light blue shirt) and she was extremely rude. I was in no way confrontational. Yet she had a pissed off look like I was the inconvenience. I explained to her that I got charged for extra drizzle and she tells me with an attitude that it's on the top. Which it wasn't, I order one everyday and the drizzle will be all around the inside of the cup and on top, but her rude response was that it is extra and everyone does it different. Ok, I can understand that if you minus the attitude. So she takes the drinks and tells me to pull up. So, I wait again. A friendly guy brings me the drinks as he leaves I take a sip(still not blended twice, but I don't care at this point), and my drink is a regular frappe not a chocolate chip one. So, I get out and walk up to the drive thru since there are no other cars in line and let them know what the problem is. The mgr lady doesn't even acknowledge me. I go back to the truck and wait again. At this point it is now 3:42. I couldn't wait any longer bc my girls had an dr.'s appt at 3:30 so I was already really late. So, I walk in and decide to wait there. I see a man in a green shirt and when he turns around I ask if he's a manager. With the rudest look you could possibly give somebody he says "yeah!" So, I explain to him why I'm upset and he could care less. And rudely says they're making it. I ask if he understands my frustration bc I have s dr.'s appt that I'm really late to and my drink order keeps getting messed up, I've at this point been waiting for 35mins, and I've had to walk in now to pick it up. He rudely shrugs his shoulders and says "well it's being made". I keep my cool and ask if he has a mgr and again in a really rude tone says "nope I'm the boss!" I ask if he's the owner and says "nope, but I'm the GM and it's the highest it gets". So, I ask for the number to corporate and he says with an attitude to "get it from the cup". I ask for his name and he snaps back "Pete". I ask if there's a business card and he rudely reiterates to get it from the cup. I told him that he's the general manager and this is how he responds to customers, and again a shrug says "well you had a complicated order." I told him that I've always ordered it like that and have never had a problem and again with his rude tone says "uh I've never heard of that." Then he turns his back on me and continues to do whatever he was doing before. As I walk away I hear the lady mgr say "ugh" and I can hear them complain about me. Then it made sense on why she and the cashier are rude, it's bc they have no example being set by the person the owners entrusted to to run their business. How can he be a GM and not even apologize to a customer for a mistake they made not once, but twice. How can he be a GM and treat the customer like crap and be on a power trip and in a way belittle the customer and make them feel like their business isn't needed? How can he expect his employees to learn customers service skills if he's not even close to setting the example? He's supposed to be a leader and teach the employees excellent customer service skills, especially in the Food Industry. With a position like a GM, he should know that he's there to exceed the customer's expectations. I called corporate and hope the owner calls me and not Pete. I missed my appt so my frappes cost me $55!!😢 I will start going to the McDonalds down the street everyday, even if it is out of my way. They are super nice!!

The woman to take my order,was rude and she didn't understand what i ordered , it was only a hamburger but she though i wanted 5 of them because in the menu this was number 5 and i repeated that i wanted just one! and when i paid she has a terrible attitude with me and she did not apologize for taking my order wrong!.This is why i never eat at Mcdonalds and when i do, this place takes my order wrong,with terrible attitude.

I only go to this McDonald’s usually about 3 o’clock in the morning to 315. Every time I come here I have a problem with them. Either their credit card machine is not down and they’re only excepting cash, which is perfect or there’s times when there’s always an excuse about their system being down. This is a 24 hour McDonald’s. You never close. All I want is a coffee. Get it together.

Be careful when you go to this McDonald's. I was in parking lot eating my food when Alex the manager came out of the store and accused me of moving some parking cones. He became livid and irate, I had no idea what he was talking about. But he proceeded to scream at me accusing me. I left the parking lot quickly and called corporate McDonald's. Corporate McDonald's did nothing, didn't even care. I am 60 years old, I stopped here to get a hamburger and vanilla milkshake for my 90 year old mom. I will never go back to this McDonald's fearing for my life.

The weekend crew is terrible. the weekday day crew is the only time I'll come here. Otherwise, service and food sucks. Fire the GM. The overnight crew never accepts anything other than cash. So if you pull up at 3am, bring dollars.

I don't understand how these kids want 15.00 and hour and can not only completely screw up and order even after they ask you if it's correct. They don't even know how to give proper change. It's a joke.

So basically I ordered food from here (this is the ubers fault) but let me get to my point the uber messed by order up so when I called the mcdonald's so worker lady and I could clearly hear in the background say "tell them to shut up" as the guy was asking her a question about me. Horrible workers. I should have recorded that call.

Edit:came back again there was no oreo in the Mcflurry again and both qpc were raw didn't realize it until one was eaten and the other was mostly eaten The food is always cold the sweet tea always tastes really bad add in any time you get ice cream it's only filled up halfway this is the 3rd time in a row that I have ordered a mcflurry with extra oreo and it is half filled without extra oreo I used to always have issues with this specific McDonald's As of lately they've been pretty good but for the last week or so they have gotten back to their bad workmen ship

If you’re on your way to work at 4am and need a quick bite to start your day, avoid this McDonalds. At 4am they will throw every excuse they have to not serve you. “Hey we’re not operating until 4:40. We’re getting prepped for breakfast and taking our breaks”. Whats the point of being “OPEN 24hrs”. I used to come here and get food at the same time, no problem. A few weeks later I take a chance on this to see if they’ll serve me and it’s always the different excuse as to why they can’t serve you. Who ever runs this McDonald’s, you need to get your lazy staff in check. Money lost.

It was very late at night but, my buns were hard and my fries were cold. Wait and service was quick and good otherwise. I am downgrading my review to one star It’s been closed in the middle of the night now at 3am they are cash only and only breakfast… I just closed my business after working all day and I want fries there is no reason to only have breakfast at 3am

If I could give it zero star's I would. We were the only people there and still got cold food. The woman behind the counter was very rude to. We will never go back to this McDonald's ever again. So far this is definitely the worst McDonald's we have ever been in. Also she repeated the order back to us and still ended up having one of the wrong burgers and had to wait for the correct one fortunately it was at least warm.

Everytime I come here they mess up something. I ordered 2 medium vanilla iced coffees, 1 large hot coffee, and 2 medium fries. I asked if they were vanilla when they handed it to me and they said no. They said pull up and I'll remake it. They gave me 2 larges that were clearly not vanilla again and still didn't give me my hot coffee. So I paid for a coffee I never got and got 2 wrong iced coffees.

My wife went in two days ago and paid $3 for an extra happy meal squishmallow. I go in tonight and was rudely told by 3 people that they don’t do that. If I could rate zero stars I would.

I don't know what is up with the new management but this McDonald's location is horrible don't get me wrong the restaurant itself looks great but it's staff every time I've ordered something it's always missing something or just completely wrong. I've even tried going inside and the manager just could not get the order right he made 20 mistakes in one order that only had three items... I ordered a quarter pounder meal with no cheese and walked out with a quarter pounder meal with extra cheese.. there's a reason I don't eat cheese but obviously McDonald's felt I should. I don't know what the disconnect is at this location. I placed my order in the mobile app. I was at the window at 10:27 and proceeded to sit there while no one spoke. Meanwhile, the person that came 2 minutes after me was served in the other lane. Then they can't find my order because apparently they're no longer serving breakfast even though the app automatically recognized I was there and checked me in. Which again happened because they sat me at the window at the speaker with no one acknowledging the presence. Then I go in to try and see about what happened. It's now 10:32 and they still can't see the order in the system. I have their assurance. I'll be refunded even though it's already showing on my credit card. But for extra added annoyance they told me that was not their address and that I placed the order at the wrong location. So I had to go out front, take a picture of their own address and show it to them. Also when I said I'd come in and talk to them because I didn't want to back up their drive-thru window, the manager never showed up at the counter to come speak to me. I had to ask and have someone come. I don't normally get this angry or leave bad reviews but you guys just screwed up over and over and over and you deserve this one star review.

When I go to the speaker at 2 am and politely ask if the 20 chicken nuggets can be made fresh. I expect them fresh. I even asked "Hey, do you need me to move to the second window so the people behind me are not waiting?" He says no, and about 30 seconds later hands me the bag. I know for a fact it wasn't fresh and throwing extra sauce packets in there isn't going to make up for it. It's not like I asked for 25 different items it's probably the easiest thing to make besides the fries fresh. I hope you see this GM just so you know

I got a $5 Mcdouble meal deal and they gave me a regular cheeseburger and it was cold my fries were not fresh and they tasted stale and my drink was not filled all the way to the top. They only got my chicken nuggets right but it feels like they were just anything in the bag and it felt like they just gave me old food. But the people were cool it’s the food that’s my problem.NEVER AGAIN!!!

Orders online for 6 people. Drove 15 min home to find out they forgot to give my daughter the burger in her cheeseburger. I was told it was they were training new employees. Shouldn’t putting a burger on every burger be step 1. I called to see how this could be fixed. I was told nothing could be done. I would have to come in for a refund. So instead of wasting another 30 min driving plus another 15 to get my refund and food, I gave my daughter my food and went without. I had to pay for food I never received and McDonald’s refuses to refund my money they way that I paid. Thank you for absolutely nothing McDonalds.
