Haven’t been to Jack in the Box in YEARS! Came to this specific location because of the reviews. We dined in because it appeared the drive thru has issues getting orders right. The staff was very friendly and the food came out fast. The interior was dated but it was clean.

What can I say but I love there Tacos.

Fast drive thru experience but the employees were rookies. Food was just okay and they followed the instructions in the mobile order. I can't comment so much about employee because they are changing all the times. I will be back during breakfast next time to try the eggs breakfast sandwiches. Not too busy location because the 3 competitions across the street.

Rode my bike up after midnight, late nite snack. I was able to order at the drive thru but they had me continue past drive thru windows to the front where they had a walk /bike thru windows. It was nice. So many places lock the lobby at nite but they won't let you walk thru the drive thru. These people know their customers. Food was fast and warm. Great service!

Nice employees. Accurate service! They always get my order right! Even though their menu light bulb is burned out and impossible to read. And they don't bother to change the burned out light bulb for months and months. The nice employees are cool. The only bad is that the fries always taste like cinnamon.

The drive-thru is always fast...the atmosphere looks hood with homeless people. But your safe.

I wouldn’t rush to this place; barely-par food, and one young female cashier that thanks she’s better than you.

Employees, didnt speak or understand english very well. Which, made it a bit difficult to place an order. A little dirty inside the restaurant. With a few too many homeless people swarming around the area. The food tasted the same as any other Jack in the Box.

Fairly standard J. I. T. B., but the food's good, the place is clean, & they're pretty quick.

Jack in the Box is a convenient place for a quick bite. Their late-night hours are a plus, and the drive-thru is often open when other options are not. The Spicy Chicken Wrap was pretty good, with a nice kick to it. However, the portion size seemed a bit small for the price. The service at this particular location was friendly, and the order accuracy was spot on. On the downside, the interior seating area looked a bit worn out and not very inviting. It's a suitable spot for a fast-food fix, but it doesn't stand out in terms of quality or ambiance.

I ordered a #4 and what i got after i opened it at home was had no bacon.

Wrong order given. A waste of $10 for a hamburger with no mayonnaise or ketchup, but they threw in a bonus of two slices of bacon to make it taste better. I wonder if the person liked my ez mustard only one he got instead of the one they ordered? Other than the food, they had clean bathrooms, and the restaurant itself inside was clean. The staff was also very friendly, another bonus.

Went through the drive thru. Got wrong size drinks. Asked for extra teriyaki sauce for the bowl and was told that they had none on the side, got back to the hotel and there wasn't enough sauce on the bowl to know it was there. Customer service was rude. Wouldn't return.

I rated them a 1 because my order of curly fries were not soft they were rock hard. Check your food before driving off.

Don't go there unles you want cold fries and attitudes if you vvgo too talk to the manager it's a waste of time. I waited a half hour goo talk too the manager he never came to talk too me. The people working there are disrespectful and when you complain they speak to each other and laugh. I mentioned that I was going to call about them the manager said I could call anyone I wanted and she didn't care.

I went to your location tonight as a door dasher to pick up 2 orders in the drive thru at 1240am. The worker told me they had no spicy popcorn chicken for my 1st order. As the worker proceeded to get the 2nd order i called the customer as advised them you were out of popcorn chicken. He said bummer can they give me a spicy chicken wrap instead and i told the customer i would be the asap. I advised the worker of this and i was told no they have to go on the app and request a refund. So at 1240am a customer wants their food and you cant substitute for a little wrap because your out of a product. Terrible customer service and the worker was very rude about it and said no. So i spent 3.63 of my own money and i only made 4.25 off the order so that the customer could have something to eat in place of the product you were out of. So after waiting in the drive thru and making sure my customer had food i made a whole 52 cents off the order. I'm appalled at the customer service level of your store.

The worker in the am is lazy doesn't want to do her job... bad service!!!

11am and the dinning room is closed to the public. I asked and they said price through only. Really??? Then why advertise dinning room hours? I work in the area and am very disappointed.

I was in the drive thru, greeted right away. I asked for a grilled chicken salad . I was very clear . And she proceeded to ask me what I wanted 4 times . To end it , she asked if it was crispy or grilled . After I told her about 10 times at this point. What’s up with that? Wasted my time .

My order never arrived and they do not answer the phone. First of all I wrote detailed instructions on how to get to my home and deliver the food to me in my hands. My food never arrived! My phone is currently off so they could not even contact me unless they came to my door. I’ve been trying so hard to call over google wifi but they are not answering. Man I’m broke and just wanted a burger to enjoy myself for once and yall stole from me and didn’t even deliver! Super disappointing. Do not use their app delivery service.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Jack in the Box. When I asked a simple question, one of the employees responded with, “You can’t see or what?” which I found extremely rude and unnecessary. After that, the worker started talking about me with a coworker right in front of me, very unprofessional behavior. I wasn’t being rude or disrespectful; I was just asking for clarification. It’s really disappointing to be treated that way as a paying customer. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures better customer service moving forward.

After driving for about 2hrs I decided to grab something quick. I got a to go; let’s make it short! No straws, no ketchup, my fries were haft way full. On top of that I wait for a long time to get an order and to finish a full cup of iced instead of some soda in the cups. Very disappointed!

Ordered jalapeño poppers which come with two ranch, ordered extra ranch on top of that and paid extra for it, confirmed at the window before grabbing order and driving off,…zero ranch in the bag.

They refused to help customers on a moped saying it's not a car. And then the other customer was using EBT and they said especially not gonna help u if u have EBT. Discrimination at its finest shame on you @jackinthebox
