Out standing customer service, the employees greeted me as soon as I walked in. I was having a bad day but I walked out of there happy, the staff is very nice, organized and friendly. Best subway sandwich ive had till day. I go about 3 times a week now keeps me healthy, full, happy and satisfied. Best shop compared to all the other locations in all of long beach.

They didnt chop my salad so I had to eat all the chicken to get to the veggies and ended up with a pile of plain spinach. Healthy but would have been more enjoyable chopped/mixed

Still no roast beef at this location. The seemingly mildly disgruntled employee did not make it easy to get the sandwich the way I requested. No welcome greeting and I couldn't say she said a word to me until checking out. Good thing I know how to order. Certainly not friendly. The store was not well stocked with chip choices today either. Bottom line is there are PLENTY of Subways to visit in Long Beach. No need for this to be the one you choose.

I use to frequent this place and all the employees are great except for this one time last week I went to get a soup for my son & I noticed the gentlemen serving my soup put some of the water they keep on the bottom of the tray that keeps the soup hot ( he literally lifted the container and under there there’s hot disgusting water )in my soup that was for my toddler! I didn’t speak out right away ( I have an anxiety disorder and there was a few people waiting in line, and plus I just don’t like being rude and I don’t think I could’ve said anything in a nice tone ) so I just left but I couldn’t shake the bad feeling that It was a bad action that he did. Days later I went to a different subway when I asked other subway employee if it’s something they normally do he said no, even said it was against health regulations. I went to the original subway again and spoke to another employee and manager, All they said was they’ll look into it but I’m never going back to this subway ever again. Also he doesn’t cover his nose with the mask and has a very pessimistic attitude despite me being friendly. This has really taking a toll on me. Like it really affected me and my mental. It’s just messed up !

This was dry bread as hell put shredded cheese I asked for sliced pepper jack the lettuce was wilted Tomatoes were were green and hard this was a very nasty Subway at 4:35 Anaheim I will never ever come back to this place again

Just walked in young lady make TWO of my sandwiches when I go to pay their computer system is down? Why wouldn't she tell me this before making my food? Cashier tells me she can call over to another store and I can give them my DEBIT CARD INFO OVER THE PHONE AND CHARGE MY CARD?! ARE YOU SERIOUS? obviously I'm not comfortable with that. So I'm just standing and dumb and dumber can't figure out what to do. So I just leave? Horrible customer service. Should have just given my the sandwiches since YOU inconvenienced ME. March 7 night shift 8:30pm teach your employees customer service.

People always camping right outside the door with a big mess. People asking for money right at the door. They follow you inside to give you drama all because you couldnt give them anything. The manager doesnt do anything about it. Very disturbing. Wont be going there anymore

This was my favorite subway until the 28th of july....my friend, fiancée and I went in and order sandwiches. When we walked in there was a hispanic woman who didn't greet us and kept walking in front of us being rude. Then, we got to the register and the young guy said we didn't have enough money (which turns out he was trying to pay our food with our cash benefits NOT food benefits). We walked out very very embarrassed! But NOT before the Mexican speaking rude worker yelled out, "what happened?! They have no money?! Why come here then if they have no money?" Again, as if we weren't embarrassed enough the worker thru in some rude comments to make it all worse. We were going to go back in and pay with our bank card instead, but after what she said we felt to ashamed and embarrassed. That will be the last time we ever go to that subway!
