Perfect place for a quicky on a back seat of your car, big parking, not so crowded, especially during the night. Since having this type of activity, and being hungry at the same time is bad idea, Carls Junior offers wide range of burgers, as well as salads and soda, which will help your willie to be is shape and ready to bust. Place was clean considering the riff-raff that end up bothering people here. Food is what it is, but hey, it comes out fast, and you know what you're getting! If you're looking for a place to charge your devices though, don't bother. This place clearly closed up any of the charging stations, because they need turnover, and not people running up their electric bills. The staff was nice. Sadly though, they were taking in a lot of verbal abuse from this @$$h0le who clearly had mental issues. They just stood there, staring, and keeping their distance as this guy kept muttering insults to them. At first he raised his voice, and said something loud enough, then just kept muttering insults at them repeatedly. He was blocking everyone's exit. So when I got out, I told him, "Stop talking to people like that." So that's when he followed me out the door, because he wanted to start something with anyone. He kept asking me, "What's up, HUH?! What's UP?!" I said, "I'M WHAT'S UP!" Felt like Middle School again. Sheesh! Anyway, kudos for the staff for keeping their cool.

This Carl's Jr is small but clean, friendly customer service. They offer the typical Carl's Jr menu, my personal favorite are the chicken tender. There are only two downsides, 1. due to its location they do get homeless people but they do thier best to attend to any situation that may arise. 2. There are no public restrooms for customers.

If you like biting into a thick Angus burger like I do at a reasonable price, then Carl's Jr. is the place you need to visit for a great and satisfying meal. The dining area seems to be well maintained each time I visit. Great food, excellent prices, and the service is fast. They aim to please and that they definitely do.

To be located in where it is, it's amazing how well it is kept. Clean and plenty of seating.

The dining room is clean. The service courteous and fast. 7pm there were 6 other people eating. Had the western bacon cheeseburger, large size, fries and cocke. Plenty of ketchup and napkins.

Nice, clean, and the place is bigger than most other Carl's Jr. Lots of parking spaces too. Tables and chairs are very modern, not your typical booth that you see every where else. Very open space so you can hear what others are saying, and they have the music running so not for those looking for a quiet place. I like it though since it wasn't too boring. Staff was nice and friendly, but everyone's experience is different so can't say much about this. Would come back here again 👍👍👍

I stopped by the Carl's Jr. on 6th, and I have to say the Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger really hit the spot! The burger was perfectly cooked, with a smoky flavor from the bacon and just the right amount of barbecue sauce. The onion rings added a great crunch, and the beef patties were juicy and flavorful. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. Definitely a solid choice if you're craving a tasty burger."

Kinda disappointed that they do not accept the coupon even if you live around DTLA.

So since I spent the money and I know the bathrooms is for customers. And since you would lie to be lazy. Carls Jr shouldn’t mind if customers pee outside in front of the store. Because where do I pee then?

The place is clean. We went because we had coupons that were sent to us in the mail. The coupons are in person only. This location says they don’t accept paper coupons. How am I supposed to use them if they aren’t available in the app?

On a beautiful Sunday morning, December 28, Olivia, the manager, treated us very rudely and did not greet us. I was refused access to the bathroom and asked for a receipt, even though I had just finished eating about 10 minutes prior and likely no longer had the receipt. No other customers were subjected to this request. The manager also refused to provide a name for feedback. This discriminatory, unprofessional, and discourteous behavior ruined my experience. I hope the venue addresses staff training, policy consistency, and customer feedback processes to prevent this from happening to others.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over seven years, but lately, my experience hasn’t been the same. There’s a younger employee who works at night, and ever since he started, my orders have been wrong almost every time. It’s frustrating because it feels like it’s done on purpose—he often laughs when handing me my food. This kind of behavior is really disappointing and hurts the business’s reputation. At this point can't even eat this food anymore afraid that he's playing with the food.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. There are other locations nearby. Irais and Yesenia both have poor attitudes towards the black community. Honestly it's pretty much the whole establishment. I spend my money here everyday to be greeted with disrespect and attitude. If you don't like the job quit and get another one but saying disrespectful slurs in Spanish like I don't speak Spanish is beyond me. Please steer clear of this location they are not fond of black culture and do not respect the elderly!

I checked the store’s hours on Google Maps, and it showed that they were open 24 hours. So, I placed an order through the app and selected pickup (not drive-thru). However, when I walked to the store, the manager told me I could only pick up my order through the drive-thru. From the drive-thru window, the manager said, “Go back and drive a car here. Don’t you have a car?” This was both confusing and frustrating. If walk-up pickup isn't allowed, the app shouldn’t offer that option—or the hours on Google Maps should be updated to reflect the actual service limitations. Also, the manager’s attitude was unprofessional and unappreciated.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken covered only half of the bun— see attached photos. Looks like a single chicken tender to me. This is like a borderline scam when compared to the photo on the menu, and totally not worth the almost $20 meal price with tax. Fries container not full, and drink was mostly ice. Staff hardly acknowledges you as well. You’d think they would try harder to get customers but they don’t care at all!

Manager jose ruiz & his wife Olivia the other manager charges 2 different prices for same small famous star combo w waffle fries. The regular price comes out to $11.06 if u eat inside, .10cent per bag to go.. jose charged me 11.61 & Olivia charged me 11.93 for same famous star combo no cheese small size.. they are both miserable! If you're gonna charge people 10 cents extra for a paper bag but not post it until the window and the only way to avoid .10 charge is to tell the cash you're proud to. How does a customer know that before they pay for their order? And yes, in Los Angeles, we do buy bags but I don't think I've had to purchase a paperback. I think every bag that I've ever been requested to purchase was reusable or recyclable, but definitely reusable.AND HOW DID YOU MANAGE 2 SHRINK THE 1/3 POUND ANGUS PATTY TO THE SIZE OF A REGULAR PATTY

Had a bad experience with the shift leader and cashier experience I asked for the breakfast burger promo they have display and they lady said to me it's $8.74 I replied to her saying it says 5.99 plus sales tax which comes 6.55 and she responded " well i already put the code in and how do you know to do math anyways . I responded well am I going to get that promo price she said " no do you want the food or not you can go somewhere else" I replied no thank you I'll take my business else where . She responded "ok idc go ahead I don't need your money here. I'm surprised this location has this type of customer service very rude and unwelcoming . Why have a promo on the window if you won't honor it time of visit 10:25am .

Purchased today "Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich" combo at lunch time on the way to the office. Later found more than half of the chicken is still raw!!! This same store did this 3 more times previously. Don't they know how to cook larger chicken piece properly?

So disappointing! The burgers were not worth it. The lettuce and tomato supposed to inside, those were disappeared. I loved the Carl's Junior whole my life but last time was the LAST time for it. Goodbye Carl's.
