A great place to chill with friends over tasty crispy winglets. Our server Ryan was excellent. Food was served promptly and he made us feel really welcomed. We found a place to park rather quickly. Shout out to his excellent service.. we will be back.
New Years Day, 2025! I decided that Chicjen Wings would be my first meal of the year. Ordered the lunch special consisting of 10 Traditional Wings, Wild, Fries. Celery, Baby Carrots and a Dr Pepper, with a tall beer. (Okay, 2 tall beers.) Wings had normal amount of sauce and were crispy (that is how they come at this location.) Everything was ready quickly and the food hit and tasty, while the drinks were cold. A good way to start the New Year.
I recently had the absolute pleasure of dining at BW Threes in Koreatown and felt compelled to highlight the exceptional service provided by Eric, the manager. In a city as busy as Los Angeles, it’s incredibly refreshing and rare to encounter someone as genuinely courteous, well-mannered, and dedicated as Eric. From the moment we walked in, Eric greeted us warmly, setting the tone for what would become an unforgettable dining experience. His attentiveness and willingness to assist went far beyond our expectations, ensuring we felt not just welcomed, but truly valued. Eric’s passion for hospitality is evident in every interaction. He personally checked on our table multiple times, making certain everything was perfect—from the quality of our food to the comfort of our seating. It’s clear he genuinely cares about every guest who steps through the door, treating everyone with equal warmth and respect. In a city often known for its hustle and bustle, Eric stands out as an exemplary manager who exemplifies the very best in customer care. He transformed a simple dining experience into something memorable and special. BW Threes is incredibly fortunate to have someone like Eric at the helm. I sincerely believe Eric deserves special recognition for his outstanding dedication and genuine passion. Thank you, Eric, for making our evening extraordinary—we’ll definitely be back soon because of you!
The place here seems to be for the Hispanic. The music with Hispanic and most of customers are Hispanic. :) No complaints about it. But the tacos that i had is too salty and couldn't finish it. Other than that, a decent place as a sports bar.
The food is always good, love the spicy garlic flavor. This location usually has longer wait times for pick up. Also the street parking is limited.
Even as a Vegetarian this fast food venue has quite a few options - not healthy options BUT moreish sweet and oilly comfort 😌 ... this food coupled with a craft wheat beer 🍻 was the perfect antidote to a scorching Los Angeles Summer afternoon ... Also worth mentioning the service I experienced at Wild Wings Koreatown was the best on my weeklong stay in LA 👌 (shout out to Ryan & Diane)
Trifling as hell for only giving me one out of the 4 dips that was suppose to come with my delivery order. Wings were great and sauced to perfection but they only gave me one ranch!!! I’ve ordered from here plenty of times and never had a bad experience but one ranch is crazy!!!!
Be careful with this place the worst place to pick up an order I went to get my order and basically they forgot everything they just gave me the wings and fries. No dips no onion no veggies nothing.. when I called them they said we can't do nothing about it..
I was in town visiting and was pretty disappointed in the terrible service and food. I had to keep asking the server to take our order, refill drinks, and was told my Southern Chicken Sandwich would be out shortly when it wasn’t brought out with the rest of the food from my party. It took an additional 20 minutes - and when it finally came out you could tell the chicken had been microwaved because the inside was insanely hot but as you can see from the photo - the outside of the chicken was so cold that none of the cheese was melted when placed on top of it. Between the poor service and late, cold food - it’s a 1 star review from me.
Imagine eating fried chicken with chicken feathers wrapped with buffalo sauce. Just ewww! This is so disgusting! Such a disaster! The chicken wings fried together with feathers?? 🤮 How can you sell these to customers?? Should I sue them??
I have a really bad experience with this restaurant order online, and they made my order wrong come back, and the second time I was also got wrong they were late in tending and saying if you need help. The food was ok i think they can do better
I’ve had repeated issues with this Buffalo Wild Wings location, and tonight was the last straw. I placed a mobile order for an 8:30 PM pickup, but when I arrived, no one was at the takeout counter. Multiple employees walked by, made eye contact, and didn’t acknowledge me at all. Thankfully, one young lady eventually helped me and she was great, but everything else was disappointing. When I got home, my order was completely wrong. I had to go back out in the rain just to get it addressed. They offered to remake it, but after all the inconvenience, I didn’t have time to wait again. I actually waited to post a review because I thought maybe these were just one-off bad experiences but I was wrong. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location: long waits, lack of acknowledgment, and repeated order mistakes. The employees aren’t the problem; it’s clearly a management issue. This store is not meeting basic customer service standards and needs serious improvement.
My boyfriend and I come here a couple of times a month and usually enjoy the food and atmosphere. We know it’s a sports bar and, living in LA during the World Series, we expected longer wait times. However, during our last visit on Monday, we waited 40 minutes at our table with no acknowledgment at all — no hello, no water, no “we’ll be right with you.” Staff passed us several times without saying anything. We don’t mind waiting, especially on a busy night, but being completely ignored was disappointing and felt disrespectful. We’ve always enjoyed coming here for wings, beer, and cheese curds, and we usually leave happy even when service is slower. But after this experience, we’re unsure if we’ll return. Hopefully the service improves, because we genuinely liked this place.
While visiting Los Angeles, I decided to order from this location around 11pm on Saturday, August 2nd. Upon placing my order, the order was bumped to the next morning at 11:00am, I immediately called the restaurant to cancel the order taking into consideration it was an hour before closing, so I assumed it was bumped because it was placed late. I spoke to a manager, whose name I did not capture, who jotted down my information and let me know the order would be cancelled. It didn’t sound promising but I took his word. He advised I called back within 5 days to follow up, which I found unacceptable, because I shouldn’t have to follow up on an order I cancelled. I let a few days go by assuming it would be taken care of, considering a manager assisted. Unfortunately it was not taken care of. I called last night to inquire about this matter, I was informed by the manager on duty - either Cannon or Kenneth (I didn’t capture his name too accurately - that ONLY the general manager is able to process refunds, and he took down my information to pass along to her because she was not in for the night. He informed me she would be in from 12-5 today. I was frustrated considering I had to call over 2 times now to acquire my refund. Regardless of my frustration, I persisted to receive my refund for food I NEVER received. I called today around 1pm to speak to the general manager, Gina. Gina was quite sassy and slightly impolite. I felt rushed as I was explaining the whole situation. I let her know what the manager on duty from last night regarding only the general manager can make refunds, and she proceeded to laugh and say “Since when?” I responded “Excuse me?” And she said “that’s a lie, any manager can make a refund”. I was dumbfounded that the previous manager lied to me. Gina let me know she would call after her lunch rush, which was understandable. I waited 3 hours and I was yet to receive a call from Gina. I called back again for the FORTH time now, and the manager on duty let me know Gina wasn’t in. I was lied to by not only the manager on duty but ALSO the general manager. I found this extremely disappointing. I explained the whole situation to the manager on duty today, AGAIN, and he let me know Gina wasn’t on her way back to process the refund. I am yet to hear back from this restaurant regarding this refund. Absolutely atrocious service, and quote disappointing.
Ordered through DoorDash. Once we received our order, the hatch queso was watery. The boneless wings were rock hard and the spicy garlic wings tasted very off, felt rotten. When we called to speak with a manager and get a refund, we had to call 3 times to finally speak with a manager. Once on the phone with the manager, he said we would have to bring the food in for a refund. Do not recommend. Go to another Buffalo Wild Wings
Mismanaged into the ground, Biergarten on Western is better. Chicken wings have shrunk to half their prior size while the prices nearly doubled. Not to mention, this place being run by a manager with an ego and inability to run her staff. Staff kicked a drunk guy out one night and then tried to pin a bucket on me months later just because the guy happened to be sitting beside me at the open bar section when it happened. It's just not what it used to be. Tried to chastize me and lecture me in fornt of a crowd but refused to provide me with a bill or any proof to validate what she was saying so she waived me off. Her own security agreed she was in the wrong for blindly trying to accuse me.
Well they’re definitely consistent. If you’re ordering take out make sure to double check your order because they’re consistently forgetting one of my items ever time I go. Even when they’re not busy 8/10 times they will forget an item.
Normally I go to BWW in Pasadena but since I was in the area I decided to go here with my 5yr old son. I made a huge effort to try to patronize this BWW. I didn’t want to pay for parking so I parked it on the street. Then after walking for ten minutes with my son I finally was able to go inside. There was a person in front of me so the waitress told him to follow her. I was up next. I looked inside cause I could hear the NFL games, the tv announcers, and the crowd. I could see there was allot of seats available this place wasn’t crowded like the Pasadena BWW. I figured I would be told by the waitress to follow her in a minute right. Well I was wrong, she told me to please wait so they can find me a table. Here I am with my 5 year old son waiting in the front. My son was playing around and I was just patiently waiting. I waited and waited. In the meantime the games are going on. I could hear the roar of the crowd and THE HITS from the players. I was like this is ridiculous, why am I waiting at 1145am on a Sunday?!? I wanted to have a DAD moment with my son. I envisioned eating the sampler plate and drinking a couple of beers here in the meanwhile my son would be playing on his tablet and watching the games with me. I eventually got up and told the waitress/hostess Thank you but I’m going to leave. She said you don’t want to wait? OMG that’s what I have been doing waiting. There is no justification for me to be waiting. You guys totally killed it for me and my son. Imagine a customer with his 5yr old son walking and running to go to this restaurant to have a father and son moment, to bond. You guys killed it for me. We went home instead and bought pizza. I wasted my time and effort. Next time I will go to Pasadena BWW. At Pasadena you can walk in and sit down or they will sit you down quickly to watch the games. This staff has no clue about NFL SUNDAYS. Thank you for the opportunity to hear me out.
I pretty regularly frequent this location when craving wings. But today was by far my worst experience there. I order through the app and was notified that it would be ready at 12:00pm noon. I ended up waiting in person at the pick up register until 12:40 asking multiple times about my order. The staff is helpful and kind, but they were completely overwhelmed for a normal lunch rush. They are without a doubt understaffed and it show with the speed of service and how orders are affected.
We were sat in the bar area and the service was horrible. The bartender was always hiding in the back and our server was on her phone the whole time. We ordered drinks and they only brought us one. The server brought our food out and we had to flag her down as we were finishing eating to get our second drink. She walked to the computer and it look like she was putting it in and then went to track down the bartender to make it. By this time we were done eating. We regulalry go to the one in Burbank and get great service. So it's extremely disappointing to get horrible service from the one in walking distance from our apartment. We will not be back.
