I just came in at 12:20 everyone’s super nice. Above all 5 star, who ruined my night was ALAN an employee cleaning the restroom. Very rude and mean yellling at me like crazy. Saying go home and the restroom is closed for the night. It’s 12:20. But I wasn’t mad I was mad that he told me in a rude and impolite manner and laughed and yelled in my face. Sorry panda for taking this 1 star the foods great. Please just talk to Alan and improving his customer service because he’s so disrespectful.

Don’t order online with them their only job was to pack teriyaki chicken and they couldn’t even put the Damm sauce !! Which is the whole Damm point of teriyaki chicken !! Worst place to order form here

Worst panda express in my life. Got sick from their food, stayed in bed for the entire day. This place ruined my LA trip

I normally love Panda Express. But this location literally had the lowest-quality food I've had at any of their locations. I was excited to have (healthier) fast food for the first time in a while. I ordered one of their prefixed protein plates with Kung pao chicken and beef pepper steak. I dont know if was because I ordered after 9 pm and maybe they save the worst cuts of meat for ppl who order last. But BOTH meats were inedible. The beef was tough and mainly tendons. I couldn't chew threw it, and the texture grossed me out. Even the chicken had a soft/soggy texture. The veggies consisted of large, hard slabs of broccoli stems. There was also a very bitter her they used that I did not enjoy. I very well should have taken the food back to them and informed them if how disgusting it was. But I'd already left the area by the time I opened my order.

I ordered from uber eats tonight and my food came cold, the rice was hard like they barely cooked it or it was the end of the batch so it was all crusty. Really displeased I would not recommend buying from this location late at night

I placed an online order and arrived shortly after, knowing my food should’ve been ready. Even though the system mistakenly listed the pickup time as 12AM, I explained to the staff that I was already there and ready to pick up. They told me they’d prepare it, but instead, I ended up standing there for nearly 20 minutes. What makes it worse is that it’s Panda Express—it’s cafeteria-style. The food I ordered was literally sitting right there in front of me the entire time. I could see it. Nothing needed to be cooked or prepared fresh. They just didn’t prioritize my order or acknowledge my wait. I could’ve made the plate myself faster than they did. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue at this location either. On another visit, a staff member gave me the total before even asking if I wanted a drink, which I did. It’s like there’s no interest in offering proper service or attention to detail. This kind of careless treatment is frustrating, especially for something as simple as picking up an online order. I hope this location seriously reevaluates how it handles mobile orders and customer interactions.

It got really bad. For $13, I got DRY PASTA WITHOUT cabbage and butter, dry old pasta, old shrimp, and yesterday’s dry chicken, the money is not returned to me. I appeal to the management, I ask you to return the money for the old spoiled products!

They shorten the meal portions selectively if your Hispanic or a man they fill up your plate I feel it’s unfair to have a price on a meal and then to not be accurate with the portion size because different ppl grab the food with different amounts they should fill up all the plates all the time I eat here EVERYDAY and the more I come the less food they put in my plate

I paid almost 18.00 for this lunch which was new orange chicken burned! The steak I was given was 3 pieces of steak & the rest vegetables and noodles tasted like plastic I threw away most of this plate since I got more white rice than half and half. I will NEVER return here. Sorry I don’t give reviews good or bad but this was too much!

Not even worth the 1 star. They did not make half of my order, and told the Uber eats driver it was all there. Bad on both of their ends for not double checking. We waited 1 hour for our large order and didn't even get half of it... we called and asked if the bag was sitting there but they said it wasn't their problem and they can't help us. If you look at the picture of the receipt I posted it will show you they crossed off exactly what we did receive, the rest they marked was EXACTLY what we were missing....do better!!!
