The customer service is always good here, even if it's busy. The manager always says hi if you're a regular. The food tastes good and is hot. Stays pretty clean, otherwise you point out the spot you want to sit and they quickly clean it for you.

Was unsure of what we wanted to eat but the guy taking our order was so kind and patient that I wish more employees at places were like him.

Horrible just no these onion ring were so hard i could throw them at someone and knock them out and it was drive thru... Make it make sense!

Always get good service here. I come through in the early morning shifts cuz that's when I get off work. Mike the guy who runs a drive-thru is amazing. They get hella busy but when we get our food it's always hot and fresh thanks Mike and Jack in the box graveyard shift you guys are amazing

I often go from the Central Valley up to the Bay Area. Always stop for breakfast at this Jack in the box on the way. Their service is always great and they really do a great job with the food. The drive through goes quickly so I never worry about getting trapped. They are very good!!

This place is actually really good and it has really good food. Most of it doesn't even taste frozen. They have great service and they are open 24 hours and a drive-thru! What more do you want? They have the one soda machine that has all of the soda flavors! It is in a great convenient location and it's also next to a Starbucks!

They (the drive-thru folks) need to pay attention better and ask for clarification if they didn't hear an order clearly. Be sure to have them repeat your order. The food we ordered was hot and fresh when we got it which was nice. Would definitely revisit.

Line was long but went fast. A miss understanding, we ordered a #21 and just wanted an extra coffee but they doubled the order my husband paid with a gift card, line long be hind us and told them but they were confused. Just left and gave the extra meal to homeless that was there.

Food hot, smashed jack double bacon was pretty good French fries hot and crispy. Worth the 15$ for the meal especially now of days.

Years ago I was once an employee of Jack in the box. Two of my favorites were Jumbo Jack with cheese and their tacos. I recently bought the two items, for the first time in years, boy, was I disappointed. The taco didn't even look like a taco and the burger. It looked like a mess between two buns.

Sometimes they forget part of ur order or make it incorrectly....they do however have no problem fixing their mistakes.....just dont like the fact i have to drive back to have them fix it....since i use mobile ordering and they are making mistakes just shows they need to read better

Just your typical, run of the mill J in the B. Love the variety and the greezy mediocre food. Haven't had issues here. 6/5 would diarrhea again.

UPDATED: I changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars. I recently decided to give Jack another chance, and out of the 3 times I’ve visited my food was a lot fresher than previous visits. I’ve noticed the times that I visit the manager (older gentleman) is usually on the shift so that could be why, but I’m not complaining lol. It’s definitely more pricey now but I use the app for discounts. As many times as I’ve ordered, I think there’s only been 2-3 times the food was actually warm and not hard and cold. I go because it’s convenient (literally a block over from where I live) but I’m always disappointed because the food is so inedible I only end up eating half of my order :( I always say this will be the last time I go back but let’s be real— I’ll end up giving it a couple months like I always do and start the cycle of disappointment again lol

24 hour drive thru with quick service. Egg roll was nice and crispy but teriyaki bowl was a little cold.

Fries tasted weird like they weren't cooked correctly it threw off the flavor of the burger too. I been here twice it's the first time it happens.

Food was great as usual but employee's seemed like they were unattended.

It's ok location for travelers along the I-5 but certainly the place isn't clean. The restrooms aren't well maintained and that alone usually says a lot about the place. I had to eat quick and leave because of a fly inside the restaurant that kept circulating around different tables. However, the menu prices seem to be lower than other locations.

At night we tend to get this one female worker who honestly doesn’t sound like she wants to work here takes forever to take the order and very forgetful but other then that this place isn’t bad just sucks when there is also a big line

Have to say, I was disappointed today with jack in the box, fries were stale and not crisp, my bacon utilmite burger wasn't vary warm, and had most of its mustard and ketchup on the back half, and wrapper, today was not a good day at jack in the box.

I ordered the chicken sandwich and when I got on the road I started taking a bite and realized the chicken was cold and that was not what I wanted I wanted something hot something warm I was disappointed to say the least I don't think I'll go there again.

I ordered two sourdough jacks meals and four tacos. I received my meals old and cold and two tacos missing. Then my food was spilled in my bag, unorganized, that my bag was ripped and I barely was able to save my food . After a hard day's work and the over priced burger it would have been better off if my food fell , because it was nasty

They are touching food with bare hands and cleaning with mop on the hand while preparing food. Dept of Health should fine them.

Be aware they have a slick way of upselling you at the drive-thru window when you place an order.

The drive thru line took long I ordered 2 combo meals that came out to be $28 dollars my burger only had two little pieces of bacon my fries were half full and my soda not filled to the top it looked nothing at all like the picture not even close and to top it off my food was cold by the time I got home , normally it still be hot or at least warm I'm very unhappy and very unsatisfied

I would LOVE to speak to the owner in regards to my experience I just had at this location. Unfortunately, my kids decided they wanted to eat here while watching movies 😒 and how unfortunate the other location was closed already. Anyhow, The drive thru LADY needs to have serious sit down and be talked with. She was fine when I went through the drive thru the first time BUT when I returned to return my COLD/FROZEN tacos she had A SERIOUS attitude. I expect HOT FOOD, I mean if I wanted cold food I would order cold food! She said “THEY ARENT FROZEN” and my response was “well they a pretty cold and very close to frozen” she then says with a COMPLETE ATTITUDE “YOU DONT NEED TO LIE ABOUT IT!” yeah, well she doesn’t know me and I DON’T lie. I tried to tell her I want HOT tacos and they are ALMOST frozen! But she was so mad, NOT LISTENING and she turned away to grab the new bag. Well, she pretty much handed me the new bag with a SERIOUS attitude so I grabbed it and she then told me I didn’t need to GRAB the bag! Well what she want me to do, have her toss it in my car? Seriously?! She then SLAMMED the drive thru window. And when I say “slammed” I mean she SLAMMMMEEED it beyond slamming! I don’t think the OWNER would appreciate a broken window because a employee can’t handle a complaint! She actually should be apologizing to me for my experience and for COLD FOOD. As I’m driving off my husband checks the order AND the supposed remade “new” tacos are just as cold as the first ones!!! Seriously! What kind of employees do you have working there that can’t handle a simple solution, at least with a better attitude!? As a customer I expect HOT food, what I paid for! I will NEVER EVER RETURN to this location EVER. This isn’t the first time either I am given cold food from this location. Seems to be the night crew too. But this woman, she needs to be talked too! Her general attitude is NOT working with clientele! She went over the top here! I’m not sure if another customer got her upset or what, BUT whatever the case may be she should definitely NOT be at the drive thru window with that attitude! I just went through drive thru after being in the hospital for my dad. The guy that handed me the bag said EVERYTHING IS FINE. Got home to find out we were missing an order of onion rings. I tried calling but no one answers. Very disappointing.

Jalapeño poppers. Easy, simple, basic menu item. Long time staple of Jack in the Box. Should have known when I was handed the box within 60 seconds of ordering. Rubbery, clearly had been prepared well before and sitting out forvwho knows how long! A rare indulgence ruined by laziness or cheapness. Of course no receipt provided either to go back and get a refund either. Not that it'd have been worth the trouble anyway. I do not have high standards for fast food but do better!!!! Take some pride in your job and make the MINIMUM EFFORT!!!

I usually dont complain or compliment much, Google is really pushing a review for this one though. So one star, hash brown was the worst hash brown I've ever tasted and that is just sad, rest of the meal was mediocre. The tables were a little weird, some of them stabilized with a stack of napkins. There were unkept tables and a little trash on the floor. I was the only person in there snd there was one person in the drive through so not like theyre too busy. I don't eat out much so I was pretty disappointed.

Went in for just a large drink, $4.01 to start with, then there was NO DIET DRINKS WITH OR WITHOUT CAFFENINE. Just paid 4 dollars for water

We rarely go to this Jack in the Box, but after more than a year, we decided to give it another try and order something online. I placed a very large order and went to pick it up myself— after returning home, of course, several items were missing. One of the combos was missing both the drink and fries and we were missing an entire burger, even though the receipt showed I was charged for it and the items were checked off on the receipt as if they had been included. This seems to happen every time—there’s always something I paid for that’s not in the bag. On top of that, all the fries we did receive were cold and stale, and all the food tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. The 13 dollar spicy chicken sandwich meal was cold and hard, as if the chicken patty had been sitting out all day. I don’t eat fast food often, but for the price we paid, the quality just wasn’t worth it at all. The only reason we chose this place was because everyone happened to bring it up for once, and honestly, the whole experience was disappointing. If the prices were lower, I might be more forgiving—but at this point, I wouldn’t even consider coming back, not even for something quick. I know the tacos aren't supposed to be gourmet, but when there's barely a teaspoon of meat in them, what’s the point? I reached out to customer service and no response yet, I doubt I will receive one. There’s fast food, and then there’s food that just shouldn’t be served. Either lower the prices or improve the service—preferably both.

We stopped in there on our trip and the lady would refuse to take our order and made us. Use the computer which we are not familiar with and then got her order waiting. It was cold after waiting 20 minutes and then if she would have taken her order, she would have told us that she was out of Dr. Pepper and we had to get something we didn't want VS going somewhere else. And then left part of our order out which was a cup of ice

While working in the Los Baños area, I stopped here for a quick bite . I know corporate companies always blame the store , management, or employees, BUT this is all JACK . I stopped by for a quick , bite . I paid $10,32 for a single burger if I paid $3 ( which, in my opinion, it's what it is worth ). I wouldn't complain, but come on, Jack ! I should've spent my $10 at a locally owned place , so many great ones on Pacheco Blvd and lots of great priced fast food places, too . The smashed burger, $10.32 just by itself ! The staff was polite and friendly, but the burger was horrible. When traveling, take time and read some reviews to help you out. Look at the pictures of the burger. It's so sad and is throwing up 😂 , come one, Jack, you can do better . I should've known better also .
