Service was slow for morning rush but nice staff and smiling all the way. The atmosphere was not great. Very bare min tables and chairs. That’s it. Difficult to park.

Staff was very nice, and the order came out in LESS THAN 10 SECONDS after taking my order. Atmosphere was great, counters and tables were clean. The only issue was my drink came out a bit overfilled. What I mean is if you opened it, the drink would spill. So I couldn’t really stir it well. Other than that the service was great :)

Parking is underground, or tiny paved surface lot. North facing balcony with up-close view of freeway offramp - which I enjoy. Inside is 狭

Decent Starbucks. I got the Nitro Cold Brew. Can't go wrong with this.

Friendly service, convenient location and nice open atmosphere. Just be aware that parking is really tight at this location.

Everything was okay until flies invaded. It was like someone opened the door near some dumpsters and left it open. Not sure how it happened. The layout doesn't allow for much comfort if you're eating in. All gender restrooms including sinks could use some attention. Nice staff.

Don’t know why Starbucks culture got very wrong now. Asked my name and got my name wrong. When I asked them if that was my order and the name was wrong, none of them showed any care. “Yeah I didn’t get your name correctly”. I don’t want to say i felt they are racist because I am Asian and auto assigned me “Chen” but this place’s culture disgusts me. I know it’s hard to correctly spell all kinds of names(mine is a common English name), I don’t mind Starbucks auto assign a number for the order, or just get correct name if they do care to ask.

There's was a wait at the counter - the group of 3 got tired of waiting and left. Also, no one acknowledged us. When someone finally stepped to register, still no greeting or apology for the wait! I had to tell him my order TWICE. It was about 10 am - so they very busy, there were 4 or 5 people working. One of them was stocking, can't that wait till the morning rush is over?!

I placed a mobile order through the app here. When I ordered, it said 3-8 minutes… it took >30 minutes to get my iced latte. It would have been faster to get a coffee anywhere else…. And they didn’t apologize at all.

A coffee shop where they simply fill the cup because the coffee is already prepared, and I waited 20 minutes.

Service, atmosphere is good but coffee sucks, nothing like Starbucks, so sad to see there is no consistency. Had ordered my regular oat milk latte and it tasted terrible.

Inefficiency and more delays... Every time I'm being sent here I have To wait forever for a simple order. 10 min if you are lucky, most like 20 min. No customer in front ? Still does not matter employees with finish cleaning the floor for 5 minutes before getting your order. If you like wasting time , this is for you

Wow, I didn’t think I would write a bad review bit here we go. I normally get Brown Sugar Oatmilk shaken espresso and the amount of oatmilk that gets put it varies by a lot so sometimes I will ask barista to add a bit more oatmilk and for a straw. Today a barista got mad at me for asking for oatmilk?!?! She was like “it’s only supposed to be a splash and that’s how much I gave you”. I asked well how can I order with a bit more and she was “ then order a latte!” and kept going on about how my order should only have a splash. Really??? For a $6.45 drink you will stand there and disparage me for asking for a bit more of oatmilk??? Maybe if straws and milk were out there in the bar like before baristas would be so annoyed by requests? But I think the attitude and all was so so unnecessary and rude. Definitely one star for service only because I can’t give zero stars.
