Best one in town, very clean and employees actually enjoy putting the food together very well and presentable !! ( Really)! Best breakfast from them I ever had, looked like the menu picture about and was tasty. I've had the same thing at the same time a day 3 times in different locations in Orlando, and almost didn't eat there as Subway had somewhat fallen out of favor with me...boy am I glad I decided to give it a go again !!!

I'm a long-time Subway customer, and I just want to highlight how good the service is here. I used to go to a different store down by ORMC but decided to make this my regular store after Wil moved to this location. I come here almost every day and it's primarily because of the service I'm use to from Wil. Always friendly, positive and does a great job!

You guys are great, and the service was quick, and anytime I order from this location, I don't ever have to worry if my order was made wrong. I never had any issues with any of my orders because everything was always correct. This is why I trust this location because of the level of care the employees have for their guests.

Great and fast service. They struggled for a while, but ever since the new crew came in, the improvement has been night and day. The team is very fast, efficient, and super friendly, and this has become my favorite Subway to go to. Keep it up!

This subway has excellent customer service and great food quality. The environment inside subway is friendly and welcoming as well. I have spent countless lunch breaks in this particular subway to relax before heading back to work. However, this particular subway seems to consistently run out of product. For example, the other day I attempted to get the Black Forest Ham meal of the day. The employees informed me that they were out of this sandwich meat until next week. The same thing happened when I attempted to get American cheese on my sub the next day. I am unsure if there is a shortage or what is going on, but this has made me travel to the subway around a mile away.

My order was awful. I ordered a simple chicken salad. There was very little lettuce in the bowl not even halfway full. The worker advised everyone after the fact that the store had ran out of lettuce. Why would you still offer to make an order when you lack the ingredients to make a proper meal, needless to say, I was still hungry and $16, that was not nearly worth three dollars. I attempted to contact the manager via email that’s on the receipt and I got no response. I called the store and got a disconnected/busy signal. I hope they can use my $16 towards something positive for the store because I’m very unhappy with how everything was handled , and my problem was not resolved. Please do better.

Rudest people run this place! If I’m gonna have to pay $10 for a sub it’s gonna be a Publix sub that is delicious and served with a smile! Also another fantastic sandwich is Wawa!Delicious,friendly staffed and open 24 hours! So glad to never go back to this subway again.

VERY POOR MANAGEMENT! This poor woman working alone on a Saturday 9/16/23. Her shift started at 3pm and I got there at 4:30pm and she said she has had a line the whole time and it was only her! There was a line out the door. How can you expect her do do all of these orders AND mobile orders by herself, not to mention time to prep more bread and other items, let alone clean! VERY POOR MANAGEMENT for scheduling 1 worker at this time on a Saturday! Subway Corporate needs to get involved! These poor workers need help! I left her a tip because she was able to stay calm and apologetic to the customers coming in every few minutes! Some customers are not that nice and I felt extremely sorry for this poor woman!

What an embarrassment to any business. One person working and it’s busy. Zero sense of urgency concerning the product or the business. Save yourself a headache - the Greek place next door is stellar - better food and happy engaged employees. Poor management. Immature leadership. Worst Experience Ever at Subway - Terrible Service and Empty Shelves I recently had the misfortune of visiting the Subway restaurant located at Orlando Skyhouse. Let me start by saying that this was, without a doubt, the most abysmal dining experience I have ever had. The level of incompetence, rudeness, and overall disregard for customer satisfaction was simply astonishing. Upon entering the restaurant, it became evident that there was only one employee present. It was clear from her attitude that she had absolutely no interest in doing her job. Throughout my entire visit, she displayed a shocking level of rudeness towards every customer, myself included. Her dismissive tone and lack of basic customer service skills left me feeling completely disrespected. To make matters worse, despite the restaurant being empty, there was an unbelievably long line of customers waiting to place their orders. Instead of attending to this dire situation, the sole employee decided that it was more important to prioritize cleaning the restaurant. For a good ten minutes, she completely ignored the growing line of frustrated customers, focusing solely on her cleaning duties. It was baffling to witness such a blatant disregard for basic customer service principles. But the absurdity didn't end there. After finally finishing her cleaning spree, she had the audacity to announce that the entire dining area was off-limits because she had just cleaned it. I couldn't help but question her decision-making skills. Was it more important to have a clean restaurant with no customers or a functional, efficient establishment that serves its patrons? It was a mind-boggling display of incompetence. To add insult to injury, the Subway bar, which should have been the heart and soul of this establishment, was a complete disappointment. Three of their main dishes, including the popular tuna, were unavailable. When asked for an explanation, the employee simply shrugged her shoulders and offered no excuses or apologies. It was as if the customer's satisfaction meant absolutely nothing to her. I am writing this review to bring attention to the head of this Subway location. It is clear that there is a severe lack of management, training, and accountability at this establishment. The way customers are treated, the blatant disregard for their needs, and the unavailability of essential menu items reflect poorly on the entire Subway brand. I strongly urge the head of this location to take immediate action to rectify these issues. It is unacceptable to provide such abysmal service to paying customers. If this level of incompetence and indifference continues, it is only a matter of time before this Subway restaurant loses all credibility and customers. To summarize, my experience at this Subway was nothing short of a nightmare. The rude and disinterested employee, the neglect of customers waiting in line, the decision to render the entire dining area off-limits, and the absence of crucial menu items all contributed to an utterly disappointing visit. I sincerely hope that the management takes this review seriously and implements the necessary changes to ensure that future customers do not have to endure such a distressing experience.

The food is fine but you have a really rude staff member who desperately needs better training. She didn’t bother to help me out whatsoever. I had to pickup an order and she saw me standing there and didn't bother to help me, ask me what I needed or anything. She was flat out ignoring me. At one point she waved me off like I was an animal. She needs better training and clearly has no manners or respect. 0 stars for her lack of respect.

Ordered food here and when our delivery service went to pick it up, we were told they didn't have any food. No tuna sub, no meatball sub, no chips, no sprite, no water. So we canceled our order. We were STILL charged $49 for the order and $30 fee for canceling. This subway didn't try to help us in any way even though they had no food at all and we spoke to them on the phone. We are out $80 for 2 subs that we NEVER got. Avoid this place at all costs they will not help you and they have no food.

Unfortunately service here is not up to par. Upon arrival a black male employee was in the back sitting down on his phone with out noticing there was customers inside, secondly when he did notice and come to the front his pants were sagging so low you could practically see his entire red underwear, Super unprofessional. Lastly when I finished picking my toppings the man said “thanks for picking a lot of toppings” as if I was inconveniencing him by having him work. Definitely a fail for quality inspection from corporate.
