This is my favorite Starbucks in Martinez. They have their ups and downs like when I ordered a drink for pickup and waited 20 or so minutes for my order. Nonetheless, the baristas usually have a lot of orders to get through and they are overworked, so I can’t be mad. The baristas are always nice and the store is always clean. :)

This place is always busy; does not matter what day. The staff are friendly and the inside always looks clean. The wait is never too long and since I usually order the same thing, I appreciate that my drinks are very consistent.

I like this location and get my lunch here often. Not a big fan of their coffee, but the food options are pretty good, particularly if you have stars to use. Downside, lunch options can run out early at this location as it's pretty busy. This location has friendly baristas but, seem to turn over often.

They don't yell your name out very loudly when your order is ready, or perhaps the overhead music should be turned down. And as with any advertised drink or dish that look so yummy, the "real" item doesn't live up to the picture. However, the cold Irish Cream was tasty.

Nice, clean, fairly quiet. Cheerful, efficient service. Fairly busy. Kind of small, but lots of tables. 4 soft chairs inside, clean, & near outlets. A few good laptop tables, including one conference table, desk height. Enough outlets. Large, open patio, with a few metal tables, & a picnic/conference table too. Closed early, 730 pm.

Overall a great experience. I used to be a Starbucks Barista, so I try to be very meticulous with my Starbucks reviews. We arrived at around 11 a.m. The overall cleanliness of the store was fine. I asked the barista whether the banana loaf was fresh, which she confirmed. She kindly offered to warm it up for me, which I really appreciated. I ordered three customized drinks, all of which were made with perfection! If I had one criticism to make is that the communications behind the bar could have been a bit more efficient. Hence a few drinks were first handed out to later guests before we finally got our third drink. Other than that, all was as one would wish for, a clean store with friendly and courteous staff that is able to customize drinks properly.

There is an outdoor patio with tables and chairs as well. The standard drink menu plus a variety of baked goods are available. Service is swift and friendly. I believe most would give 5 stars, I reserve the fifth for something outstanding.

Was so excited that they put a Starbucks with a drive-thru only to be really disappointed that the drive-thru takes a very long time to get through! Parking at this location is also a joke. Very little parking for the amount of shops in the strip. I would have a better experience if the drive-thru service was a little quicker.

Why is it that the day i decide to give a tip based solely on the nice cashier does the coffee taste like mud, i asked for extra nuts and that was too much. No big deal on the nuts but the mud tasting coffee great way to start my day

This Starbucks is very busy. I almost always try to pre-order. Even doing that you generally have to wait. The people used to be so friendly but they are busy statues now.

Usually there is only a short wait time. Today it was around 30 minutes for our drinks to be prepared. Wish they would have told us when ordering, we would have gone down the street to the next Starbucks.

Bathrooms are always dirty and filthy when I go in them. Furniture is dirty. This place needs a deep clean. The employees are friendly, fast, and efficient. Very welcoming environment.

Considered the coffee was horrible, a homeless man challenged me to a fight. I accidentally took his seat, gave it back when he returned, but he was still upset and challenged me. I'll never ever retire again. I just wanted a peaceful cup of coffee.
