I pick up cheeseburger meals along with large black coffees every month for my 2 car mechanics. I like to treat them. You never know when you may need a quick repair or just a quick check all around before a long driving trip. They are appreciative.

A friendly face greated me with my drinks 1st, and then food seconds later. And fast service. My drink was the frozen coke! They made the service fast by having our order ready when we got to the window! The employee made the service friendly! And the frozen coke was amazing, brought back memories as a kid!

I was very impressed with this McDonald's... We stopped after a long day and had very courteous service. What really impressed me, I believe the manager waited on us cordially and then made rounds in the dining room to check on each customer to see if all was ok .. that's unheard of.. was truly impressed.. and will return.. the food was also very fresh!! Good restaurant to stop on way. Renovated. Lots of booths. Several electrical outlets as well which came in handy. Clean restrooms. Breakfast stops at 10:30am. Only drawback is you can’t just pick up your food at the counter - they come serve you at the tables when you dine in which I found odd.

Staff is friendly and my order is always correct. I'm jealous that American McDonald's still use plastic straws and plastic spoons. In Canada, straws are plastic and spoons are wooden, both of which taste disgusting.

I ordered the Lobster Roll today and was pleasantly surprised!! It was very good! Fresh roll, clean fresh romaine lettuce, plenty of real lobster meat and a mild mayo!

Just a typical mcdonalds. The bathrooms are generally clean. The seating arrangement is nicer than the mcdonalds near the mall though. There is a magic the gathering group that meets here frequently in the evening i believe on Fridays.

I have always enjoyed visits to McD's...especially the mochas. We don' t pass McD's without stopping for one and the best coffee in town. McD's is our breakfast place when traveling...couldn't get started without an egg mcmuffin. You're,the guys. Thanks.

I like the place. They remodeled which is great and it looks pretty inside. The service is quite fast and good about not messing up the food order. At night the hours don't really make sense to me it says dine in 24 hours and when I went there it was closed for.dine in which they need to change. That was a couple of days ago and we thought that was very odd. So that's the only problem I have with that place.

Always hot and fresh burgers, just could be a lil bit faster at certain times I've noticed. Sometimes during main hrs such as, lunch and dinner! Alot of talking-to each other up front, but hey I worked fast food before I know how it is you get out of school you got a bunch of stuff to say and and wait till it calms down that's all I got to say for that, and don't serve fries that are cold or hard. If you wouldn't eat it what makes you think the customer wants to ya know?

Didn't care for the breakfast sauce to be put on the side when I asked for "lite". I'm going through the drive thru, I'm a hvac contractor. I don't have time to make breakfast. That's why I stopped and paid more to eat. To have someone else make something fast! I worked grill, counter, trainer and assistant manager. I'd never run a line to do that. Squeeze gently, it's just needs a dribble. BOOM! Yah Done! Bacon crispy, win. Bagle toasted, win. Egg patty is an egg patty. Acceptable. Cheese, it's cheese, win. Lite breakfast sauce. Fail. Customer service? Aside from the intercom being comidicly broken, service was fantastic. Overall: Judge me if you want. But when you are recovering from feeling sick, and finally get hungry and not afraid to eat... A Bacon, Egg and Cheese that's dry is off the mark and a touch disappointing. Fast, dependable, accurate are all words to describe this McDonald's. Been going here for years and never had an inaccurate order, or substandard food. Hey, it's not gourmet food, but that's not what you go there for. Friendly staff also.

The new fresh quarter pounder with cheese is much better than the old version. The old version always gave me heartburn, no matter what. Being fresh makes the all the difference! Thumbs up and tastes better.

Friendly atmosphere, the workers are pleasant, food made quickly. Sometimes when they are real busy, they mess up my order , I don't get mad, I just tell them, they make it right.

I go here a lot, breakfast is great. Steak egg and ch bagles are my favorite and they have them back now. I feel for some reason that the dinner food always tastes a little old. Like other McDonald's you know when you get fresh food it's amazing, but I'm sorry to say not here. Orders take a little while to come out. Prices are okay, massena are higher, but I feel you could get more for your money elsewhere. The employees are nice and friendly, and you can tell they are trying there hardest. Also McDonald's changed what you can get for free food on the recipe, in exchange for you writing a review with them, I know that's is nit picking but I used it often to justify the prices. I don't buy food from here as often now, but do at least once every 2 weeks or so. I do like the remodeling, it definitely looks better, and more people can order at one time, 2 regular registers and 2 big touch screen registers. I do like going here.

Went in around 930 am and they were backup and moving slow. Took about 15 minutes for a couple coffees and 4 sandwiches. 915-10am is a busy period so avoid that time. Besides that time frame I have never had a problem with them. I'll be back :)

Food was good. Fries fresh! Great managers! Would have been 5 star if 75% of the booths were not dirty and the lady taking our order didn't seem to have some kind of attitude when I asked to use my MCDONALD'S APP to save $2.

Seems like burger quality has improved, but not enough to justify how expensive everything is.

Usually they r friendly and fast but their intercom was broken so had to order from first window but they handled it like troopers! Way to go everyone!

The reasoning for my 3 stars is firstly, I'm usually having to go through the drive thru twice, for making a mistake on my order. Secondly, when my order includes a large fry, it's not filled, so I basically get a medium.

Food was as ordered, however, there was an issue to the billing for our order that caused delays and issues for other customers. Lemonade was watery. My expectations weren't high it is McDonald's...

It's McDonald's. You know what to expect. The Burger King in town is vastly better and the taco Bell even more so. But if you want to spend 2 dollars and get two burgers then this is the place.

Food was hot and fresh. Had to wait almost 20 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches and the three young girls working. sidel was name on ticket and they were all rude. I would give a 2 star rating just for the rude staff but food was hot and fresh for waiting almost 20 minutes.

We go thru drive thru. Request ketchup,salt and pepper and napkins. It is put up on the order screen ,but the one fixing your order never pays attention and you Leave and find none in our order. This happens alot.Then have to go back to get some or go without. Very frustrating!!!

It was typical fast food. Cost for $15 for 2 burgers, one for each of us. A bit overpriced for what you got and definitely did not settle well in the stomach. I did not sleep well that night because of it. It was convenient, but I should not have.

I have ordered fresh hot fries only to receive rewarmed old fries that were quite unpleasant in flavor. I now get my fries from Burger King. I may try again someday but this happened a couple different times.

Not a bad place over all. They have all the regular stuff, and they are in the center of town, beware though, local ads for Valentine's Day coupons are not sold here, though the manager didn't know how come or why they had the signage and everything. "We do accept them but you'll have to drive to another Micky'ds to get em." With that she was off to look at fries and see that there was an ample stack of trays for orders that were not coming, seeing that it as 3:45PM.

My neighbor's children enjoy McDonald's and so did my dog. I have outgrown orange cheese that has no taste/flavor and ground beef that one of my other dogs wouldn't eat. I wait for McDonald's Shamrock Shakes every year because I enjoy them!

This place is always clean, and they have fast service. Although sometimes they have your food out to you starting to get cold while you wait for your drink order. That sucks.

Seriously slow- it wasn't rush hour or dinner time and there wasn't a huge line---we had a simple order -we were asked to pull into spot one and we waited and waited- when the order did get to us - no thank you for waiting so long. Drive thru should not take 15 minutes

I must say, I waited for fifteen minutes and received cold pies, though thankfully the coffee was hot. It was a bit disappointing.

Service in drive thru was great. The kitchen had some major slackers. 10 minutes for 2 snadwiches and fries.

I almost never go to this McDonalds location, because I work near the other one in Massena. Well today I went there for lunch and the first problem was the two drive thru lanes. I went to the lane closest to the building and sat there while the other lane processed three orders before someone even asked if they could help me. Then I had to sit there some more because the other customers were apparently not accustom to taking turns and would not allow me to move on. Then when I got my burger it was ice cold and looked like it had been sitting around somewhere for days. I will now always make the trek across town if I want to eat McDonalds

The girl who took my order sounded stressed and looked angry at the window. Love me a slanted burger with half the cheese on the wrapper and coffee grounds in my girls ice coffee. They did replace the ice coffee, parked us for our food, and then forgot a six piece chicken nugget but somehow remembered the sauce for it.

The food was okay was a little thrown into the box but that wasn't the problem. When we got there we couldnt see the line of cars so, we order and when we pull up it bad. There was 3 cars and we were in line for 20 for 3 cars. They need to step up their A game! :(

Ordered (And paid for) Big Breakfast WITH HOTCAKES and SUB BACON. At least that's what it says on my grill slip and my receipt. Missing the bacon substitution? No big deal, junk happens. Missing hotcakes from the HOTCAKES BREAKFAST? Nah.

I ordered a orange juice and egg McMuffin they gave me the juice and told me to pull up to the rail which I did about six cars got orders and left about six or seven minutes went by so I went in to see about the rest of my order they forgot I was outside waiting that must be why they have a help wanted sign

Fountain machine down, took ten mins to be waited on, had to finally go up to counter a second time to get my second quarter pounder and I had to clean my own table and trash cans were dirty and finally the Manger sitting down while sweeping the floor and bragging how she fired someone for doing the same thing she was doing. I will try to find another Mc Donalds from now on.

They are very rude here. We have a large family so it takes longer than 2 minutes to order, and the girl taking our order was very impatient with us. Then we check our food after we got it, and they forgot our sauce for the chicken nuggets. We go inside to ask for it and get told very rude to "stand in line!" when it is very easy to hand someone sauce. Will not come back here.

I can not give McDonald's any stars... Every experience I have had at night was an absolute nightmare. Please tell me why the girl at the window asked for my pin number...like...excuse me!!! Then she got really disrespectful when I asked her why? " I would never ever ask a customer for their pin" I said. She got really angry and belligerent.

I always get old fries from here. The unsweetened tea by the soda fountain in the dining area was rotten last time I went inside for my order.

I ordered the 5 meal. Asked for the Mcdouble. it came to 5.45. I gave her 20.45. She never asked if I wanted a receipt like other stores. She walked away and I was expecting change. There was no one in front of me waiting of behind me waiting. I had to get someones attention. I told her I gave her a 20 dollar bill. She looked at the receipt on the machine. Gave me back $14.05. Got to the second window and told the next lady that I was still owed 1 dollar. This one did the same thing and gave me the dollar. Even the order was wrong. I got a Mc chicken and 4 Mc nuggets. Were they trying to scam me since I was from Canada? Always ask for a receipt. The reviews are hilarious.

I placed and was charged instantly for a mobile order (Google pay) only to find out when I arrived that they were "closed for maintenance" and didn't disable mobile orders. Wow thanks for that, maybe turn it off next time. Also there's 25% chance they'll mess up your order which is always fun.

On Tuesday April 1st around 330 pm I don't know who was maken and wrapping the sandwiches but they need to learn how to do it properly they put bout 2 tbs of mayonnaise on the mcchickens no need for that much didn't ask for extra and then whoever wrapped half of the sandwiches they slide outta the wrappers and we're in bottom of the bag normally it's great service but not today

Service sucked they where more doing the drive through then customer service in the restaurant, they have two sides on the line , they can have one side do drive through and the other side do inside orders but they don't, if the inside is caught up on their orders then help out on delivery side, but they don't we stood inside orders for twenty minutes waiting for our food and other people as well, yesterday. It comes down to managers not managing properly to get everything situated evenly.
