Stopped by for two Cold Brews with Skim and Sugar Free Vanilla. They said it wasn’t a problem and had us pull up. When we got to the window, we were informed they were out of Sugar Free Vanilla and were asked if we wanted anything else. Ok, no problem. I asked for SF Hazelnut and my BF asked for SF Toasted Almond. We got our Cold Brews and drove off. Much to our disappointment, these were the most distressing cold brews I’ve ever received from Dunkin. It was like they put two pitiful driblets of skim milk in our coffees and tapped the syrup pumps with their pinky fingers. It tasted like straight up doo doo water </3. At least the girl who asked us what syrups we wanted instead was nice, but we didn’t get what we originally asked for at all and were thoroughly disappointed.

I was first in line, and it took them 10 minutes to take my order and 5 minutes to fulfill. That's pretty long based on that I ordered regular coffee and the donut that was already ready on the shelf. The donut was ok, place seems to be clean.

Picked up my order from drive through and the little girl was rude. I also asked for a straw and she rolled her eyes at me. Someone who has an attitude should be in the back making donuts instead of communicating with people. The donut was dry and the blueberry cobbler coffee is super watery. Also, this is with “sweet cream” where?

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent experience at Dunkin'. Prior to placing a mobile order for pickup, I contacted the store by phone to ask about the availability of brownie batter. An employee confirmed that the item was in stock. Upon arrival, I was informed that brownie batter was, in fact, unavailable. This misinformation resulted in a complete waste of my time and resources. I urge Dunkin' management to address this issue to ensure accurate information is provided to customers in the future.

I go to this location almost every morning in the beginning of the week, I get the same thing and they always ask me if I want the usual, which I like. This morning I walked up to the front door and it was locked. I stood there by the door and the crew would look over but didn't acknowledge me. I tried calling the store to see if they could unlock the door but they didn't answer as they were helping customers in the drive through so they were clearly open. I couldn't wait any longer because I had to walk back to work. As I was walking back to work I called again and then after a few rings, they finally answered.

Terrible! We are here right now. My wife had to get out and go inside. They have premade drinks sitting out in the counter so that they don’t have to make anything fresh from scratch. The nitro is warm… I had to repeat my order twice at the speaker and once again at the window…. Still got it wrong. What the hell is happening here? You’re two hours from closing and this subpar service should feel embarrassing

This store is miserable. My order was missing a sandwich and instead of cold brew they gave me iced coffee. They also don't answer the phone. I accidentally ordered from this store instead of the one on Virginia. I won't make that mistake again. How can this store be so bad for so long. The last time I ordered from them a year or more ago it was the same lousy service and not getting the items I paid for and not answering the phone.

This location needs a complete retraining on how they are to prep and serve food. I've had to go back in multiple times to get them to actually cook the kolaches because they were served FROZEN. They seem to be microwaving frozen food instead of properly cooking it so the bun is hot but the sausage is full of ice crystals from being frozen still. They're either not thawing food properly or not cooking it properly or both.

Absolute worst Dunkin. First, they forgot my coffee which I had to ask for. Once, I got home with my food I noticed the chicken wrap was missing.. It took over 10 minutes in drive thru to get the food, which was cold by the time we ate. Zero star for customer service and Zero 🌟 for food quality. Never going back to this one. Should've gone to the one on Virginia Pkwy ( they can't toast Croissant properly but at least they get the order right).

I ordered 3bagels and with cream cheese. It was worst spreading I have ever seen and bagel is over grilled. No napkins. Package is very bad. I saw it after I came home. Never ever go back to this location. It ruined my morning. Spreading is very very very very bad

Sitting here in front of the McKinney location at 7:45pm. Tried the door, the male employee shook his head at me. They’re closed. Even though Google says they’re open until 8:00pm. Really really unhappy with this. If you’re going to include hours of operation at least make them accurate. This is not the first time I’ve run into inaccurate hours of operation. Sick to death of how people and businesses don’t care about their patrons. Customer service sucks these days.

First time at this location and last.. Order a breakfast sandwish and donut... Received within a 1 minute. Arrived home to discover a burnt and soggy bread... unedible

I was here in the drive through a few days back and ordered donuts. I forgot to order a drink and when I reached the window they said I have to come back in line to order a drink 1 drink only. This is not the reason I gave it 1 star.. wait for it .... So I took the half dozen (they were out of Boston cream) a mix and match box, and went home. Opened the box and 1 donut seemed like it was broken or some one took a bite. U can see in the pic posted. I called the store 2 to 3 times and the phone continuously rang but no one answered. So next time if you buy any food at this place, please check to see no one took a bite before they pack.
