Right off of a major road in a mini plaza with a few other stores. The lot is small but for a quick stop, it works. The cold brew with pumpkin cream was perfect! Staff was friendly and pick up time was quick.

The drinks are always great and made as I ordered. It's always ready when I stop on my way to the office which I definitely appreciate. And the employees have always been really pleasant.

I've been to most Starbucks locations in Suffolk and this one is in the top two. The baristas are cheerful, helpful and friendly. There is usually a line, but it goes quick. Their brewed coffee is excellent. Not sure why other locations have problems brewing their regular coffee (either too weak, burnt, too acidic), but the one in Melville is excellent. Parking can be a challenge though. Often times customers will have to park on the shoulder of 110. A little dangerous during the morning commute.

placed a mobile order for this location but by accident clicked the wrong location - one of the staff members was so nice and offered to make me my order without any charge. in my opinion they went above and beyond even though it was my error - great experience.

Ideal study spot and exemplary Starbucks, enough space with a mixture of couches, small and large tables. Did not find any wireless table chargers and there could be more outlets, so come charged just in case.

Everyone at this store is super friendly and always a pleasure to talk to. If you ever have a problem tell them Tony sent you ... LOL ... they always do the right thing by me and they do remember who their loyal customers are.

A Starbucks is a Starbucks but this one tasted different. I usually believe Starbucks to be overpriced but whatever the young lady did to my mocha frappe made me a believer!! I will be back!

This is the Starbucks I visit on my way to work. The store is great and the baristas are fast and friendly. I would only caution that the parking lot gets very full, very fast in the morning and stays that way virtually all day.

This may be a standard Starbucks yet the early morning staff are amazing and have never gotten my order wrong.

Always a hopping place with full capacity crowd. A bit loud, but that goes with the large crowds. They always get my coffee just right.

Plenty of empty seats to have coffee here unlike their parking spots outside in the morning. Most of people take out their coffees it seems.

This branch is extremely busy and seems like I end up waiting much longer than exptected. If you have the app to order ahead, definitely do it here. Otherwise - staff is very friendly and the coffee is what you would expect from any other SB

There was a barista that worked here named Lauren, maybe still does. I love her. The coffee is good too.

Don't like the layout as much as my "regular" Starbucks but it's OK. Clean. Friendly staff. Free WiFi. Parking can be a bit of a hassle. (You've been warned.) The drinks are tasty - and that's what really matters! :-)

This store is SO SLOW. I placed a mobile order that said it should be ready at 9:25am. Several people ordered and received their coffees and mine wasn’t ready until 9:40am. There are other Starbucks close by that will get your coffee prepared faster.

I had to wait a few hours after checking out of my hotel before an appointment, and thought Starbucks would be a good place to wait. Not so: they allowed you to order inside but you couldn't sit indoors; it was raining slightly, and I had to sit in an outdoor table underneath the three foot overhang for several hours. When I went to use their restroom, there is no paper except in the cabinet above it which held completely wet paper so no help there. Very disappointing experience.

Got a chia latte and a turkey bacon breakfast sandwich which were both fantastic. Great service, very friendly and quick! Great atmosphere to sit and relax. Negatives: it is cold, it being winter I would like to come into somewhere a little warmer to cozy up and enjoy my coffee rather than having to keep my coat on. Parking is limited, so finding a spot might prove challenging.

The parking situation is horrendous. It took forever to get a cup of coffee. The bathrooms had no soap in the dispenser

Staff are great, but this location desperately needs to discourage their customers from parking in the entrances to the lot. This has nearly caused me a number of accidents both on 110 and within the lot as cars dance around to maneuver around these selfish customers. Go to a different location. It's not worth the added risk of an accident.

For the amount of money this company makes, their customer bathroom is GROSS! The toilet has not been cleaned in a very long time. Shame on you! The cleanliness level should be MUCH higher. Another note.. employees should NOT be mopping the whole floor while customers are standing around. Tasks like that should be done after closing; major liability.

this Starbucks went down the tubes real quick. the service is terrible here, the severs are not customer friendly at all, and it takes way too long to several a very simple drink like black coffee. so after a year of coming here. this place has officially lost my business.

I rarely ever rate or comment on a business, but just had to. Today was my fourth time in the last 2 months my order has been either wrong or horribly made. Twice they gave my co-worker her double dirty chai latte without and espresso in it. Twice they screwed up the cold foam on a cold brew and today completely made my maple latte wrong. It's not just a regular latte with maple syrup, it has cold foam and some autumn topping stuff. Each time other than today I could have asked them to remake but I was already at work. I order them online so I don't have to spend time waiting for it. There's just not enough staff during the busy times here and the staff that is handling online orders are not paying attention.

This Star Bucks is the worst!! To order a coffee from Starbucks you must use Google translate to decipher their lingo. If you don't understand what they are saying they become very rude, Their attitude sinks. When I didn't understand what a skinny coffee was, Her immediate reaction was to to push me away to another server. I do not need to pay high price for crappy coffee. this starbucks is the slowest one ive ever been to. i placed my mobile order as i was passing WW Mall, still had to wait almost 15 mins for my order on top of the 7 mins it took to get to this starbucks. so a total of 22 mins for a grande drink and a cookie. The store wasn't even that full!! i only go to this one because it's down the road from work. then they didnt even have the cookie i wanted and had to take one that wasnt as good bc they cant make refund on mobile orders. i was late coming back from my lunch break as a result

This place used to be my regular coffee/tea place from 3 years but lately due to a couple of baristas I do not get value for my money. I place an order or iced green tea matcha latte to go in advance to save time and pay $5 every day. But lately i have been receiving tea which is only half to 3/4th of the cup. I am not sure if it is deliberate or the baristas have no interest. There are a couple of baristas who are really good and take their job seriously but there are couple of other baristas who are exact opposite and have no interest in what they do. I am changing my Starbucks visit to a different location tomorrow onwards

So done with the Broadhollow Snyder Street store they can never make my drink right and now with the holiday cups I had ordered the holiday drink and another store who had ran out of cups corporate said they were supposed to give me a cup if I went in and showed them my order. Very disappointed with this Starbucks location. Today, I received my mobile order with a good portion of it empty, as you can see in the photos. Please note that I have not taken a sip from this drink (as you can see the lid is clean and it has not been shaken up). This Starbucks has been very inconsistent with the quality of their drinks but I keep trying to give them chance after chance since it’s conveniently located near my job. I would rather drive the extra 5min to the other location on 110.

I'm in this store 2 times a day since it opened. This location is close to work. Service is slow and has gotten worse. All the good staff have moved on. This seems to be a training ground for newbies. There is usually a line out the door. even with a short line, it has taken 20 plus minutes for 2 drinks. I have also gotten the wrong drink, even if it was properly marked on the cup, many times. On several occasions I've been told they have run out of milk, half and half and even white sugar. You are a coffee company right? How do you run out of the basic staples for selling coffee? Parking is unbearable even when there is no one in any of the stores. Employees possibly? This will be my last trip to this store. I will be boycotting all Starbucks for sometime as I've seen most stores service plummet. I'm willing to make my own coffee until this company shapes up.
