Pizza Hut has always been my favorite pizza place. The one on Cartwright is the one I would recommend to others. They are polite, friendly, and seem to actually care. Other pizza Hut places dont.

I've order here several times & never had an issue. A few times I end up having to wait maybe 2 or 3 minutes for my food, but it's not a big deal...I'd rather wait so that I know my food is fresh and hot out of the oven! I always do Carryout & 1 time I walked outside and the wind caught my pizza, and it fell over on to the ground...I went inside and told them what happened & they remade the pizza for me & gave me a free Pepsi while I waited for it to cook. They're super nice if you're nice to them!
Delivery is always long but the manager has always told me that employees don't really last (and I get it) but the service is always good (whenever we do order delivery) I mainly go and pick up which is much faster and I know my food will for sure be freshly made. Employees inside are great as well. Very friendly.
Regina provided the most excellent customer service that I have ever experienced at any pizza location. Her tone was excellent, she provided correct/accurate information and genuinely wished me to have a great rest of my evening. I look forward to continue my business with Pizza Hut because of Regina!
The staff went above and beyond; I had ordered online and my order went to this location, I was contacted and informed that they don't actually deliver to my location and gave the the number to the location on Gross, that location hung up on me 3 times and left me on hold for over 15 minutes, I called this location back and even though it wasn't their area they took such great care of me. I can not brag enough on the wonderful service at this location!!!!
I always order here and I never get garlic on my bread, I think I didn't choose that option while ordering online I called to see if they could redo it for me and Webster was very helpful and polite he didn't hesitate to make sure I was satisfied with my order. I'm sorry for that but I am grateful. Thanks guys!!!
Ordered two pizzas and they were ready shortly after I arrived at the store. I got them home and everything was exactly as I ordered. We really enjoyed the meal.
Funny thing is, my order was wrong, but they corrected it before I even got it. The manager came out to let me know the situation and offered to remake the pizza himself. Kudos to the manager for handling a possible escalation and not forcing the cashier to handle it or letting me find out when I got home. I would definitely come back
I have been a customer of this location for approx a year. I am always super happy with the service and quality of the pizza. 110% awesome. Pizza is always done to spec and the friendly staff are quick, polite, and always have a smile. Especially today given their system was down, service was prompt, and the team was not frazzled. We stopped for pizza, pasta, bread sticks, and wings for a picnic. The manager was on duty. He was amazing! He was so refreshingly kind and conversational, while quick and professional. He even remembered plates and napkins! I would go here again in a second!

I placed an order online trying to use my birthday coupon but there was NOT a place to enter the code. I got charged for the item and had to call and cancel the order. I hope I get credit for the charge. I then ordered from another location and got the breadsticks with the birthday coupon through the email. My suggestion is that you put the coupon code line back in the website.
Pizza here is very great and I always order from them. However one employee by the name of Amanda as not mastered the skill of good customer's service. She was very rude to me. This was the first bad experience. . However one rude employee does not take away there great taste, the pizza is awesome! Order from them today.

I like McDonalds on Falcon Ridge in Mesquite. I have not always given McDonald's a good review based on the various locations. However, the McDonald's I frequent is the Falcon Ridge location. It's a typical McDonald's but my husband and I like the Egg, Sausage and cheese breakfast muffin and a hash brown patty with it. It always tastes good to us, especially when we stop there before traveling because it will usually be our only meal of the day. The burgers are good, I mean I would love to say we have a better fast burger joint in town I love, but we don't. So this McDonald's is sufficient for me, the fries could be better, but like other places we know the fries are pre deep fried and sit under a hot light. The young staff is always present, and I wish some of them knew how to be more customer friendly. But ok...it's a quick meal.
The staff and management were a great combined team that delivered fresh tasty pizza and wings. High energy and positive vibes create the perfect environment to just sit and enjoy some delicious treats. If I were a local I would love to work in this environment. Very close to all roads so your food delivery will be very fast. 😋 i ordered the veggie lovers on thin crust. Wow! Crisp fresh hot and fulfilling toppings.
We have been buying our pizza from this location for a while because the locación on Elam road is so bad the food started getting pretty bad where we stopped buying it from here because we would order the stuffed crust and the crust had no cheese in it I went ahead and tried it one more time this weekend and they did a very good job the stuff crust had cheese in it and was better.

Good pizza but the only reason for the low rating is that the delivery guy left the pizza on the roof of the car. The customer must have been mad to find out it was going to take longer for the order.
My pizza was not hot , it was warm. Same for me wings. I called shortly after I placed my order to see why it said 100 -110 minutes for delivery. The young lady explained it was only two drivers working. I was understanding in that situation.

Not as good as other locations I've been to but it might have been the "Pub Pizza" I ordered.... hadn't ordered it before but it sounded so good....very disappointed.
Coming from NY, I could barely believe the drive thru pizza experience. I totally recommend calling in advance as they are prompt, courteous, and professional. Usually, the huts we visit are sit down with salad bar sometimes beer. We ordered extra sauce prepared to pay but never received it. We were disappointed because the sauce is the best part about the breadsticks. Forgivable because we will return.

I’m pretty upset with this store. My boyfriend by mistake put the address to this store & so we have tried calling 3x now & no one answers for us to cancel. I understand it’s not their fault that we put the Wrong address, but we already paid & am trying to keep from a waste of money, however they haven’t answered the phone. I’m gonna keep calling , but yeah 😒
The pizza was not good at all. It was more bread than toppings and I paid extra for toppings. I will not eat this establishment again I feel like I wasted my money
I have had many great experiences at this location, but on my most recent cheese/supreme pizza I bought, both me and my wife got the stomach virus. I'm not sure what went wrong this time, but hopefully if management sees my comment they will step up their game on cleanliness when handling the food. Also, making sure to focus attention on the freezer and how veggies/meat is organized.
So Wess at this location is knowledgeable and knows good customer service. The other one was absolutely horrible the girl attitude is very bad. Be careful because you never know who you are talking too on the other line or who they may know. My cousin is a Manger for Pizza Hut..... If you are unsure about things find someone else that can help you help the customer. Wess teach your staff to be just like you. Without you that store would crumble..Amazing job to Wess..I have never done a review for anyone but the great customer service from Wess made me do it!!!!
Ive had a pretty good experience with this location with the notable exceptions of they dont deliver to my house which is literally 3 minz from their front door & how i ordered a day in advance for a gametime pizza and not only did they not have it ready, i paid and waited 20 minutes before demanding either my pizza or my money, they produced several pizzas for people who had just ordered while i was complaining about them not having mine ready. Then they wouldnt refund my money or produce a pizza promptly. Finally the guy gives me cash back. To reiterate, i placed the order a full day in advance and they couldn't produce the order even 20 minz after i had paid for it.
I have never heard of a DELIVERY place not delivering to apartments. What just because I cant afford to live in a house your not going to deliver your $20.00 pizza?? When the lady I spoke with told me this I literally thought it was a joke. I will never eat at this establishment again.
Orderes a pizza online. Picked it and when we got home there was not stuffed crust or the olives we had paid extra for. Tried to call the store and was stuck on hold for 10 minutes before I gave up. Plus we apparently lost all of our rewards points.
I ordered extra cheese and there were bare spots on the pizza. I do not recommend this location except the guy who gave me. My pizza was nice. Kid was just doing his job. The pizza sucked.
Ordered a pizza last night picked it up about 8, one gentlemen was wearing a bandanna the other was covered with flour. Paid for the pizza got home pizza was doughy, cheese was barely melted, saved the pizza, finished cooking myself. Worst pizza I’ve had, if I wanted to cook it myself I would had driven to St.George and went to papa Murphy’s
The Pizza was not completed as ordered, it was missing one item on half the pizza. Additionally, although I did ask for it to be well done they over cooked the top burning a lot of the crust. Finally, the girl was too slow at the register. Tere were only two people working behind the counter.
We got what we ordered, sort of. Pizza is like everything else nowadays... very little toppings but super expensive. We literally couldn't see any cheese and there was hardly any pizza sauce. I added salt to try and give it some more flavor and added some cheese. So disappointed. We used to love Pizza Hut.

The pizza tasted old i know they had just cooked it but ingredients tasted old the service was good the girl that was running a cash register was real nice she was working really hard but I didn't like it and I used to go there all the time
The worst customer service,I will never go to this place again. The wait time was from 15 to 20 minutes. I got there after 30 minutes waited in the driveway another 15 minutes and it wasn't even ready. When they helped me at the window they still wanted for me to wali another 20 minutes. Ordered at 10:30 for pick up at 11:15 and got there at 11:10 with doors still locked and knocking just to be ignored. never had issues with this store before but I am extremely frustrated with them now! Makes you not even want to eat after going through a bunch of BS!
I received a BURNT cookie. My baby was craving this cookie after school today and when it arrived its blacker than chocolate chips in it. And the manager Emanuel didn’t make matters any better. I will not be ordering from here again! I wish I could post this damn cookie. This place is a joke

Three people were extremely rude on the phone, Michael gave his name , horrible service. Don't order from this location , you will not have a pleasant experience with this pizza hut.

The pizzas have been awful the last 3 times we have ordered. This last time it was just dried out sauce and a few pepperonis then I received a call stating they were out of beef and Italian sausage, green peppers and my order was super supreme pizzas. I’m just so over Pizza Hut. I spend $30 plus every time I place an order.
I ordered online when i picked up my order the lady in the front checked my food she realize my cheese bread sticks did not look good, they looked hard and burned she went and asked the manager (white big belly guy) to see if she could give me fresh ones and he came to the front and said they were fresh and looked fine i placed the order at 3:25 to be ready at 3:45 i arrived at 3:52 and he tried to say that i wasnt on time. Then this is what he added before i walked out “they came with the pasta anyway”. Like what is that suppose to mean what type of manager says that to the customer???? Horrible service!!!
Save your time, money and patience, the only thing worse than their food is their customer service. It's a shame, this place several years ago was really good now it's complete garbage. If you're going to risk it, stick to the pzone and cinnamon rolls, they're hard to mess up, everything else arrives at your door looking like slop. If you dare to call for your money back then they get snippy, how dare you want something edible for your hard earned money.
First off, waiting for 15 minutes for a pizza already had me upset but I guess it was fine since I didn't call earlier on the phone but i waited for 30 MINUTES. Not only that. I saw people walking in, ordering before me and walking out with their pizza in before i got mine. So I went up and asked when my pizza will be ready and it was already ready. They just hadn't told me. I waited an extra 15 minutes for my pizza! In the eyes of a food lover, please let that sink in. Bad service and I was very upset on how I asked half pepperoni and half cheese while only 2 of the 7 slices were cheese and was poorly cut too.
I waited for 50 min on a pizza tgat i ordered online. I understood that they were busy but when i asked how long it would take they said about 30 min. I waited and waited until i asked them again. Apparebtly my order was already made and they were just to lazy to check the status of the order. The cheese was hardened and there was barely and meat.
The last 3 times at this place I have called my order in and gotten there. And I have had to wait 20mins longer than my time for pickup. I thought I would give this place another chance. This time my pizza was ready but when I got home it was not right. This place at one time was a very good place it has went down hill.
Bad customer service and after me keeping my cool and stayed polite they never delivered my food I was trying to feed my kids it was first time ordering from this place I asked what’s their special and I sense the attitude from there the shift before closing
Pizza delivery took 3 hours. Pizza was ice cold. Couldn't get through to the store. Phone would just ring. Something is definitely up at this location. I'll put my money on bad management..
How do I try and post this nicely without the presumption that this is a hate comment. This store is so unorganized or they just don't care. My family has gone to this store for the past 6 years so I don't know why it's gone down hill. I tried to talk to the manager by the name of Allyson, she is so incredibly rude!!!!! I've come to greet so many managers over the years in the life of this store and she is one of the worst. I'll be sure to put her name into higher ups. Side note, the employees are very unprofessional, I have not heard them talking loudly about the young lady who runs the storestor loud not once but 3times. If the hygene comments from the employees are true never come here again🤢🤢🤢
Placed my order.... waited on delivery and didnt arrive on time. Called to find out where it was and then was placed on hold for 15 minutes. Finally hung up after no one came back to the phone. My pizza arrived 20 minutes after. Total time for delivery ended up being 1 hour and 5 minutes..... horrible service.
Thier automated service for payment is horrible. Never got payment correct. They got our order wrong and had the nerve to have a nasty aditude afterwards. Do your self a favor and spend your money eles where.

Terrible place to go to I've truly tried to give them an opportunity to make up for their mistakes. The manager on duty today 4/4 is terrible he is combative and hostile. He hangs up on you and doesn't care about this establishments growth. They are OK with making incorrect orders then as we pay to have it delivered have to go back up there to get your order corrected! They don't give refunds but give you a credit! All while they are throwing away pizza that people don't come pick up. The manager said it's just food and threw my order I had brought back because it was incorrect on the floor this incident happened about a month ago and today was their opportunity to make me see why I should go back. It's terrible the guy at the register felt bad and apologized for the behavior of his own manager. With the economy today we don't have to buy food out bit we are trying to help you stay in business if it's not appreciated them we won't support you. Being kind to people doesn't cost a thing! I'm not going to support a place who can't treat people with respect.

Order was 25 handed them 40 and they said they had no change and was my fault for not having change makes no damn sense, Wow, an hr later they try to send the pizza back and not even a fresh one never again! Wish I had the lady name working today straight trash!!!
Awful service. Manager on Duty said to bring receipt back another day and they would honor and make the pizza. They had staff calls outs that day and had a huge back log. Came back another day with the receipt as he said to do….and Terry the Manager on Duty refused to honor. Wouldn’t check with him. Id go to another location if I were you.
I tried giving this location another chance, but once again something messed up. Only this time we were left without dinner! I have been on the road all day running errands fixing things around the house so I thought I’d give Pizza Hut a chance and make things easy tonight, but they never delivered my order and never called me I called about 20xs!! And got no response! This location is getting worse by the minute!
I’m a close by resident I recently started back ordering from here. My most recent order was incorrect. I ordered a delivery order and upon my food arriving I received the wrong order. I spoke with the managers about 3 times as they were trying to decide how to compensate for me receiving the wrong order it was decided for me to receive a refund. However I never received my refund I called to check on the status and was told I’d receive a call back which I never received either. I was upset that night after a long day coming home I ordered for my children and I. However I am 4 months pregnant and didn’t get to eat that night because I ordered a Hamburger pizza but received pepperoni and hamburger, a all cheese pizza, and a pepperoni pizza which were all wrong. I didn’t get to eat because I don’t eat pepperoni. They weren’t rude about the situation but just very inconsiderate and lacked good customer service. Also did not stand on business when it comes to compensating or returning money to a paying customer.
This was once my go to Pizza Hut now I will not order from them again after 2 epic fails! First time I ordered carry out and when I got the notice my pizza was ready it wasn’t. Do not order from this location. They are dirty. My whole family got food poisoning after eating. I ordered on 07/11 Update: i spoke to manager Tammy. Tammy was helpful and she went ahead and gave me a refund.

(I work on fast food so I get it and understand mistakes ) I just asked for a fresh order since if was incomplete and I had no problem sending the food I already have back to the store. I didn't eat hardly any but to taste it was cold . The person on the phone was very rude. I'm upset I didn't get a name but he seemed very impatient. Telling me how many drivers he has. He was so rude and using a tone. I wish I saved my money. They are so rude ,even when I was trying to stress "Please sir. No need to be upset, I'm not upset . I would just like a fresh order " . He was still snappy and rude .Not sure what I did . I ordered online and they only gave me half my order and the driver TOLD me to call the store.
This was the second pizza hut we stopped at today. No one ever came out to get our order. We waited a good 10 minutes plus two other customers came in to pick up there pizza that we could see in the oven area. We could hear people in the back just ignoring us. We were all calling for them and nothing. A very horrible experience.
So I placed an order via app that gave me the pickup time of 7:25pm told me it would only take 15mins once arrived to location my status changed to ready order when I got into the store we was told my food had four more minutes I ended up not getting my food until 8:10pm upon getting my food the pizza was soo cold so I went back in to ask what was going on there was several others with the same issue one man waiting for an hour from ordering to getting and then having to remake his food then another customer who didn’t get wings made by a cook who just left and didn’t fulfill orders after waiting another 30-45mins I finally got my food but not cooked to my order request i definitely want someone to contact me because there was a lot more that happen in this situation
I order a Big New York pizza. My pizza was burnt. The crust was hard. I just think people dealing in a customer service industry should take pride in their work. When they took the pizza out of the oven they should have said this is not good enough to give to the customer. Let me make another one or made sure that pizza didn't burn up. This not the first time I have ordered a pizza from this Pizza Hut location and received a burnt up pizza. I will not order from this location again.
Been a loyal customer for years but today I made a cash delivery order. There is no notice on the app regarding the cash amount and even though I had a large amount they were still unable to make change. The driver basically asked me to follow him up to 7-11 to get change lol after asking me if I could just use my credit card.🤦🏿♀️. I gave him the order back called the store told them the amount and they still refused to deliver the order with the correct amount of change I needed. Needless to say PIZZA INN NOW HAS A NEW CUSTOMER !!! Pizza Inn was able to accommodate me and change the 100 dollar bill. And I got a salad !
I ordered pizza from this location last week and although my order was completed at a reasonable time and the staff was kind when I picked up my order, the quality of the food was below average, and not worth the price that I paid for it. The dough was like cardboard, and the pepperoni didn't even seem to be cooked all the way. I rarely order pizza so to have that food experience was very disappointing. Since this was on my lunch break I was unable to go back for a refund. I also realize I should have opened the box to check the quality of the food prior to leaving the store. That one is on me. For the food quality I give this a 1 star.
I have been ordering from this location for 4 years using delivery. I have never had a problem with receiving my order. I ordered on 10/14 just to not receive my order. I get a text stating someone else was handed my order. A door dasher to be exact and my order was never delivered. So I had to get in my car and drive to location. As I’m standing there it’s a door dasher waiting on my order. The lady at the counter Theresa was very sweet and nice. She had to tell the door dasher to cancel because I’m there to pick my order up. As I’m waiting another door dasher walks in and say she is there to pick up an order for me. That was the 3rd person. I was charge for delivery and I paid a tip so I definitely need my credit or money back. I will not be ordering again I do not like the door dasher option. I think it was better when the staff delivered we would definitely receive our order. I had to chat to receive my credit just to be rushed. Poor service overall. Very disappointed.
I order a thin crust pizza tonight and it was overcooked & cold. I called & informed them & they stated they'd make another pizza & to bring it back. My husband took it back & they made a new one with fewer ingredients...less meat than I had originally paid for. It was mostly crust than anything & a few toppings! I won't be ordering from them anytime soon. I can make my own @ home better than theirs or go to one of their competitors.
The employee named teresa the "GM" is beyond rude! She clicked on me when I called to cancel my order because "SHE" made a mistake and put my order to carry out when I called to change it to delivery ! She lied and said I asked for it to be carry out when I don't have a ride to get it so she made that part up! Then tried to say that store doesnt deliver to my address when they are less then 1 mile away from me! she had to come up with something to fix her mistake! Shes so unprofessional and she shouldn't have the position of GM !!
Was absolutely horrible. It has been over a year since using Pizza Hut and I decided to give them another try. Bad mistake. I ordered a dinner box thick crust pizza and the corner pieces had hardly any cheese or meat on them. I asked for easy sauce and got none at all. The breadsticks did not have any garlic or cheese on it at all. I called up there at set over what they had sent me. I'll talk to the manager and he was going to make it right for me either I was going to get $15 credit for the next time I come or he would totally redo another pizza and have it sent out. I spent $23 on my order the first time. Second order came out and this time I asked for thin crust easy on the sauce. Once again I get no sauce. The pizza had no flavor at all whatsoever. I will never ever use Pizza Hut again. The cheese that they show on TV stream out when you pick it up is a bunch a bull. I would suggest to anyone use a different Pizza Company and not them
Tried to call twice to place an order and after 20 minutes I hung up. Will never call again.
This is the only pizza place in this town. And I get that I've only lived here 3 months now, but my first order was not only the complete wrong order, but it was so burnt on the bottom that it was just cardboard. With that same order, I got the Cinnastix or whatever they are called, and those were just as disappointing. But I let it go. It was the first time, and everyone gets a second chance, no. Well, I ordered a few days ago and the same thing. The food was so, so dishearteningly gross and a let down, it wasn't even worth it, I don't understand why this chain is struggling so hard on such simple orders. And that came out way way harsh, and I truly don't mean to be. But both times, it has been an absolute disaster, and cardboard with ranch would have probably been better 😞 not to include how much $ was wasted on inedible food. I'm so bummed out because you are all we have - but you promted me to make a post, and people should know, so here it is. I'm so sorry
Ordered online at 3:30 for 5:00 pick up. Was told it would be four more mins. It’s now been 30 mins and they tried to give me half the order. Another gentleman was also waiting and complained and got flipped off by an employee. The employee proceeded to follow the customer out to the parking lot. Not a good experience in any aspect!
Placed order online. Showed up in 15 min. Told to wait in my car because they couldn't find it. Waited over an hour in total for our pizza and wings. Placef order online and paid online. The order couldn't be found then when they found it under the warmer they wanted to charge me a second time. Food was barely warm.. Tasted old and the chicken was disgusting. Only acknowledged we got was " oh sorry about that".
