The service was truly above and beyond, thanks to the exceptional efforts of the owner, Andy, who ensured my order was taken care of with utmost attention. A special shoutout to Philip D., whose skill and passion were evident in every sip of the meticulously prepared smoothie. I went around 12:00 pm and There is a lady with long curly hair ( hair is red I believe) she was she sweetest person and was able to answer some questions I had with regards to pregnancy and the shakes in a very nice way. I'm in here practically every night right before they close since my lunch time is spent having one of their Delicious Smoothies. The Two girls who usually work there are the best, no more than a Few Minutes and I'm out of their Drive-Thru with My Fav Smoothie, that's why they always deserve a Tip because of how attentive N accurate they are. I most definitely recommend you stop by and make sure to tip em' (although it's not mandatory).

Bro I get the same thing every time. A mixed berry with gut health enhancer or fiber. Every time I go to this specific location it tastes different. It's my favorite drink since my first time I've tried it here. When I get a smoothie I expect it to be thick It's supposed to be filling. When I ask to remake a drink and say it tastes watered down change the way you make it maybe?? I asked to remake a drink and it tasted exact the same with the same consistency. I went back to ask for it to be changed, and their response was that they did it that way and didn't want to change it. Was no different but today I ordered a small lemon twist Strawberry I asked for the kids he charged me for small. Okay no biggie The only weird part my money never made it to inside the register not my problem. I would like to record today, September 1, 2023, at 7:30 p.m., that the person in charge of the restaurant who is providing customer service was dismissive to me when picking up an order for the grubhub application. I arrived kindly asking for the order and between gritted teeth he answered that he was going to bring it and without answering the greeting, in addition to that he gives me the order without packaging as if I were a natural client and not a driver of the platform, in addition to that he gives me a bag separate from the order almost throwing it out the window of the vehicle and I ask him if the store is not supposed to deliver the order to me packaged in addition to the biosecurity of the order and the application protocol and he answers me with facial gestures and as if with annoyance implying a No without saying a word, I hope and you take it into consideration even if it is a call to your attention since just as today I went as a driver of the application, tomorrow I can go as a client and in customer service it is terrible because you are not dealing with anything, thank you and I hope you consider it.

This location is convenient but the service is mediocre. I have placed my order via the app on more than one occasion and when I arrive for pick up my order is not ready. Instead a representative is toying around in his telephone as I pull up to the window and then proceeds to make the order. I always allow ample amount of time for my order to be filled but it doesn't happen at this location. I'll have to drive to the location on 36th street in the future to place my order for a smoothie.

This place is always closed when it’s supposed to be open. This isn’t the first time but there closed early once again. Also I want to add the employees that work there aren’t doing a good job. He could Of just service me and then add another five minutes to his break after I was gone but no he actually had the audacity to tell me to come back in 10 minutes. Horrible service. Got attitude when I pulled up. They were in a hurry to close, that should have been my cue to not order. Ordered a 32oz chocolate hulk, they said they don’t have 32oz with attitude. Only 40oz they say. I’m like OK. They make it and as I’m driving away it’s just water with chocolate flavoring. No ice, nothing. Had to go back and ask for a refund. They’re like no refunds but we can make another. Again with attitude. I’m blown away that the owner of this store leaves these 15 year old nitwits running their stores. Well, last time ever at this store. Will go to a different smoothie king from now on. Again, the smoothie king on 25th street and 79th avenue is horrible. Go to the other location on 97th avenue and 36th street. They don’t have a drive thru but you’ll get better service.

You can tell everything they have is frozen and or artificial because the flavor of the drinks just arent good. I went with a group of 4 people and we all agreed that my drink was the least worst of the 4 different smoothies we asked for and I still only took about three sips.
