I’m a vegan and my sister has an allergy to a type of meat. I visited this BK restaurant because I knew they had lots of plant based options, we had just come back from a Ferragosto day trip and didn’t want to cook. I ordered from the screen but it was a bit confusing as it’s different from what I’m used to in the UK. Once I looked at my receipt, it didn’t say that the actual burger was plant based. I panicked, because we had ordered burgers with “bacon”, and the real thing could kill my sister. I got the attention of a member of staff, who might have been a manager. He checked his screen and said it was plant based, then he called over another member of staff who also double checked all the items in my order. They cooked the items to order and then the you woman at the till even offered us a free bottle of water because we had to wait a long time (it wasn’t that long, maybe about 20 minutes- still better than killing my sister with the wrong burger). I can honestly say that I’ve had a better service from this Burger King than many “nice” restaurants I’ve been to. Thank you, we’ll certainly come back.

I stopped by Burger King recently and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and service! The staff were friendly and efficient, getting me in and out quickly. The Whopper was cooked to perfection - juicy patty, crispy lettuce, and creamy mayo on a soft bun. The fries were hot and crispy, just the way I like them. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. Overall, I was impressed with the value and taste of my meal. Definitely recommend Burger King for a quick and satisfying bite!

Been in BK Via Tibaldi #26630 I am always happy and satisfied everytime we get our food here. Great service, clean and crews are very gentle and courteous. Staff was nice & polite. It wasn't very crowded. Clean tables. Had a waiter to serve. But a big dog was allowed inside and there were a lot of kids. Food was nice but they have made the burgers smaller.

Enjoyed the food but the atmosphere inside was unwelcoming, lots of riders in helmets and bike wear waiting for orders. It didn't feel like a place to sit and enjoy your food. There was also one guy helping people to grab their food.

We ordered from the mobile app, but my order was not shown in the screen of the store. So I asked several times to the manager, but she couldn’t help me directly. I had to wait around 45 minutes to get my order. But the manager gives me additional burger and king size drink as a gift. The food itself was delicious and hot served.

The burgers are quite dry, French fries are good and crunchy, nothing special. The service is fast as it was not rush hours.

Premetto che ci hanno fatto accomodare 20 minuti prima della chiusura del locale, prenoto online ( io ero già lì ho prenotato online per comodità) il mio menù e mi accomodo al tavolo, il panino risulta freddo, iniziando a mangiare mi accorgo di macchie nere all’interno del panino ma penso si tratti della griglia non pulitissima, continuando a mangiare mi accorgo che il nero era racchiuso in un punto sembrava quasi colorante, da lì ho lasciato il panino per metà, intanto l’addetto alla sicurezza ci diceva di andare perché dovevano chiudere. Quindi i miei amici si affrettano nel mangiare. Ci ha fatto restare 10 minuti in più rispetto all’orario di chiusura ma poteva non farci accomodare piuttosto che farci pressione. Avremmo comunque preso d’asporto.

Ho ordinato alle 23:30 su Glovo, e mi dava che l’ordine sarebbe arrivato alle 00:00-00:10, rinnovano l’orario ogni dieci minuti procrastinandolo fino ad arrivare alle 00:50 (dava pure che il fattorino era ad aspettare l’ordine), infine mi dicono che sono troppo impegnati allora mi cancellano l’ordine, ma scusa, mi state prendendo per il culo? Pessimo servizio

Dopo più di 20 minuti di attesa, ordine pagato alle 15.25 e ritirato alle 15.50, per un ordine (n.840) da asporto mi accorgo che avevano sbagliato l'ordine dandomi la bibita sbagliata, rientro e me la cambiano. Quando arrivo a casa però mi accorgo che avevano anche dimenticato di darmi la "sorpresa", o giocattolo, inclusa nel mio menù; se non abitassi a 15/20 minuti dal punto vendita, sarei tornato per farmi dare la mia sorpresa. Non tornerò più in questo punto vendita...

Panini freddi, fatti male, mancano i nuggets ordinati. Esperienza pessima!!! Il fast food si presenta in modo disorganizzato, confusione nella gestione degli ordini e il mangiare è di bassa qualità anche confrontato con altri Burgher King. Trovare il posteggio è molto difficile. Sicuramente non torneremo più qui!

Sporco, manca la pulizia che è fondamentale soprattutto in un luogo dove viene somministrato cibo. Accanto ai tavoli a terra avanzi di cibo, tovaglioli sporchi, tavoli unti, sedie sporche. Non c'era neanche l'acqua perché l'avevano finita e il panino era pure freddo.

Arroganti e strafottenti ,all inizio ero al mio agio e me le facevo scivolare addosso ma ad una certa chiunque direbbe... (mi avete scocciato) e vorrei dire altro ,mai più entrerò in questo fastfood.

Ordered 1 hour before closing, after 30-40 minutes of waiting they canceled my order due to "some ingredients missing" changed up the menu 3 times and yet the same thing that dragged until they closed. Not the first time it's happening. At least don't waste people's time canceling the order after half an hour of waiting.

Lipstick on a coffee cup! This morning we ordered summer breakfast menu and got lipstick on a coffee cup. Orange juice for takeaway in a water glass. Had to speak with two employees in order to get first the same juice in a cardboard cup without a lid, then to ask for a paper cup lid and then for paper cup holder and takeaway bag. They could really use some customer service training. Employees were kind but obviously confused of our “requests”. Ps.all the conversation we did in Italian (their mother tongue language).
