We bought a 6 foot party sub for a family reunion. It was completely ready to go with condiments on the side. We were running behind and the staff was quick to help us load the sandwich. It was a hit. Thank you to the staff and management. We will be buying another 6 foot sub again. So happy with the ease and service.

Been going here a while and the food is good be there are 2 guys that work there that are always nice and make waiting for your food always worth it! It's nice to just joke around after a long day of work.
This location is very clean, the employees are very nice. The manager Michelle is the sweetest and displays the best customer service!! I’m a happy customer!
LaToya is always so sweet every time I come to subway in Mineola! She knows how I get my sandwich and it’s always the best. I won’t go to any other subway if I don’t have to. Her and the rest of the staff are amazing. I’m always in and out with no issues and the food is always fresh.
I was struggling to understand the app (first attempt) and I called up and Mr. Leo who is not the manager but I guess the lead on duty at the time he didn't know much about the app but he did the best he could to try to help me anyway. 😁 When we got the order boyfriend's sandwich had entirely to much Sriracha hot stuff on it (next time we will press the *very little* option) my boyfriend didn't think they would replace it, but I called up and the man on the phone talked to Leo and they fixed my man right up with the PERFECT sandwich! Thank you *both of you* for your help I only wish I would have gotten the other man's name too!

Great sandwich. Promptly prepared.
Placed a order onile using the app. App stated order would be ready at 8:15 showed up at 8:16 for the order not to be ready set and waited as employees talked to each other stating they need to work on online orders. Didn't get order till 8:30. Food wasn't toasted was warm but bred was soft not crisp. I'll make it at home next time

Still not the best experience. One of the sandwich artist cleaning was rude after I asked to replace the roast beef with bacon. “Um sorry we can’t change the recipe” in a loud tone isn’t very nice. The artist that rang up my order and the artist that made my sandwich were very patient and nice so that was the redeeming factor.
Could be cleaner. You can plant seeds in the dirt on the windowsills. G the the Quitman Subway. The Mineola refuses to participate in sales and deals offered by the Subway chain. For example the 6.99 footling sub deal is not acknowledged here but you can get that deal at the Quitman Subway. So go there if you want to save money.
I love the sandwiches. The service was not what I expected at this location. It was my first time here. Ordering the sandwich was easy. My disappointment came after I paid. I asked for a water cup. The woman told me to take the 20 oz cup. I was sitting down with my friends and kept thinking about the price because I know it has never been more than $6. I looked at the receipt and that's when I saw that the woman charged me for a 20 oz drink. I didn't go back to the register ( mainly because they were busy and I needed to go back to work) I'm sorry, but, I will not be returning to this location. I can't believe I was charged for a water cup. Disappointed beyond belief
The most overpriced Subway in 30 miles. All other locations are almost half of the price of the Mineola location and in addition to being way more expensive they don't allow extra toppings or instruction on online order. What was $85 here I got for $45 at the canton location.

Unfriendly workers. Husband ordered a meatball sub and the meatballs had been cooking all day and turned into a disgusting mush. Was told it would be 30 minutes to an hour before new meatballs would be made. There were also foods mixed together in the display. I had to point out a large piece of bacon in the tuna. So if anyone who has dietary restrictions for religious reasons were to order the tuna it’s been contaminated with pork. I tried to order cookies but was ignored while the person running the cash register stepped into the back. And then when he rang us up I had to repeat that I wanted cookies. He also rang up my sandwich wrong. Just an overall poor experience. By far the worst subway I’ve been to. Ive eaten here several times and I’ve never been happy with my meals.
What a dirty disgusting environment, poorly ran establishment! Will NOT be going back there! We went at 1130 on 6/21. Nothing was ready, only had white and wheat bread Flys and nats on my sandwich, breads not even cooked, what do the so called employees even do here? 3 people working the orders and none of them knew what they were doing. Fountain soda was nothing but carbon water, sweet tea wasnt sweet because there was a large cup of sugar next to it they forgot to put in the tea of course with flys in the sugar cup, employees never changed their gloves after going to the back to get items and the place was disgusting. Subway! you can do better!! Come on
Found a hair in my sandwich and was told they are not allowed to give refunds. Definitely will not be returning to this location. Worker girl with pink hair was extremely rude.
I ordered a steak, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich but they were out of eggs. No problem, just make it without the eggs. I was then charged an additional $2 as it is now a steak sub despite them not having eggs nor getting what I originally ordered. I brought it up and there was no remedy available. I won't be back to this store.
This was my first ever mobile order and idk if I like it I know I ordered it correctly it's just not made correctly.
I would give it 0 stars if I could, the food was not good at all and it was OUTRAGEOUSLY priced. I've never spent so much money on a sandwich in my entire life.The staff were not friendly, I felt they could've at least smiled back. We will not be back and I would definitely not recommend to anyone.
Employees had very poor attitudes. The girl that was ringing us up left the register before we were done. When i came back in to get a water the guy charged me more for a 16oz water than what the fountain drinks cost.. They were out of A LOT of things. The chicken tasted like it came strait from a can, they didnt put many veggies at all and very little sauce and our food was cold as soon as we got it. Also the girl was making smart comments. She thought we couldn't hear her but we did. Just an all around terrible experience.
Worst customer service I have experienced in awhile. Three employees standing around doing nothing when I walked in. They all saw me and instead of greeting me to take my order, they all walked around to back and stood and talked for a good 4 minutes. Two made eye contact and stl didn't come to take my order until they got through talking. Finally put my order in. That went smoothly. Stepped up to drink fountain and the drink I wanted was out. I asked if they could change out the drink. The guy that was making sandwiches yelled back "Coke is out". The girl acknowledged but didn't do anything. The other guy standing at end of wall doing nothing looked at me twice. I finally said " are you gonna fix the Coke or do I need to get something else?" The sandwich maker yelled again to the other two and finally the guy that was standing doing nothing walked around to back to fix the Coke. There were two total customers, I was the first and it took me a total of 15 minutes or more to get 3 sandwiches. Get home and all of them are cold. Manage or owner needs to teach employees what customer service is about. I won't be going back!!!!!
