This Chipotle is near my house and is usually pretty consistently good. Line is usually pretty long but it moves quick. The food is consistently good however the chips are usually pretty dark in comparison to other chipotles. I believe they need to change the oil more often to achieve a better more crisp chip. Other than the chips I enjoy eating here or getting it to go.

Went to get a burrito with guac & chips. Half of my guac was mashed, & the other half-inedible. I couldn't even bite into the piece of avocado, it was rock solid. I went back in shortly after to speak to the cashier, & the girl working the line began interfering in our conversation. She flew across the room to get into the cashiers face to reprimand her for making things right. She left the customers she was attending to do this. How unprofessional. I'm leaving this review because the girl on the line was extremely rude & unprofessional. Not only to me as a customer, but to her fellow colleague. Nobody should be treated like that at work. Management needs to talk to the girl on the line.

The young lady was rude and impatient at the register when my mother dropped her change. Young people need to have more patience with the elderly.

Support your local eateries and restaurants. For the amount of money I paid for this bowl I could’ve gotten a decent meal from a non-chain restaurant. Been coming to this chipotle location for years and they have been skimping on the protein month after month.

I've been going to this chipotle for about 2-3 years now and have never had a bad experience but today that changed. I decided to go eat dinner at this chipotle. When I came in, a young guy around the age of 16-20 served me my food. I bought a kids meal. For my 3 sides, I chose rice, beans, and guac. I've bought this same meal many of times and it always came out to the total of $5.93 but for some reason today, as I was checking out, the total came out to $11.74. I bought it the same as i usually did and later on, I checked the app to see how much it was. When I corrected the young man, he just said it was because I got guac. I've gotten guac every single time I've gotten this meal and its always been the same price. Guac should not be a extra 6 dollars. When I checked out on the app, it said $5.93. Also not to mention, the guy was super rude and ignored me for half of the time. I will be going to a different location next time.

One of the worse Chipotle locations! Tuesday evening at 7:45PM, a few younger staff hanging out in the kitchen chasing and laughing. Nobody is serving the customers even there a line forming. Finally, one man starts to put on his gloves slowly and starts serving food. Another man standing at the cashier. All the other staff are not helping at all. Food items are empty. Just bad. I am not coming here again. I am a loyal Chipotle customer.

I bought three steak bowls today. Rice was not cooked well Lettuce was not fresh Steak was raw Never back to this branch to get another bad experience. Sorry but Someone needs to watch these guys.

Some alternative-looking short brown haired girl made my burrito, and she had a very bratty attitude. She barely pushed us our food away from her after paying, and she forgot to give us our chips and guac. Worst of all, I found a fingernail in my burrito. I am pretty certain it was her, considering how she was behaving and acting so timid and not making eye contact. But if not her, then shame on the store in general for letting that happen. I was very polite and kind to the girl, expecting the usual good service from a reputable Chipotle. But the reputation of this one, and the company as a whole, is completely gone now to me. Very nasty worker.

Been going here for years and the quality has gone down significantly. the employees are rude and short fused. They kick groups of people out if not everyone in the party is a customer. Their portions are horrible. I once had a amployee give me 8 pices of chicken ( i counted after i payed) and when i asked for a little more it would cost me. Do better!

Worst location I have ever been to. I was immediately treated like an inconvenience before even speaking a word. I ordered a double meat bowl and was given less than half a scoop of each meat and charged for double. Realizing my disappointment the worker did their best to just get me out. Will never return and urge anyone else not to as well. You will be given small portions and charged for air

When I complained the manager took it to the back, confirmed it was what I ordered then refused to remake it. I had the guy at the counter confirm it was small and I said, "seems like they keep getting smaller" to which he retorted "yeah and they keep costing more". I again requested that she remake it as this was beyond tiny in comparison to a normal burrito and she again refused. I was calm but stern and she got very snippy. The customer is not always right at Chipotle, I guess. Someone else chimed in that you need to order "extra". I asked for a refund. They said I have to do it in the app. I asked for the manager's name and was told they do not need to give that to me. General manager's card phone number just puts you in a loop, no help. The help in the order gets you to a bot that is no help. I've attached a pic of the burrito with a side of salsa as reference for how tiny it is. Yeah, it's double foil wrapped so it's even smaller than that! This location has steadily reduced sizes such that this place it no longer on our pick up food rotation. I wish someone would resurrect Cecilia's on LaPaz, I miss them so much!

Had to enter my confirmation number FIVE times in the chat, and fill out a special form with all my personal information (email and cell). After 30 minutes of effort, they finally offered me a voucher for free chips. At that point I just wanted my money back, and they didn't care. Bad food and non existent customer service.

Extremely dirty kitchen, the grill that they cook chicken is awful. Bunch of young people are working here that doesn’t care about customers health, ingredients doesn’t look fresh. Horrible experience. Dont recommend this branch at all

I go to chipotle all the time because I love it, and I have gone to this specific location of chipotle often since it’s near my work and I can assure you this is by far the worst chipotle for everything. Absolutely no offense to the people who work their but it’s almost as if they just have no braincells or are just not trained whatsoever. Almost every time I have got a meal here there is something wrong with the food ( looks like it’s been sitting for hours or not even done correctly ) or they will charge you for something in which you literally didn’t even order, and then the workers will proceed to look and talk to you like you’re the one in the wrong when you try to correct them. This location needs to have a management review or have someone constantly looking over them because they just are a bunch of chickens running around with their heads chopped off looking for answers.
