Nice service. This is probably the cleanest fast food restaurant I've been to. Even the restroom was immaculately maintained.

Serviwas good. The mumy ultimate Breakfast sandwich was good. I ask for ice tea with lemon and this time I got what I asked for.

The people that work there at this particular Jack In The crack I mean Jack in the box but I called Jack In The crack it's more fun that way anyways a really sharp really cool really nice and they're fast they never get my order wrong

When you are in the mood to toss aside any thought of dieting, Jack has some great choices! The Sourdough Jack or the Spicy Sriracha burgers come to mind. Dont forget to get the curly fries with the combo! If you want healthier...the Chicken Fajita Pita and Teriyaki Chicken bowls are awesome!

Avery Parkway off of the 5. Great location to stop for a break (heading north). Great service, clean dining area. Two bathrooms for either m/f. Turn off is a busy area, watch for traffic directions. Easy entry if you make a(legal) u-turn at the first light to your right.

We wanted to stay, but it was kind of hot in there. I guess they haven't adjusted the air conditioning for receiving guests. The food was awesome. I had very low expectations, but the fries are the best and the churros really yummy.

This is absolutely a Jack in the Box. The curly fries are always crispy, the hash browns are rarely overly greasy or soggy, and the chicken tenders are well fried. The staff at all times of the day are efficient and pleasant. There is really not that much to say; if you want something from Jack I'm the Box, this is absolutely a fine place to get that.

The sweet girl who worked at night was. So very helpful and sweet. She made sure we. We're happy with our order . She should be promoted , her customer service skills are amazing.

Taco fix 😄 But seriously, some good food. We had tacos, of course, but we also had the homestyle ranch chicken club sandwich that was absolutely wonderful! Better than anyone else's. Paired with Jack's onion rings, it was a really good stop. When you're out running errands and Christmas shopping, the kids see Jaxk and start chanting TACOS you really need to stop. 😵‍💫😄

First of all, Chaz Hilton get a life. So u had a bad experience, so what. 98% of the crew are awesome, great service. Just because of some tacos. Did they fix the problem? Ok then shut up. I go there all the time and the service is great. I recommend this Jack in the Box anytime.

My wife and I stay by this Jack's in our RV when we're down here for school at Saddleback College a couple days a week from North OC. We eat almost all our meals there when in town. The crews for all shifts; anytime breakfast, lunch, dinner, and for munchies ARE GREAT! The food is always fresh, hot, & cooked the way we ordered it. They never mess up our order like they do at other Jack's! Thanks to all of you who work at this Jack's. We're glad you're here for us!

Pretty sure his name was Andrew, but he was incredible and extremely attentive through and through! I don't stop at fast food much, but on the road I make an effort to stop at this location because the food and service is consistent and awesome!

I was hungry and stuck in traffic I got off the freeway buzzed into this Jack in the Box, there was a very short line very fast line very friendly people I was able to get my food it was exactly what I expected. I was able to get back on the road in a timely manner. I highly recommend this as a quick stop place to go

We popped in to grab tacos for hungry kids and walked out with tacos, onion rings, drinks, and a chicken club sandwich. The tacos are always #1 on our junk food list. 😄 the chicken club was really good, and I wouldn't have tried it had it not been suggested by the app. Good job, Jack.

This was a clean location and good service. When I'm out of town, I rely on fast food to serve what I know will suffice, that's exactly what Jack in the Box did. I'm always checking the cleanliness of the facility and the service. The quality and taste of the food should always be a given and this location met all the requirements!

The fries were very appetizing. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger which wasn't bad...a better taste fresh...not to be reheated.

Though this a great spot to get munchies after a show. Make sure you get your debit card back, on two occasions they decided to not give me my card back.

For being at a location that's right off the freeway and next to a college, service is usually always quick even when there is a line. Food is always good from what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. I usually get a burger with curly fries and they are always hot and fresh tasting.

I went there for monster tacos. Was told they no longer have that on their menu... Young female at the window. Was so apologetic for the delay. I read the sign in the window, asking to give feedback on your service. She was so sweet. I had to let her know that she was doing a great job and I appreciated her. Times have changed a lot with service. Or maybe we just allowed things to be different. I no longer get napkins I have to request them. And then they grab them into a ball and hand them to you. I remember they used to come folded at one time. Once again I blame the management for allowing poor service.

After certain events just going here having a meal and hanging out with friends is overall nice before heading somewhere else. The food is pretty good and I enjoy going there and peacefully having a burger or just fries.

They have a good special that they keep rotating for about $5.99. If they take it off, I stop going!! They should always keep it permanently on the menu, since I go at least 2-3 or more times a week. Think it is called "Deluxe cheeseburger combo". The thing that really brings me back are the curle fries, which I substitute for the reg fries for a 40 cent mark up!! They have the best curley fries of any burger chain!! Crunchy and soft potato at the same time, without being oily!!! Also comes with a drink! Total cost with fries upgrade $6.68!!

First visit, had to get the tacos. The order was quick and easy, friendly, and the food was served hot. The usual Jack quality, no complaints. This location is fairly dated, could use an update, but is clean and neat. Recommended.

I'm only giving them 3 star because they charge you for extra sauce now, and when you go through the drive through they ask you to wait out front so they can Improve their drive through time, charging for extra sauce is ridiculous especially when you spend 13$+ for a meal. Damn shame 😤

Wow I actually have to give this Jack in the Box a decent rating. Too bad they forgot a couple of our food items, and worse they didn't know their own menu. Note to all management teams, teach your staff what items are available and for the length of time. Still food was descent and staff was friendly. I'll go back just to get the Monster Tacos.😁

Good for junk food. Drive through is kind of slow sometimes, but its not a big deal. I go later in the evening so I imagine they only have one cook. In the mornings, when I've gone, service has been pretty quick. They have never made a mistake on my order either.

Jack in the Crack did not disappoint....chicken sandwich settled in like a lead balloon...dial a coke machine dribbled out a syrup liquid that tasted of a day old coka cola....

All the tables were dirty. The front counter and trash cans too. Was there for 30 mins and not one person came out to clean anything.

Ordered a munchie meal chicken melt for my girlfriend, who wasn't feeling well, got a completely different sandwich, I believe the chicken sanwich special which came on sourdough and had no cheese. Okay, no big deal, went back through the drive through, explain what happened she apologizes, takes the sandwich back, and a minute later hands me another. My girlfriend later opens the bag to find the same sandwich with cheese on it. Like, the exact same, because I removed a small bit of crust from it before returning it. She just added cheese and wrapped it up in a different package. Luckily the jack in the box in dana point is super cool and gave me a free sandwich, so that's cool.

Make sure the owner of this joint will check the workers around 1 am to 6 am. Everytime I dropped by the worker was on her/his break. They don't cater customers orders around this time because they're too occupied on their phone or just lazy to work. I sympathize to the owner of this place . They're taken for granted by their employees as far as profit is concern. There's no profit when they hire people like this.

Food really better than most drive throughs. However when the owner is there the entire atmosphere is gone. He is always shouting at staff and what is worse the customers. Think he has medical problems. Sometimes he somewhat happy. Might be un medicated bipolar. After some incidents aimed at me, stayed away for months. Would start again depending upon I was treated!!

Not a favorite of ours. In-N-Out, McDonald’s are easier on the wallet and the food is the same quality or typically better.

Not 24 hrs. Have been here numerous times at night and the drive-thru is closed. Only come during regular dining hours, they are not a 24 hr drive-thru.

Stopped by on a Saturday night. It’s open 24hrs during this time and nobody answered the drive thru speaker. I pulled up to window and there was an employee there who was just texting and didn’t even acknowledge me (she obviously knew I was there but acted a fool). At least have the decency to say you’re too lazy to work this late at night and don’t want to take orders instead of ignoring me. I’m not a Karen and would of respected the laziness and went elsewhere.

This location was having issues with their card processing system at the drive-thru window so the manager on duty ran my card multiple times. A few days later I found that I was charged twice. I went back to the store several days later and the manager on duty looked it up in his system said they only charged me once and just offered me a soda for my trouble and told me to call my bank. I feel this isn't the bank's fault since they ran my card multiple times and that my time is worth more way more than just a soda for their screw-up.

I've been going to this location for a while, and it's been average , but my latest visit was abysmal. Ordered a Buttery Jack, which was basically a bun, lettuce, and a dried out patty of who knows what. Absolutely tasteless. Took a bite spit it out, threw the rest of it away. Also ordered large fries which ended up being a tangled mess of raw potato? strings, threw those out. Absolute disappointment and waste of time, money.

Someone here is using one of my family member’s SSN. Reports have been made. Terrible establishment for allowing someone to do this, I get that we are all looking for opportunities but having to screw someone else over just tells me the type of people they are. I blame the owner and management for not checking for the correct information. Also, the phone number listed does not work.

Stopped by this location around 12am on July 30th 2019. The website indicated the drive thru is open 24hrs. Upon arriving and ordering, I pulled up to the drive thru window and was informed the cook was on break, sorry. So am I to assume that there is no other individual capable of making food when another is on break? I understand everyone is entitled to their breaks, just don’t understand why there wouldn’t be sufficient staffing to support. Unfortunately this is not the only time I’ve had a problem with this specific location. Extremely frustrating and very unprofessional.

I have Jack's tacos for years, hard to screw up. This people managing at this location obviously have never had a Jack n the Box taco. I had to tell them it is surprise to have cheese. Sorry to see the JnB in so. County closing up, I love Jack's. Based on the experience tonight, I understand why.

Came in twice first time stood there for five minutes trying to get help ordering my food because there kiosk was not working and no one acknowledged me or tried helping or greeted me.(why have a kiosk if it’s not gonna work btw) went back the next day to give it a second chance and they took 23 minutes getting my food out my whole lunch break waiting on a burrito and a simple sandwich that was so expensive for no reason. Save ur money don’t come to this jack.

I walked in stood at the counter for several minutes with no one asking for an order, I notice they have a register with screen menu so I tried placing my order on the screen and quickly realized when you do screen orders there was no way to customize the burger. I waited and keep looking for someone to help and they never came over or asked if I needed anything. So after a few minutes, I walked out and went to In-N-Out and was greeted with smiles as they took my order and made all the customize changed I like. The employees at Jack's lost as customer tonight for lacking customer service.

They never answer their phone and it says their voicemail is full… I ordered an item and asked for no meat since I can’t eat pork and I got home to a breakfast sandwich with ham and bacon! I had to throw it out and I can’t even get a hold of anyone at the store.

We waited in line 15 min and about approximately another 12 minutes at the window. The window person did not apologize and continued to make us wait an additional 3 minutes or so. He was rude as well. Handed over bags and didn’t say anything. We asked for cookies for our 3 kids for the inconvenience wait time without asking us to wait in parked waiting area, and he straight out said NO. Name on receipt says Cristo C. Unsure if its the same person who gave us a bad experience. We decided to eat and Jack vs In and out to prevent the long line. But In n Out could’ve been much faster this time around.
