Second time in many years that I have visited Burger Boss. Friday at around 12:45pm I came in for lunch. Several kids inside on their lunch from the local high school so they were busy. I ordered the Might Boss Meal (Cheese burger, fries and drink). The cashier (Terrie) was super nice taking the order and greeted me with a smile. I got my receipt and realized it didn’t register my tip. She adamantly said don’t worry about it and continued to smile (nowadays most places expect a tip). I had cash and put it in the jar and she thanked me and said it wasn’t necessary. Food was ready in about 5 minutes and was freshly cooked. Burger was hot, cheese melted and fresh bun. Cooked to perfection! Fries were hot, lightly salted and delicious as can be. No dipping sauce needed at all. When all the kids left, the female employee Terrie immediately came from behind the counter and cleaned up all the tables and seats where the kids had eaten. I have to say, this was a very pleasant experience for me. Food was great and so was the service. The value for the money was good too!! Thank you Burger Boss and I will definitely come back..

Best fast burgers in south OC, slightly crispy patties, very thin so always order a double! Love the fresh jalapeños! Also love that they only use grass fed beef!

I came in for my first time and Max was absolutely wonderful! I wasn’t sure what I wanted he was extremely polite, kind and helpful! Thank you for hiring employees like Max who make just getting a burger a really excellent experience. It’s employees like him which makes a huge difference in where I and others choose to go for food! I will absolutely be back and will make this my number one burger place from now on! Now can’t wait to get home and try it!

Very nicely kept up McDonald's. What excited me was that they brought my meal to the table. Haven't had that done in quite a long time.service was a little slow, but since they brought it doesn't seem to matter. Employees were friendly, helpful and all had a smile. The little woman who is cleaning the restrooms in the floors worked really, really hard. Workers in this position don't get enough credit for cleaning up the mess and everybody else leaves them. I watched about an 8 year old just take the rest of his soda and pour it out on the floor His mother just took the container from him, threw it away and walked through the soda out the door. Worker then had to clean up what the boy that messed up. So sad. Bad mom! When I come back here again, yes in a heartbeat. did I mention there's a really cool McDonald's play area outside? The burgers were absolutely delicious. The wheat bun was incredible soft. My requested over-medium egg was a little more on the over-hard side, but I'm forgiving. The taste was extremely fresh and well-seasoned. The sweet potato fries could have used a bit of seasoning, like salt or something like that, but otherwise were good. My only issue was that the price was a little high for my taste. I'd still be willing to go back.

SmashBurgers are insanely delicious, but I wish the tables were clean. Tables are disgustingly sticky all of the time because the wood has absorbed the grease that leaks through the baskets they serve in. If you see other tables people put napkins over the table so that they can not feel the stickiness….all of the tables are like this. Seen this multiple times…aside from that constant level of disgust the burgers are amazing.

Standard food, but always comes hot. Service is fast during the day but after 8pm very slow, probably smaller crew. Have taken kids to play on the indoor playground. Location and bathrooms always clean.

I went through the drive through on Saturday, and although it was very busy, the lady who took my order was super sweet and accommodating. My app wasn't working, as usual, and she was very helpful in helping me get the food that I needed, whilst being very polite and patient. She is very sweet and has a great voice! Good job Shayli, keep it up! Also, Please get your app to start working because every time I arrive at this location it seems broken.

Had a craving for a filet of fish sandwich so drove through McDonald's and got a cheeseburger 🍔 and a fish sandwich 🥪 with an unsweetened ice tea. The service was good and food was hot and tasty. I rarely eat McDonald's but every now and then get the itch. The cheeseburgers used to be 19 cents back in the day and I think 39 cents when I was in school. Yummy Recommended.

Great burger but way under staffed. Order of 6 and all the food was cold. Fries cold. Resturant cold. For $136 I would at least like hot food. You can do better

Unique concept, but disappointing service. I came a couple minutes after opening and the doors were still locked. I was in a big rush so this made me kind of annoyed. After waiting in my car and trying again later, the doors were finally opened. Even though I was the second customer to come in, they were already running way behind because they just received a bunch of mobile orders that they wanted to do first. I didn't mind considering that they seemed short-staffed and I appreciated the heads-up. I do feel, however, that they should prioritize dining customers rather than mobile orders because there ended up being orders just sitting on the counter since no one came to pick them up while actual diners were waiting endlessly for their food. I waited for about 20 minutes for my meal and it was pretty underwhelming. The fries were cold and the burger was pretty bland. They have a pretty interesting way of serving their burgers -- one half with the cooked ingredients, the other with the veggies, then the customer puts it together to form a burger. Because of this, I don't understand why it took so long considering they don't even put the burger together for us. TLDR: * Prioritized mobile orders over dining customers * Didn't open on time * Food was underwhelming Pretty disappointing, but I’m willing to stop by in the future and give them another chance.

My partner and I visited on a Friday night. It’s a cool idea, but the food wasn’t for us. I like the idea of ordering at a kiosk - good for long lines, customers with social anxiety, or a busy staff. The best part of our meal was the sauces. My partner and I both got black bean burgers, which fell apart after the second bite. The rest of our burgers followed suit after, and I had to grab a fork. The Cajun fries and regular fries tasted exactly the same, but it being our first time we weren’t sure if that was intentional. The sauces were nice, but that’s where most of the flavor came from. If you like La Croix or White Claw, you will probably enjoy the kombucha that’s available. The flavor wasn’t to my tastes, but it worked wonders for my bloating! The employees were very nice and lovely. They made sure I got my kombucha when our food was ready, and thanked us when we left.

Closest McDonalds to the house, so my family has ordered here frequently over the past few years. Recommend ordering through the app to make sure everything is correct and double-check your order before leaving. Inside seating and decor is very nice, but the soda machine is behind the register, and soda refill can feel like a hassle. Customer service can be spotty depending on who's working the driver through. The remodel is very nice and makes it very approachable.

The drive-through lane was pretty busy, so I decided to go inside & order at the counter. I didn't have to wait, Kimberly took my order almost as soon as I stepped to the counter. Just picking up a dbl burger & fries for my 5yr old. It didn't take long(good). However, when I checked the order I saw the FF sleeve was 1/2 full. I pointed it out to her and asked if she could fill it up. (I've found unless you're seated inside... your order will be minimal, short changed) She said it would take 3 min because they were making a new batch. I said I'd wait. A couple min later she yelled out, Med Fry... I got the bag, thanked her and took my order to the car. Upon inspection, I realized she'd not served me a new batch of fresh fries... She dropped my 1/2 serving in the grease and gave it back to me.

The tables and bathrooms could be cleaner. Update: the 2 drive through employees asked me to pull through to the curb side waiting spot after I ordered a #1. They left me waiting for 15 minutes and forgot about me and my order. When I came in to get a refund the assistant manager gave me attitude like I did something wrong. This is probably not the type of manager you want to work for or the customer service you want your family to interact with.

I don’t typically write reviews, so this is substantial. I was turned away by a very snooty employee when asking for a low carb option. I was was told they was short on lettuce so I couldn’t be accommodated, but was offered the option to have a chopped burger salad, which probably uses more lettuce. The fact that I was about to order for my family and the 5 guests that I have visiting from out of town and spend probably at least a couple hundred seems absurd to turn a paying guest away because he was so concerned about potential future guests. Especially, the fact that they are a few stores down from a Ralph’s. A head of organic lettuce is a few bucks. One would have assumed there was a national lettuce shortage the way the employee behaved.

I was prepared to give you guys a chance only to find that I can't do an online order. What is the point of having a button on the site for online ordering if you're not going to accept it. I'm not in the mood to talk to people and just want to order a burger. I guess I'll go over to McDonalds and eat their garbage. At least I can do an online order.

Had a flat tire up the street and brought my kiddos to McDonalds so they wouldn’t be so upset while we wait for 3 hours for dad to come back for us While we ate and waited so many people complained about their orders being incorrect and taking over 25 min to actually get their food when honestly they weren’t even busy I observed as people would stand at the front counter waiting to ask or request their items and the workers would walk past and ignore as they attended others

This is probably the worst McDonald's location. I find myself driving an extra mile to the other one even though this one is right next to my house. The food from here is always old tasting or gross. I got a breakfast McMuffin and it had residue from the previous nights dinner service because I could taste the burnt particles and the burnt onion. The hash browns are always soggy and gross; this location doesn't switch oil out enough. Gross overall.

Absolutely confused and overwhelmed by the simplest tasks. Your order WILL be wrong in some way, and they will look at you with confused expressions when you explain what was wrong. I told them “it’s no wonder you’re so lowly reviewed” and they had no idea what that meant. It was a truly sad sight to behold. To give a quick explanation - we got a different customer’s order and gave it back explaining what we ordered; this started a confused cacophony of scrambling and yelling by the employees to figure out the right order. Then we got wrong sauces or sauces missing entirely, items were missing, the grinch meal had other items mixed in.. it was a mess in Every sense of the word. If this wasn’t a chain restaurant nobody would ever return as a repeat customer. It’s disappointing especially given the increased prices.

I pay for my order through the app 20 minutes in advance, and every time I arrive it's never ready. I'm furious with this irresponsibility. You pay in advance so that when you arrive your order is ready, and right in front of me they give priority to those who order on the spot.

We just ordered thru the drive thru window and were met with the rudest customer service ever. I haven’t had an experience like this. I didn’t get his name but he had longer curlier hair with glasses and a cap on and we ordered at about 6:40am. He was rushing us, not polite at all, when we got to the window to pay, he seemed annoyed, and there was no one behind us either so I don’t know what is his rush. Then he gives us our order and forgot our 3 waters and just gives us 1 water. It was just a terrible experience. Please train your employee and I hope he doesn’t treat everyone like this.

There was a problem with everyone’s order in front of me. I got there at 10:40am and because they were dealing with everyone’s orders I was too late for breakfast since they had me wait until 11:05am to finally take my order after handling all their incorrect orders from before. Then they forgot my drinks. I was probably there for 30-45 minutes before I finally left with my food

Normally, this location is good. But the Sunday crew leaves a lot to be desired. The kid at the drive-through was very nice but not very bright. I had to repeat my order twice and I told him I wanted a 20 piece McNuggets three times. He didn't charge mefor them and they weren't in my order. I went inside to get them and told the lady running the kiosks what happened. She asked if I'd like to order them, and I said yes… So she started punching it into the kiosk for me. I told her my fries were getting cold outside because she couldn't seem to make it happen. She went back to get them herself for me and threw an extra set of fries in the bag. I thought how nice. I got home and was charged for 20 McNuggets. She gave me 10. I'm over this location. I'll be going somewhere else from now on.

How is it fast food if it’s empty no cars and after ordering only one meal and 3 ice cream cones we have to sit in the parking lot to wait for food it’s simple to say hey with this single meal you’ll have to park and wait for 15 mins for your food even if there is no people here and they are not busy the staff are just being unorganized how disappointing if I wanted to wait in a parking lot or wait at all I would of dined in somewhere the date is 6/8/25 Then when I finally got the cones they are melting and dripping all over the car
