I haven't dined inside in years so I can't speak on the atmosphere but the drive through line is usually pretty solid. Sometimes it takes a lot of time to get through the line. I would say, most of the time, I have a generally fast experience, just depends on the day. But my food is always hot and fresh and I haven't had any issues with any items being wrong or missing.

I went here with my girlfriend after moving all the way from Indiana. I tried the patty melt with a large fry. Plenty of fries and very delicious sauce on the burger! I really love the spicy ketchup. The jalapeno adds some extra flavor to your fries without overdoing it. Service could have been faster, but the people were very polite. Order was correct. Will definitely be back to try more things out!

Late in the evening you can't go wrong with Whataburger. It's way better than the other fast food chains in the area .

I would give 5 stars there was Quick service and very kind employees. Unfortunately, the management style created a tense atmosphere that was uncomfortable to witness. The staff deserve to be treated with the same respect they show customers

The waiting time is always very long. I ordered a chocolate shake, but it was extremely difficult to drink because the straw was too small. I had to apply a lot of pressure just to take a sip, which actually hurt my cheeks and tongue. It took more than half an hour before I could even start drinking. They really need to switch to bigger, better straws.

Drive thru is incredibly slow. Don't go to the outer lane- cars at inner lane are served 1st, regardless of arrival order/time. Cars thatvwere behind me ordering recieved their food & left before i ever got to the front of the outer lane.

I genuinely like whataburger even if the wait time is long. It's very understandable if the lines are long and drive throu is long too.... This one was not, the inside was close and the drive(at the time I got there was one truck) was clear. I spoke to one guy, he act like he couldn't hear me at first. I am on a motorcycle, so I moved closer and spoke very loudly. "SWEET AND SPICY BACON BURGER! WITH MEDIUM FRIES!" Just to get hit with, "could you hold a few minutes. So I did wait for like 15 minutes, yes 15! If the team is reading this, motorcycle guy, red helmet with black horns. That's me.

I go here all the time, but it's time something gets fixed at this restaurant. 40 minutes to get my order and only after I asked for it numerous times. My order was lost after placing it. Tons of people waiting. Please work on the logistics. The food is good but need to be more organized to get the food out.

Food is great. But they have no clue how Drive thru works . Does this store expect customers to wait an hr in drive thru to get food??.. I don’t normally post negative reviews, but oh my goodness something has to be done about this whataburger. It literally takes FOREVER to get your order. I thought it was just a one time thing, but this has been a consistent issue here. It has happened to me over and over again, and even when I order DoorDash, I have drivers messaging me that it’s taking them a long time to get the order out. I recently drove through, took forever, realized that my order was incorrect once I finally drove off. So, I called and explained my order was incorrect, I had already waited forever in the drive through line, and I had three kids in the car. I was curious if they could bring out the correct food, and they said I had to come in. So I brought all three kids in and I waited forever AGAIN just to explain that my order was incorrect and needed it corrected. I don’t even know what to say anymore. This location is a huge disappointment.

I normally don’t post reviews because I understand how challenging it can be to run a business and manage customer expectations. However, my experience at this Whataburger was simply unacceptable. I visited around 12:16 AM, and while I completely understand that late-night hours can mean limited staffing, the level of service I received was disappointing. The gentleman who took my payment was polite and professional — no issues there. When I pulled up to the next window, the young lady handed me drinks with no cup holder and appeared frustrated when I asked for one. After that, I was asked to pull forward to wait for my order. I ended up waiting 25–30 minutes for four meals. When my food was finally brought out, I checked quickly and assumed everything was fine. Once I got home, I discovered missing items — the fries from my #1 combo were not included, and the entire BK Breakfast Sandwich meal was missing altogether. I called back and spoke with someone named Sarah, who asked if I could come back right then — at nearly 1 AM. After waiting that long already, that was an unreasonable request. It’s disappointing to have this kind of experience, especially when Whataburger is known for great food and hospitality. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback and uses it to ensure that late-night customers receive the same quality of service as daytime guests.

This has to be the slowest location. I utilized the app for drive through pick up hoping it would speed up the process and it did not. The app said my food would be ready at 5:45 I’ve been sitting here waiting for 20 minutes past so far. Everyone else behind me has Gotten their food but me. The people behind me are pissed because I can’t move. I’ve asked about my order and the drive though keeps saying thy will check.

This is the first time at this location. I ordered online. Of course, it's not ready. I waited over 10 minutes before bringing food to ppl ahead of me. When it's my turn. I say, I have been waiting over 15 minutes. I do not want a cold meal. I received my bag with fries upside down. I should have known something, but I let it go. Really store # 990. Would you want this, so why give it to your customers. Customer service is truly not the same. Train your staff on what not to do. We can say it's young ppl. I do not care what age you are. If you don't want your order this way, DO NOT SEND THIS OUT YOUR DOOR TO ANYONE. Since young ppl are not being trained correctly. Hold managers accountable for the staff for that shift. Maybe micro managing is what some ppl need. Ridiculous!!!
