Love the bowls. I'm gluten intolerant but I didn't used to be and I missed eating subway until I learned of the protein bowl. Not sure if it's certified GF but it's never caused me any problems.

Almost every time I go to subway I'm disappointed, but not tonight. The staff was cheerful despite being hella busy. My sandwich tasted awesome. (Steak and cheese melt) the store was clean.

The subway is just like any other subway. Nothing special but they are friendly with customer service. No I was the only one here, I wasn’t really surprised since I almost missed this restaurant looking for it. I arrived here around 6:30ish and it was pretty dark in this neighborhood. Well there pretty much the same as all the others. There cheap on the meat, and heavy on the fillings. So basically your getting a salad sandwich. Umm the downtown Subway is not in the greatest location, and limited seating. Also there understaffed so there extremely moody, and slow. Other than that there pretty much the same as all the others.

Not just finish one tray then back to my sandwich, but multiple trays. There wasn't any customer behind me, so I thought making bread could have waited a few more minutes. Again, no apology, no compensation for a long wait, and not even a pleasant attitude. The employee just talked to her co-worker about her personal life. There are much better options than this Subway, so I will take my business elsewhere

There were lots of gnats when I visited a couple of days ago, and the smell of the cleaning products being used was very unpleasant.

I'm sad to say I paid for this. Not only was I told only paper coupons were accepted. I needed to save money this morning not spend twice as much as necessary. I ordered a 6 inch tuna and 6 inch pastrami and was charged almost 13$. I felt I wasnt treated well at all and that because I didn't have clean clothes or the fact that I was looking for a deal??

This location is HORRIBLE!! I’ve lived in the area 10+ years and for the last 5 years (minimum) I have had awful customer experience. They NEVER answer the phone.... I’ve even actually driven to the store stood in line and decided to call and see if the phone was working, and sure enough, they just don’t pick up. I’ve worked at a sandwich shop before. So I understand needy customers and calling… Not to mention COVID-19. Things have changed. But if someone is literally just calling to see if you have any soup available…… I mean seriously! The website says the location closes at 9 PM. I called at 7:30. No answer. I drive to the location. Get there at 7:45. The sign says open, yet the door is locked. And again no one answers the phone. I am a single mother, just trying to escape for five minutes to pick up some soup for my sick kid because subway is right around the corner and I didn’t have any soup at home AND I have a leftover subway gift card with five bucks on it. Just like a lot of other people in the world right now COVID-19 has really messed with my pocket.. I don’t ever leave reviews on places I don’t yelp I don’t complain. But come on man! I don’t know what is going on there. What’s a girl gotta do to get some damn soup! #tiredfrusturatedANDHANGRY!!!

Apparently the online ordering system was down, it had no problem taking my money of course. When i showed up to the restaurant, the staff let me know that my order was not fufilled and would not be fulfilled despite them taking my money.

First and far most I'd like to say I like subway but today experience will deter me from go to this particular location so my son who's 14 went to the restroom and the female employee with the tattoos on her arm decided to bang on the restroom door telling my son to hurry up by this time first responders came and make redundant remarks saying YOU GUYS MAY WANT TO HELP HIM OUT THE BATHROOM witch made my son uncomfortable and made him feel humiliated

Bought a sandwich for lunch. 30 mins later I was sick to my stomach. Spent 2 hrs running back and forth to the bathroom. 6hrs later I'm still sick. Serious health code violations have to be going on for a SANDWICH to make me this sick.
