If you want the BEST SUBWAY sandwich in your whole entire life….come to this location! The ladies are so nice and always have a smile and they are under the pressure for sure! They have customers in front of them and then their online pick up orders as well! They make it happen and the sandwiches taste so great! Each sandwich is made to order and again with someone who has a smile. Fresh bread, fresh veggies and delicious tastes! I drive across town to come to this location when I crave a Subway sandwich. They have free parking lot out front of their store that is conveniently located on the main street of McHenry. The inside is always clean and smells yummie! Family friendly place with family friendly prices for the guests.

The bread was the freshest bread I've had at Subway The server was a very sweet young lady and the atmosphere was clean and kind they allowed homeless people to get ice they were respectful they were kind it was a very nice experience

Best Subway I've ever been to. All of the staff is great many of them are even attentive enough to remember the typical orders of the regular customers. I think the management of this store takes great pride and care of her store. All the vegetables and bread are fresh every single time.

Its a hit or miss here!! Sometimes the bread is stale!!! Sometimes the order is wrong!!! A lot of the times they are out of cookies!!! Come on Subway you can way better!!!

While the sandwich was made well enough, the service was lacking. The employee finished with a big order before me, so I understood I would have to be patient and wait. However, when the employee got to me, there was never an apology for the long wait. Further, she took extra time to restock ingredients. Even further, my sandwich was finished in the toaster (door hanging open having finished toasting), yet the employee decided to prepare more bread while my sandwich sat out. Not just finish one tray then back to my sandwich, but multiple trays. There wasn't any customer behind me, so I thought making bread could have waited a few more minutes. Again, no apology, no compensation for a long wait, and not even a pleasant attitude. The employee just talked to her co-worker about her personal life. There are much better options than this Subway, so I will take my business elsewhere
