I like the occasional McDonald's burgers. They have the $6 meal deal which includes a McDouble, small fry, 4-piece nuggets, and a small soda. I will sometimes get a buy one get one for a dollar McDouble as well. It ends up being around $5ish. The staff here gets the orders correct every time for me. They are busy, but not too busy to where it takes forever to get your order. There are no table and chairs and it's not possible to dine in there. So remember - take-out only.

The chicken nuggets (4pc + small fries) are always great. Especially to hit the spot and hold you over until dinner. The staff was really nice and cordial. The only problem is the location (Market St). Staff does a great job of always keeping it clean but both inside and outside the establishment you will find unhoused folks. Which in and of itself isn't so much of a problem as the fact that most of them are suffering from addiction or experiencing some mental health complication, or both. Other than that, yeah, it's a great spot. 😂

This McDonald's is open almost 24/7 it's a great place to go for a late night bite. One of the things I've noticed, howeve, is that they seem to have higher prices then the rest of the McDonalds.

Had the breakfast: hash browns, egg, sausage, muffins. They forgot the grape jam. 😭 McD quality. This place has NO RESTROOMS and NO DINING area! Strictly pickup, app online ordering or delivery pickup. They have about 5-6 kiosks, it seems like they prefer you order from there or using the online app. I finally took the plunge and downloaded the app; it took a little bit of time, but, I got it working. So I ordered from the app first time. It appears that the hash browns are not in order, it's not in the same box as the main order so I got two hash browns, because I ordered another one. A bit confusing. I was supposed to get a free order of fries for 1st time app user.

Quick, fast service, Been coming here (and pretty much the ONLY Mc''D's I ever go to) since I started working in the 90's. Right at BART and many MUNI lines. The buy 1 get one for a dollar makes it the cheapest quick breakfast in the area, Minus one star for no seating or bathroom anymore due to unhoused population. Staff at this location has seen it all, and still work with a smile, give em a break. They work hard!

It's not the restaurant's fault, but the ordering area where the self-service kiosks are located often smells like urine or worse because homeless persons linger and panhandle there.

They forget parts of your pickup order quite often. I’ve gone back to try to fix this a couple of times, but even though their posted hours said they were still open, the doors were locked and there was just one guy with a cart rushing to bring bags to delivery drivers through a small window. I was ignored completely and eventually gave up.

If you like adventure that includes a possible risk to your life or the chance at contracting some strange diseases then step right in. Dont expect a cashier to take your order. Better use the kiosk or mobile app. This place mainly serves the delivery drivers to bring food to people in the financial buildings. The only walk-ins are us risk takers. But you will have a long wait as all the mobile orders get filled first. This place used to have an upstairs but its closed off now. The saving grace was that both myself and coworker had hot hash browns. He comment it was the hottest MCD hashbrown he had ever had.

Skip this McDee's, it smelled funny, no where to sit, maybe a city ordinance but we were charged a quarter per bag for take out? Burger was overcooked, which is odd, and none of the extras requested was added. My standards for a chain are usually weighted higher than they should be but this was the worst MD. What is the point of trying to order food when no one is at the counter? I waited 10 minutes after using the kiosk to place my order and pay at the counter when no one is there??? The food deliveries were taken care of first but the patrons inside were ignored.

This is really a no frills McDonalds. The only positive is that they are open late and in the downtown area in SF. On my recent visit, I ordered though the kiosk. They were out of tickets, and that is a big red flag. I have ordered before and they are good when they have tickets. When the kiosk doesn't have receipt paper, prepared to get screwed over. First you need to remember your number. After that, you need to guard the window like a hawk because as soon as they call your number, anyone can just say it's their order and give it to them. It happened to me, and someone just walked out with my meal. There is also no seating so they just want you to take your food and leave. They don't want you to stick around. It's not possible to dine in at this location.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A VAGRENT BUM!! I normally order here but tonight for some reason the staff messed up my order. Despite showing them on the app in the past 6 months I’ve only ordered mocha frappes they wanted to argue with me and push the Carmel frappe at me refusing to call the cashier who actually took my order and messed it up! Terrible customer service from the staff! Not to mention the manager on duty was allowing his employees to treat customers with horrible customer service! The manager and his staff just keep saying that the reciept said Carmel not mocha like I was lying. It’s not like I took it and drank it, the drink never left the staffs hand so it was completely humiliating. Finally they made my drink but not without speaking negatively on me so every one could hear and making me wait until they took care of everyone else needless to say Mc Donald’s really needs to retrain their employees on customer service!

Order for delivery 5th time. They gave wrong order for my drink for 4 time. I order no sweat (no sugar) tea but I received a sweat (sugar) tea. I double check when I look at the menu I am sure I didn’t click on wrong item.

NO DINE IN, not even a standing table even though website says dine in. A soda took 15 mins to be ready. Employee is very disorganized. No kids toy available. Hand sanitizer fell on the ground. Hot mess, this operator does not know how to run a McDonalds.
