So yeah we pulled up Monticello dunkin' donuts and yeah we ordered they got us what we needed and they got us out of here leaving now let me add a couple photos

It's would be better if they were cheaper than the other place. Otherwise there is no reason for me to come back here. On the plus side they do have a nice patio.

I got a glazed donut at this store. Store was clean, and staff was friendly. The donut was just ok. Bathrooms were closed and not available at the time of my visit. This is store is a good option to grab a check coffee and a donut to go.

I mobile ordered a cold brew because there was a sale ($2 for one cold brew, and 1 free iced coffee with that), but I didn't get the free ice coffee. The mobile app is really good though, lots of deals, but I guess you can only do one deal per order. The inside of the store is pretty big but not too exciting, the employees were pretty nice.

I got my usual drinks and they tasted right. The donut they gave me was so dry inside, so I exchanged donuts and it was also dry inside.

Clean with friendly staff. Drive through and parking can be really difficult at busy times, so your best option is to park in the lot next door and walk over (preferably using the Dunkin app to order a few minutes ahead of time.) Edit 10/6/2024: I stopped here again yesterday and made the cardinal mistake of not tasting my coffee before I left. Subtract one star for employees who can't get coffee right even when step-by-step directions are printed on the side of the bloody cup!

Very unfortunate that I have to give one of my favorite chains from the East Coast 2 stars. The donuts are great, and the place is clean. But the staff is completely mis-managed and unprofessional. It takes them 20 minutes to prepare a bagel sandwich in relatively light traffic because the stand preparing the order work really slow or are confused about something. I'll return because this is the only DD in the Bay Area but the place could be run so much better...

Love Dunkin' dark roast ice coffee. This is a nice looking location. Workers are a joke! Guy who served us was obviously high, "manager" busy talking with his buddy.. Order all kinds of screwed up! Won't be coming back to this location.

Meh from decor, food, drink and service. The place is clean but bare. The staff is either on there phone or waking up. The chai latte was hot and flavorless - I was given hot milk. The turkey sandwich was okay, but the English muffin was soft and flavorless. The hash browns were fine. Honestly, it’s doesn’t compare to an east coast Dunkin

The donuts are great, with their food, I'm happy. Bring me back to the Chicago place I ate at, but now in San Mateo I wish I could say better reviews he has another food is great but I did order something I never received, it might be because I had two children running around but I thought that's what dunkin' donuts was about?... Family oriented place... He never put in the donut holes that we ordered.. When we have finally arrived home we noticed that! Bummer! Will still try again next week because their food is good. Let's hope communication goes well next time!

Had their breakfast sandwich with sausage, it was on a crasant hard as a rock, ice cold the egg tasted old!! Disappointing!

Went in there and got a cup of coffee and two donuts . The donuts were stale & coffee been sitting for sometime I requested my money back. .After being told doughnuts were in fact brought up from another location but would not state what time they came in . On top of it all I have an 18 yr old trying to tell me whose been eating this doughnuts longer then she was ever thought about & more than likely her parents being born,bhow Old Fashion doughnuts are supposed to taste like and the texture of them. Well my dear you don't drive nails with doughnuts especially.ones at one time boasted about how fresh they were and boasted about shelf life is so many hours before being removed & gotten rid of and fresh batch being put up!Well that's the way it used to be.

They were so slow and they wouldn't say who's order was ready. Very thankful my maple bar didn't have any more frosting on it after she put it in the bag upside-down.

This location sucks, the staff get my order wrong every time. I guess they are trying to drive you to order through app because it’s the only way I can get it right. I’m not sure if this is an absentee owner situation or what but I couldn’t imagine a worse customer experience. I only keep returning cause I live across the street so unfortunately it’s just the most convenient.

They literally cannot make a Chai Latte at this location, I don't know what else to say. I've ordered multiple times and it comes back as a cup of milk every time, they don't add any spice. I feel like I'm going insane but they literally don't know how to make a Chai Latte here, extremely incompetent location

Whoever owns this location is extremely cheap and could care less about their customers and staff. Opening at 6am is sad for a coffee spot, however forcing a solo staff member to open and then deal with the overwhelming number of orders coming in alone, creating insane wait times, all falls on the owner. It shouldn’t take a rocket scientist to profit correctly off donuts, yet here I am telling you that your business is garbage because of how you run it. Sell your franchise to someone who actually cares. This is the ONLY Dunkin in a few mile radius and the owner is still destroying their own business and productivity. Cheap, lazy, gross HAPPENED AGAIN, DOORS CHAINED LOCKED AT 6:15AM WHEN YOU OPEN AT 6AM AND TOOK MY MONEY at 6:01 am from your app. THE OWNER OF THIS FRANCHISE IS THE WORST

I ordered Americano and bagels. There is no bagels and the employees only made iced coffee. I asked for refund and the employee doesn’t speak English. They asked me to email manager, and the manager is rude. They argue their employee speaks adequate English. And ask me to come again for a refund. I will not come again because it is too far away, but let me give one star for you.

They gave me a caffeinated coffee when I specifically placed an order for decaf. Terrible service

I go here every morning and usually don't have a problem. DO NOT GO THERE AFTER 7PM! This little teenage boy has the worst attitude I've seen from a guy in customer service! First after I asked for more concentrate in my juice originally as I ordered it, he made it so watered down (more than usual). I asked if he could put more concentrate and said well that's how we make it. I kindly said I get this every day and it's not this watered down. Please put more and he went back as he stomped away and made the entire drink again. (In my head you're wasting more $ instead of just giving me more concentrate from the beginning). Gives me even more water and less ice. I tell him dude this is wrong, he continues to argue with me saying well that's how we make it and I don't know what to tell you there's no management right now. He argued, complained, stomped his feet, huffed/puffed and acted such a little child its ridiculous! This young kid needs to be addressed seriously. Maybe a class in customer service as well!!

When I was waiting for my food a customer kindly asked for his food and girl that was heating up/giving the food out she got mad at him and said that I’ll be done soon in a very mean way and later when she put another bag down he went to check if it was his and she practically yelled at him to not to touch it because it wasn’t his, later he left with his food and her attitude was still extremely negative and when I was looking at her she looked back at me with a very nasty face and asked “do we have a problem” very aggressively so I told her that you shouldn’t be this disrespectful to costumers and she just rolled her eyes at me. I would but her name in but they didn’t have name tags although the other workers were extremely kind and helping but so far this is my worst experience yet.

Charged me for a cup of hot water and was ok with but I come back in to ask for some ice and dude try to charge me for that… owner came out and gave the ice in the end but I just think that’s too petty.

I am a door dasher it took me 10 minutes to get there because I was dropping off another order. I got there and all the employees were standing around laughing there were so many orders but they werent doing there job. the order wasn't even ready. It was still sitting there they didn't even look at it. And then took them 5 minutes to say something to me to see if I needed help. Then after that all the employees stood around staring at each other. And talking through there mics. And they took 15 mins to complete 3 drinks . And there was about 7 to 10 employees in there. They were all not dressed properly and didn't have gloves on . And didn't have hairnet. Dropped my customers lid on the floor and put it on there drink and laughed about it .

Incredibly rude to my Dad and refused to give us the right order after giving us the wrong items. It would have been a really easy fix but they were difficult about it for no reason. Extremely rude. Don’t go here.
