I was here yesterday, ordered 2 tacos, 7 piece jalapeño poppers and Mozzarella sticks. The lettuce was at the bottom of the taco bag, not inside, no cheese and the sauce looked dry, like the tacos had been sitting for a while. The mozzarella sticks had a foul after taste. I could not eat the food. There was no one in the drive thru line other than me. I didn’t see anyone in the dining room, there were at least 4 employees. I expected more.

Just left the drive through, I’m not sure if girl was having a bad morning but she was being super rude and this is how she gave me my food . Not including she wasn’t going to give me my drinks and I had to tell her my drinks were missing and she knew because she had them right next to her hand . Super unprofessional.

This place is slow as heck like you’ll be waiting in line for an hour lease like come on jack in the box you’re supposed to be fast food if you cannot hold of your end and fast food because you’re slow employees then you need to go out of business letting people that you are not truly fast food not only that I said clear as daylight I want the number 29. The lady act so dumb like she does not hear me. She was kept repeating different numbers and I finally yelled 29 then I waited in line after that for like 3545 minutes then I was like so discuss it. I did not even want the food by the time I got to the window. I just continue driving and just said the hell with that, I don’t want it. Do not go to this Jack-in-the-Box if you’re trying to do a quick grab and go.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Jack in the Box on Saturday, March 15th, at 1:10 a.m. The female employee working the drive-thru was extremely rude when I was just trying to place my order. I was looking for a specific sandwich that wasn’t on the picture menu, and when I asked about it, she quickly listed the ones she saw and dismissed me, saying, “I already named them all.” I was simply trying to be nice and clarify what I was looking for, but instead of helping, she kept repeating herself with an attitude. When she finally realized what sandwich I was referring to, instead of just acknowledging it, she rudely told me, “Oh yeah, that’s not on the Munchie Meal,” even though it used to be. The way she handled the situation was unnecessary, and it made me feel unwelcome. We skipped three other Jack in the Box locations to come here because this was our favorite location, even though it’s 17 minutes from our house. We used to come five times a week, but after this experience, we won’t be coming back—not to this location or any Jack in the Box. If this is how customers are treated, I see no reason to continue supporting this business. We chose to leave without ordering and had to back out of the drive-thru because of how unprofessional and rude the service was. Management seriously needs to address this kind of treatment toward customers.

I was just there this morning at 10:30 and order a single Ultimate breakfast sandwich. When I got it, it looked like it was smashed, there was only bacon on half of the sandwich and I didn’t even get to that half because I got a mouthful of egg shells 3 bites in a row!! It was really disgusting and I won’t be eating at any of these locations anymore.

DO NOT order from this location. My food was HORRIBLE. I ordered pick up and my food wasn't even ready when I arrived. When I got my food I tasted a fry and it was old and disgusting. I asked for fresh ones then went on home because I couldn't stay any longer. At home I open my food and both my fries and tenders are OVERCOOKED. The fries were overly brown and over salted, and I mean OVER salted. My tenders were HARD and BURNT. Felt like rubber biting into it. I didn't even want to eat it, I called about my order and they won't even do anything about it except replace the tenders and not the fries because I already got them replaced. Like I wanted anything replaced from people who can't cook, I just threw out $15 worth of trash food. I NEVER had an experience like this from Jack n the Box ever in my life. What a joke.

I guess asking for extra lettuce on a taco is to much to ask for. Tacos soggy and old. Both tacos had soggy lettuce inside that looked like they put in the fryer with lettuce inside the tacos! Gross! The curly fries were crumbs not fries. Horrible food here. Should’ve gone to Taco Bell across the street. At least they are willing to give u extra lettuce and their food is fresh. I know I shouldn’t expect much in a low quality community like Moreno Valley, but I though at least tacos could be made right. Guess not. Lol, not surprised.

Ordered online and picked up, made no substitution or special orders but items were still incorrect.Ordered the chicken salad and they gave us a bowl with just chicken?! When I asked where my salad was they seemed confused and repeatedly asked what type of salad i ordered. Then the patty melt I ordered had no grilled onions, sent it back, new order didn't have onions again. 3rd time got it back, but with barely onions- I was done and wanted to go home plus no one ever apologized...everytime they handed me the burger the lady looked mad like it was fault that they kept messing up, extremely strange and exhausting experience.
