I been here a few times in the past few weeks and I noticed the new trainee and I must say he is doing a GREAT JOB 👍🏼 Took my order from Drive Thru and was extremely Respectful with an attentive customer service attitude.

The nicest gentlemen that I’ve ever met working at this jack in the box....his name was Lee and we really to to put good people like this up and praise them because it made my day....thank you Lee....for your very pleasant tone and good nature.....oh yes and the food was delicious and fries were hott which is a big plus...I come to this one from Gilroy now only because people like Lee....

The food at this location is superb. Order is always right. The french fries are always fresh and crispy and the tacos are so crunchy!!

Jack in the Box is always super yummy may not be that good for you but it's still good. I've been eating their tacos for years and their Breakfast Jacks , you can't go wrong with either one of those

Oreo shake and a slice of cheesecake!! Great cool treat on a hot day. Breakfast Jack is good any time of the day.

I can't speak for the inside. But the drive-thru is great! Always really nice friendly staffs never stingy on the sauces when asked. Even if it's busy it always seems to move pretty damn quick.

This was the only place open on a holiday, late night. The menu is nice, a big variety. You can have a burger, taco's, teriyaki beef or chicken, chicken strips or breakfast items, shakes,.fries, onion rings. There is a lot of comfort food! Love it! I am not much for fast food but this is good!

There isn't any eating inside yet but can go inside and give your order. That's what I did . The drive thru is open and they have curb side . The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and hot.

Delicious food and this location specifically seems to get people through the drive thru quickly and with hot, fresh food. The San Jose locations could learn a lot from this impressive operation!

Jack in the box on Monterey street is absolutely amazing. Never disappointed when I go there. Staff are friendly and amazing, especially a certain staff member, i believe their name is “Brenda” she needs a raise, does an excellent job. The food is always bussin. 💯 if you ain’t rockin with jack in the box on monterey, YOURE LAME.

My go to spot late night great place to grab a snack or a meal prices are great and bathrooms are clean and dinner area clean as well Sometimes there's always a line in the drive thru but it's definitely worth the wait I would recommend this place

Got our order wrong. Which is generally par for the course. Went inside and the counters were all a mess with spilled liquid. The boy behind the counter was really gracious and helpful. Looked short staffed . But the food was good!!

There is a guy there by himself at nite but he is real good and remembers all the sauce and bags are neat and he is super nice.

I just love their sausage egg croissant sandwich. Order it during lunch or dinner to be sure it is freshly made. 😋

This location does a pretty good job with service and food. I usually use the drive thru and order off their mobile app. There are specials on the app you will not find on the menu board, atleast price wise. You can't beat two tacos for $1. Always a great late night eats.

Ok, busy during lunch. Kind clean, bathroom needs restocking more often and tables need to be wiped down a lot more.

Good food and relative fast service. Order takers generally have a tough time speaking or understanding English. So unless your bilingual you can run into issues.

Drive through was slow, they rushed me out while checking my order, and when I get home the burgers were missing some toppings. But that's kinda what you get at fast food.

Food is good and consistent, but drive thru orders are not always correct - pay for more than what you receive. Just check you bags before leaving to make sure you're getting what you ordered :)

Food is fine mens bathroom is terrible, there is a urnial thats hasnt been fixed in months that people still use and its a big turn off when I go in and it smells like weeks old urine...also the pannel on drive is has been broken for almost a year so you cannot confirm order on screen..they have a cool new soda mechine..

We went through the drive through and the lady couldn't understand what I was asking for. We got asked to wait in the order pick up space, which is okay, I'm not mad about the wait. However, our order had 5 things in it, including 2 drinks and they forgot one of our drinks. We went in to get our missing drink and they immediately knew as soon as we walked in. Ask for 3 dipping sauces for my egg rolls and only got 2. And the Tacos didn't have any. Meat in it's mostly salad.

Ordered two burgers got home only one in the bag. I called and left a voice message and after 24 hours I got no response whatsoever and am out one Jumbo Jack. I feel extra bad because I was gunna give half of it to the dog.

The food os good though the bathrooms are in bad shape and bad service

They screwed up on my order and didn't return my bank card at drive thru .I had to go Inside to retrieve my bank care .

I ordered a number 21 with no cheese. They asked me if my order looked right on the screen; it did. I got to the front of the drive thru window. They gave me a number 22 with cheese. 1/5 stars.

Its fast food what can you really expect? Customer service is very poor and management is terrible. So i ordered their new blt sandwhich for 4.99 but they asked me do you want small medium or large. I said med so im thinking that it would come with med fries but it came with small. I didnt realize that it was small until i ordered it the next day with a small fries instead of medium. I showed the person the receipt of my previous order and completely ignored the issue so i let it go. I came and ordered the same order but with bottled water. I drove off and thought that i had everything but i didnt. They didnt give me my bottled water. So the next day i ordered again and had told them i forgot my water and the person who gave me my order the day b4 had acknowledge that they 4got to give it to me. When i ask for the water they said they couldnt give it to me. I come for the sandwhich. But staff is terrible. Bathroom is never cleaned. Place is a mess

They kept my Debt card. Partially my fault. I went back 9hrs later after work and they didn't answer anybody in the drive thru. They weren't answering the phone either. I backed out and went and pounded on the door. Some guy in the lobby said that the lobby was closed I said I just want somebody to answer at the drive thru. I drove back around and had to wait another ten minutes just to get to the window. Whole process just took over 20 minutes. During the day it's fine it's like every other Jack in the box but don't go there after 9 at night

Probably the worst Jack in the Box you could go to. They’re never open during the hours written on the signs or google. They pretend to be closed to avoid orders. Sometimes they block off he drive thru with milk crates when they’re supposed to be open. They never have anything you want to order, and then you’re stuck in line behind cars for anywhere between 5-30 minutes. Staff is really rude as well. The Condit location in Morgan Hill is far better.

I wish there was a zero stars. I left for a late night snack and went here since McDonald's was closed. It said they close at 2AM on Sundays. I got in the drive thru at ~1:15AM so it wasn't even a last minute 2 mins before closing thing. I got up to the menu and the only thing the lady said was "we are closed" I said they closed at 2AM and it's 1AM you guys should be open. She just said they were closed again with no real explanation. Don't come here for any reason while it's late at night. They might not be open even though they said they were. TL;DR: Got there for a late night snack, they said they were closed even though it was ~an hour before it was actually supposed to.
