I went in late and the lady helping me offered to make fresh food but I didn’t want to inconvenience the staff and have waste for the restaurant. She was SO nice and filled my plate with the other menu item that I ordered. The container barely closed. I appreciated her kindness and willingness to make up for the short coming of the other food item I ordered.

Even on an extremely busy night, all the staff smiled and were extremely nice. I was also offered samples of their juices to make sure I would like the flavor I ordered. Friendly and clean even when they are busy.

Edit: This place has really stepped up its game. Food and service are consistently on- point now. Well done Panda Express. They close at 10. At 9:23 they Already have all the chairs up on the tables and everything's being put away. People behind the counter socializing, no grills operating. I go to order and they say they don't have chow mein. Maybe they're out of the dish, but it seemed way more like they just didn't want to cook more.. even though there was almost 40 minutes until closing. Seems like a lazy and poorly managed location. If the review about the grasshopper is true, this location should not only be avoided, but corporate should consider revocation of the franchise. Very unimpressed.

We picked up the family pack. That's 2 large sides and 3 entrees. Was under$40 with tax. So it was a pretty good deal. And the service was really fast. Oh, the beef with broccoli was mostly broccoli. But Teriyaki chicken and orange chicken were fine.

Normal food for “fast food”, if you want everything is fast and cheap, but don’t wait something very delicious

The steady stream of customers ensured that all the food was freshly cooked. The indoor seating area is rather small, but the staff was friendly and the service was prompt. The food is typical for Panda -- tasty but not special. The selection as usual is limited to keep the pricing reasonable. If Panda is your thing, this location is one worth seeking out.

Definitely the best location I've found. One thing they need to work on though is paying attention while bagging the order. It's comedic how my order will be repeated back several times at the register and something is almost always still forgotten 😩😂. Usually just things like sauce and fortune cookies but still lol. I still come back for the outstanding friendliness and food quality.

Clean restaurant with plenty of parking space. For quick service online order is best. For dining there are big lines on lunch time. Overall very good experience. Food was very good.

This is the closest Panda to my house so I frequent this location. I usually don't review, but an incident happened that I felt compelled to make note of. Albert at this Panda Express was NOT accommodating when an error was made in my order. They forgot to add the chicken eggroll that I paid for, so when I called to advise them of it, his response was not very customer service oriented. I felt that he should have replaced the bigger plate meal for their mistake, but he would only add the chicken egg roll to our order next time, or if we could to come back and get it. So who's gonna cover my gas to come back to fix your mistake??? Lesson learned. Check your order before you leave!!!

Every time I've ordered for delivery they don't include any sauces. I've even called to be sure they don't forget... no sauces. I rarely do PE now. They couldn't care less about customer experience. Maybe it's their standard operating procedure to not care. Maybe it's on me for ever hoping for a modicum of competence.

I ordered Beef Broccoli & white rice. I ate at the restaurant, and food was still barely warm. Trash can was overflowing, tables dirty.

They only prioritize online order and not walk-ins. We waited 30 minutes to get our order taken and then they said it was going to be another 20 minutes for food because they were filling the online orders first before taking in person orders. Then when we go to try to check out after finally getting our food they then again prioritized online orders before we could check out. This was after 8pm and not really a normal rush hour.

Have been ordering from this location pretty regularly for over a year, last 2 orders the food was horrible. Got delivery through the panda website tonight and they didn’t deliver one of my drinks. Called the location and the guy who answered had to relay info back and forth between me and the manager because she wasn’t interested I handling the situation or helping. Told me sorry call DoorDash or grub hub after telling them I ordered through panda and my receipts don’t show who delivered the order. Damaris was zero help and Had a bad attitude, I could hear her answers in the background as she yelled to the poor kid trying to help me on the phone. Mistakes happen, items get forgotten, but a manager is supposed to attempt to help solve the situation especially when the customer is being nice and understanding and just wants to process a refund for the missing items.

First time i came here they were very slow and rude taught it was a bad day for them went second time and same as first time

Walked in at around 4:50 Pm yestrday ( 6/19/22) because I noticed that the parking lot was clear on the way to my Mom’s house to celebrate Juneteenth. She had already cooked but I wanted to bring something to her house. So I quickly parked and walked inside. Great I thought, no one was in line and I had plenty of opportunity to order something quick and get to my moms house by 5 PM. What a terrible mistake that was. As I scanned the room, everyone behind the counter was in a huddle looking down at printer receipts and foam boxes. Clearly I was unimportant because they were having a football like huddle about orders. I let them finish but even after the huddle, they just disbursed and never acknowledged that I was standing there. I was annoyed and said “ Hello, you do know that a customer just walked in!” A guy that was putting Chow Mein in a box looked up and said, “I’m sorry we just got all these Door Dash orders in.” I then told him, “ Look, I understand… but who is more important the customer at home or the customer right in front of you?” I walked out and to be honest, I don’t think I will go back. Here are my reasons. One, no one acknowledged me when I walked in. Two, there were nothing but men working, where is the diversity here and where are the ladies at? Three, they were clearly over staffed to be confused on Door Dash orders. I’m talking maybe 8 -10 people looking confused and weirdly focused on what one person is saying. Three, I felt embarrassed. People were sitting in the dining room just looking at me as I was trying to get eye contact with one of these guys. I locked eyes with a few of them and they looked at me like, what do you want? It was embarrassing and upsetting. I mean the customers are what pay your wages, or are they getting paid some other way? I should look at reviews more before even thinking of dashing into a buffet restaurant like this ever again. My bad, Panda Express, I guess I should have know that the staff was going to be busy. What a sad business and sad staff. If this matters to anyone, I am a Black women. The staff were all men who were Asian, black and white. So clearly Black women don’t get respect here.

This place has gone so far down hill. Andres the manager is rude and has no clue what hes doing. I won't be back

I feel bad for leaving a negative review ,however they are horrible here,very greedy with portions the food and orange chicken was old and stale and the chowmein was old flys on the food very dirty place I won't be here again

The rudest associate was too busy to hear or understand what my son asked for. We ended up buying something he did not want!! The customers were rude as well, and the same man kept getting in everyone's way and cut in line, but no one there said a word!! Horrible, We love the food, but it's not worth the rudeness to get it!! The fried rice and noodles always taste old!!

I would rather spend my time doing something else besides writing a bad review. I however feel responsible to let others know that this place has some workers that are not customers friendly. I attempted to purchase a small drink but one of the cashiers said that I needed to buy a large drink since it was not from the fountain. After asking the reason the cashier said, it’s against our policy. I asked what if I didn’t like it, if they would return my money, once again her reply was, it’s against our policy. Funny thing is that they do not display their policies for customers as if we are supposed to read them before spending our money there.

Worst customer service experience ever!! The lady was rude and questioning my sons I sent inside to pick up orders then my fiancee went inside and she continued to be rude. Never going back there.

Came here on a Saturday night around 8:15pm.. We were helped quickly, got two plates and two drinks. The girl helping us was nice, she seemed to be the one doing everything. After ordering, about 7 people walked in and she was doing all the work. However, this review isn’t about service quality, it’s about the food quality. The food quality here is horrible. The food traveled less than 5 minutes before getting eaten. the noodles were cold, the rice was cold, as w well l as the black pepper steak, and the veggie rolls. Everything was cold. Except our drinks, they were warm because they had no ice. They also had no napkins. The temperature of the food was very worrisome. Also, none of the cooks were wearing glovesT he re seemed to be a manager, wearing a black sweater, he wasn’t wearing ha any gloves while serving food. not sure what the procedures here are but this is very alarming..

I had a rather simple online order and this location could not get it right. A bowl, a plate and a chicken egg roll. The entree portions were small, the food I received was poor quality and the chicken egg roll, well it was not included. I called the store and they tell me I can either come back and get the egg roll or they will write my name down and I can get one the next time I go there. Chances are I will not be going there again. Places like Panda Express are quick to take your money, but when they screw up they want you to go out of your way for them to make it right. I would avoid this location if I were you.

Got home and found hair in my food. This isn’t the first time it’s happened at this location, and it’s just gross. Last time I didn’t write a review, but now I’ve decided it was worth one.

Maybe some other time I would have my food replaced but definitely not the same day or in the near future, seems like they have some issues to work out at this location to let something like this happen.

I believe I was discriminated against last night, and the discrimination came from a server of my own ethnicity. Her name was Tian. She looked at me with a frown and a contemptuous expression, as if I didn’t deserve to exist in this world. Every time I ordered something, she made me repeat myself two or three times, and she maintained that same look of disdain the entire time. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I do have an accent, but no other servers have ever had trouble understanding me before. Even if you don’t understand what someone says, you should at least use polite language, like: “Could you repeat that?” But instead, she impatiently asked: “What?? What?? What??” in front of many other customers, who were all watching. I felt deeply offended. I will never come back here again.

After rush hour, Not busy only 2 people total waiting both for fried rice. Took exactly 19 minutes for the fried rice to cook. Unacceptable

Everytime, they give us the sauce packets in the bag, to add when we are ready to eat. We get our food, drive 20 minutes home and there is no sauce packets or sauce on the chicken, it's just the dry grilled chicken. We called to complain, asking for some type of reimbursement for the mistake. The manager, or whoever he was said no, that if we wanted the sauce, we had to ask for it. We tried to explain that we ordered chicken teriyaki and all we got was grilled chicken. He then said "that's the same thing, you don't need the sauce, you can just eat it like that." We told him it wasn't the same and we wanted what we paid for and since we didn't, we wanted reimbursed. He then told us if we wanted the sauce, to come back. We again explained that we live 20 minutes away, it would be an hour before we could eat dinner then, and the food would be cold. He went on and on about how the teriyaki sauce is separate and it's our job to ask for it, or else we just get the chicken. So why call it teriyaki chicken if they don't give the sauce with it? We ended up getting frustrated with not getting anywhere and hung up. I don't recommend this location at all, horrible customer service.
