They always have good sweet tea, you can get some pretty good deals on the app. Whoever is working the curbside pickup this morning 9/5/25 is kinda rude, they brought an order out to me that was not mine because the person checked in to the wrong spot and she got frustrated when she had to walk to the 3rd spot to give those people their order, I was in the first spot and checked in appropriately but she tried to tell me to move and that was the first spot, like I know it is that's why im here, the other person was checked in wrong not me.

This particular location of McDonald's is always extremely busy. With that being said, the employees always hustle and make it so you don't have to wait long for your food. The food is consistently good and the service is great!

Our order was hot and accurate however one of our large coffees arrived in a damaged and leaking cup. Considering we were on the road from Galveston to home in Arkansas, we were significantly far down the road when we discovered the flood of coffee in the cup holder Not worth turning back, but will take some time to clean the seat and carpet. The cup was ripped at the seam. Yuck

I visited this location around 8:00 PM with my daughter and had a very disappointing experience. Management/lead staff were extremely rude over simple questions, and their attitude was unprofessional. What bothered me most was how they treated their own employees. The cashier appeared intimidated just trying to ask a question and was spoken to rudely in front of customers. It created an uncomfortable environment, especially while dining with a child. Everyone deserves basic respect customers and staff alike. I hope upper management addresses the behavior of leadership at this location. To the cashier guy tonight, thank you for being patient & polite.

Don't give refunds on items they forget to put in your order. So check order before leaving. I Called to ask for a refund of fries they left out of the order. They told me the fries were all there and refused to refund me. They said if I drove all the way back they would give me more fries. I was tired and had to much to do to go back. Plus, I spend more money for their mistake when I am just asking for a refund for 1 fry basket. I was a regular customer. This was Sunday afternoon shift. Never have issues with weekday morning shifts!

They gave me a old fish sandwich. I asked him to cook a fresh when I came back to the store. They act like they didn’t wanna give me some fresh fries to go with my meal. This is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

I ordered food, had 2 employees repeat my order PERFECTLY to me so I had real trust when I got that brown bag. I rolled it up tight so it’d stay warm for the drive … and when I get home It’s completely the wrong order. Not even worth half what I spent :( !! IF YOU COME HERE CHECK YOUR ORDERS !!

I been here and do a great job but today no good I ask for a big Mac meal and I said ranch and ketchup and they give fries not ketchup no ranch and I checked the big mac before i go and there was only bread and meat I was like I am no gonna eat bread and meat not cheese no lettuce no nothing they re do it but it's okay I still like Macdonald just need to listen and it's better quality than quantity

Manger needs to learn how to deal with “Karen” situations, employees forget orders until you have to go to the counter to inquire about your food. Fries are SO SO SALTY..,not one order was made correctly the whole foot I was in this establishment. People waiting a while for their order when not even busy.

Terrible customer service! Went through the drive through and they forgot items from my order, but they insisted that the order was right. Showed them the receipt and everything that was in the bag and it took 3 employees to confirm they forgot items. We gave this location another try and the “manager” was awful. People were waiting in line forever. Service in the morning is great but in the evening its TERRIBLE. people in lobby and the “manager was in the back on her phone the entire time.

Waiting time is horrible placed order and waiting 15 min to receive it orders after mine got out before mine even though they ordered the same food plus frappe. Doesn't matter if you order curbside same thing last time waited 20 min and a car next to ours got their not even 1 min wait time his order was out. My drinks where apple juice and chocolate nor even something you have to prepare.

The food came with a piece of wax paper or something similar in it. After I bit it I thought it was just an onion peel but I immediately looked at what it was and was shocked at what I found. Came the night before and they gave me someone else’s food. Disappointed with the quality control, there was one exceptionally nice lady leader tho which ups the rating slightly. I hope to see the store improve.

Always lying about the system being down early in the morning. It is almost every single day the system is magically down at 4:30 am while I am on the way to work. Absolutely ridiculous and corporate will be notified.

Worst service I have ever received took my kids there and ordered of the pickup app 30mins later still no food went inside twice and was told that my order was cancelled and that I had to reorder again and get back in line.I will be setting up a demonstration outside of this establishment civilly to tell customers not to come here anymore.

So ever since they open the new location on 242 I try to go to that one but for the sake of the convenience we just had to go to this location today. Now the girl that took my order and the guy that I gave my card to at the first window they were very nice. I don’t know if there’s something with my face but the energy at the other window was not so kind. They literally handed me my meals and two drinks and then ignored me at the window for two minutes and when I didn’t drive away because they forgot to give me the juice box that came with my kids happy meal she starts asking me to show my receipt. So I guess they’re giving out the meals for free just not the drinks they forget to give you. Her attitude about it was nothing short of ridiculous. Thankfully I had a receipt this time and then she had a snarky attitude even more, I don’t understand the hostility.

I have stopped by this McDonald's many times. It is rare they make my coffee the way I order it. Last 4 times, it's been completely different and one time it was cold too.

Unfortunately the one thing that has me giving them a one star is that fact that we arrived at 9:50pm and their hours for the lobby/dining area is until 11pm. They had the lobby closed when we arrived.

Before you leave the drive through. Be sure to double check your food! Asked for 2 Hot N Spicy chicken sandwiches add cheese... WHERE IS MY CHICKEN DUDE?! Good thing I had my own chicken Pattie's at home. Other than that everyone was extremely polite.
