Chick-Fil-A is a consistent brand with good food, quality and fast/ This one on the heart of Midtown NYC so a bit dirty. Great location if you then want to hop over to get some banana pudding from Magnolia Bakery then head over to Rockefeller Center for sightseeing Oh bonus! Always check your rewards. Because the local sports team won, we all scored a free chicken sandwich ❤️

I stop at this location frequently to get a quick bite when working in the area. The service is consistently very good. I wanted to give the manager from yesterday a shout out (I believe his name was Mike.). Just a simple smile, asking me how my day is going, gave me my food, and told me to have a great day. It may sound simple, but I find experiences like this are happening fewer and fewer. This is VERY hard to come by in such a large corporation, but Chick-fil-A employ some great people. Keep up the great service!

For ALL SOUTHERNERS and other devoted sweet tea fans CHICK FIL A sells it by the gallon. Yes by the gallon. It’s 7.00 plus but when you think you don’t have to brew the tea, let the bags sit, cool it, add sugar which is outrageous in price at the store, THIS IS A BARGAIN. I OFFERED TO BUY CUPS BUT THEY INCLUDED THEM. IF YOU SEE A SENIOR citizen pouring ICED not ice tea in cups you will know it’s me. It’s my favorite ay of passing along southern hospitality to those who need to quench their thirst along 23rd Street. I like this store a lot. They are al always nice, polite and run like stores are in the south where politeness reign supreme. I knew it was too soon for their famous peach milkshakes which even New Yorkers of all sexual orientations, colors and belief will stand in line to savor this southern summertime cold creamy fruity delicacy. As a matter of fact she even said to me when you see the lines for two blocks you know it’s PEACH season. I sometimes go in to find a southern accent and then I introduce my self as a Virginian and fellow compatriot. Then i offer any tour tips they might need. Enjoy you all!

It's always chaotic in here. But friendly service makes up for it. Chic fil et always makes my stomach hurt but so worth it lmao. Was craving a salad and I never had their salads before. Also it's great you can order online to pick up. They have a system that works. The dressing is free, I always need 2. I could be wrong though about it being free. I got the Cobb salad minus the bacon. Affordable too. Manhattan salads can go upwards of $15. This was about $12. I would probably get this again.

This is a great restaurant. The food is delicious though it has a small dining room. There is just a long standup table to be shared. But the chicken biscuits and chicken strips and iced tea are delicious.

I personally love this place because, unlike typical fast food, the service here feels different. The staff is friendly, and I especially appreciate that this location has quick service and always has a restroom available. I keep coming back for my favorite – the grilled chicken nuggets!

Thank you for staying open so late to feed us intoxicated fools! ATMOSPHERE: If you've seen one, you've seen them all. Big dining area, all you can eat roasted peanuts, messy by closing time. FOOD: Cheeseburger With everything! That includes mayo, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, ketchup & mustard. The patty was tender & juicy and has a real homemade taste to it. Fries They're thicker cut shoestrings natural fries, served hot and crispy. SERVICE: Fast and efficient. OVERALL: Pricey ala carte menu with great taste.

When landed in New York, we were starving and decided to try chick fil a. The chicken was really juicy here and the nuggets aren't like commercial nuggets but actual bits of chicken. And the large variety of food is definitely worth checking out. The best food of the day after the flight

It’s a must try in NYC as one of the best chicken sandwiches chain around and located at plenty of streets. Really loved the crispy chicken sandwich - fried to perfection and super fresh. However, it’s slightly dryer than I thought and wished the meat was a little juicier and more tender. Waffle fries were slightly overcooked and mushy - wished it was crispier. Dipped it with their signature BBQ sauce nevertheless and still tasted okay. Otherwise, queue was very efficient and place is very clean. Sufficient seating capacity as well.

We came to the place following a recommendation and we can say that we were disappointed. However, the gaps we experienced can be easily fixed. We did not experience the service as required, we even felt disrespected as a customer, we each received a paper bag with the food and into it as if they had intentionally thrown the chips and it was not because there was no room in the chip cup, it was ugly, again it can be fixed, you just need to guide and explain. The area behind the counter where the employees were was dirty and a shame. The smoothie was delicious and the vegetarian dish too, I wish you luck and I would be happy to come back

I had three cheeseburgers to go and carried all the way to jersey. When I opened sandwiches ,they forgot to put patties in one of them and only put the toppings in it . It was a busy time for dinner but after paying a full price, I was unhappy ㅜㅜㅜ wish they pay more attention when they make burgers.

They never get a chance to clean the grill . So you be the judge? I definitely don’t recommend this one location .

Cannot take away from the food as it’s always great and top notch!! But I feel this location don’t have enough staff and during this season should have at least 15 guys working the kitchen. When customers leave they must have a dedicated person cleaning tables to maintain the global standard as in Dubai it’s 5 starts for sure

I've been a loyal customer of Chick-fil-A for quite some time, but my recent visit left me a bit disappointed. A complete misunderstanding. I don't understand how this chain can stay in business. The burgers are tasteless, the chips are useless. My son took us there because he wanted to visit an American chain he knows from games. The atmosphere is like a slaughterhouse. I admire the absolutely friendly staff who have to work there. Respect, gentlemen.

We visited this Five Guys location in New York, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. While we are familiar with the brand and usually enjoy the food, this time it was only average and did not meet our expectations. What really ruined the experience, however, was the service. The employee at the register was extremely rude and ironic, clearly in a hurry, and offered no help at all with our order. On top of that, the atmosphere of the restaurant was very poor, as the space felt dirty and unkempt. Overall, despite the fact that Five Guys is generally a reliable fast-food chain, this particular location failed in terms of service and cleanliness, and it is not a place we would choose to visit again.

Stopped by the Five Guys at 253 West 42nd Street near Times Square for a quick evening snack. As vegetarians, our options were limited, so we ordered a large Cajun fries and a soda, accompanied by the complimentary peanuts.  While the food and service at the counter met our expectations, our experience was marred by an unsettling interaction. As we were finishing our meal, a cleaning staff member approached our table and, without any prior conversation, asked, “Are you Indian?” We responded affirmatively, and he walked away without further explanation. This unsolicited question felt intrusive and left us uncomfortable, especially given the lack of context or follow-up. In a city as diverse as New York, such interactions can be disconcerting. It’s unfortunate that this incident overshadowed our visit. We hope the management addresses such concerns to ensure a more welcoming environment for all patrons.

This place is aweful. There was a staff member vaping right at the door so you had to walk through a cloud of smoke to get in. Secondly, it was dirty, filthy, smelly, just dreadful. Order two burgers, fries and a drink. We couldn't get near the pick up due to delivery drivers. They had bags on the rebacks and helmets on and blocked everyone. They just moved people to get to area. Eventually people like ourselves realised we were being called. When we found a table, it hadn't been cleaned in at least an hour or more. Two other reciepts and food was still on it. It would of been better to eat the food of the ground outside, than eat it at the table. It was uncomfortable to eat here. The staff were working non stop but cleaning is obviously not high priority on the managers list. The amount of people and very little space. Burger was bland, lacking proper flavour. Honest, I wouldn't go near any five Guys after seeing the state of this place.

Threw up the food after 30 mins. The top bun is cold bottom bun wet and doesn’t hold up, really bad fries no peanuts on there. This is Times Square by the way, if people think this food is good they are straight up delusional.

This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Five Guys. I was excited to come to the Five Guys in Times Square last Wednesday night November 12th because it was my first time visiting NYC and I’d heard so much about this location. Unfortunately, the manager could not have been more unprofessional if she tried. I don’t know her name but she was kind of slim light skinned and prettyish. Her attitude was nasty, and she acted like helping a customer was the biggest inconvenience in the world. My food took forever..way longer than it should have. Five Guys needs to seriously reevaluate who they put in charge, because her attitude is definitely driving customers away.

Purchased kids meal on 12/5. I found a thick , black stringy thing embedded in chicken after taking a bite of the second piece. They took two weeks to investigate and the the VP said he found nothing on video. I told him why would he if it was inside the chicken which made it contaimnated. I already reported them to the DOH. They are investigating.

Bad Service and received bad batch of sprouted fries and black parts. It was also in crumbs and scraps at the bottom. Can't believe this is how they serve their fries. Been to many Chick fil A and this is the worst one. And the audacity of the manager or whoever was in charge must be blind to not see it.

I order a chicken sandwich and small mac and cheese. This is what I got for the mac and cheese. Full price for half a cup of it. Good to show. Check your food. Or you'll get robbed.
