I did not get any salsa with my half dozen breakfast burritos and the tortillas were hard as a rock. Missing the steak in my quesadilla. It was burnt bacon. The bottom of the pizza was soggy and fell apart like mush. There was only a 1/4 of a teaspoon of sour cream for an entire quesadilla and no guac. Food tastes horrible, old, and super burnt. Horrible experience.

If I wanted chips and queso I would’ve ordered that. I ordered the kicken nachos with beef I only wanted no beans …… this just ruined my night I was ready to eat

Food was decent the smell of the restaurant is horrible the sauce station had a weird smell. Tables were dirty the wait time took forever. Would recommend you to go to a different location.

I went in and everybody seemed too busy to ask if I wanted to order anything. I don't know who all they were cooking for, it was empty in there. I ended up going somewhere else after standing in front of the register for like 5 minutes. It's not the first time this has happened. Evening service has always been pretty bad here. They seem to care more about online orders now I guess..

Came here a month ago, service at window was bad, just seems like they hate their job, decided to give it another try, no improvement, the guy who took my order was surprisingly rude, sane attitude as the prior employee at the window.I just drove off.Customer service needs improvements incident occurred 7:30am 11/29/25.i like coming here cause food tastes good and the portions are also the way they should be.

I placed a mobile order at 5:53pm, and it said it would be ready at 6:01pm. I arrived at the drive-thru right at 6:01, but was told it would be another 10 minutes. When I asked if I should park and wait, the response was basically “umm, you can” — not very helpful. Unfortunately, I couldn’t even pull out of line since there were two cars in front of me, so I was stuck waiting in the drive-thru. The whole point of ordering ahead is to save time, and this completely defeated that purpose.

STRONG AVOID. 1. it took 25 minutes, after ordering, to receive three little street tacos and three little deep fried taquitos, which they call flautas...AND yet, the meat was cold and chewy/old. 2. the cashier was having a horrible day, was extremely rude without reason and then shorted me a dollar $3 and change for this wildly overpriced food. 3. The soda mix was not syrupy and tasted like just carbonated water. 4. Even the chips were stale and chewy...

Worst TC ever… I like tc food and prices in general, I know there’s multiple stores so I’m definitely going to a different one, but this store specifically is THE worst.. Always dirty, staff always in a bad mood and don’t seem to care about customers, the food is mid at best at this location like they don’t make it right. Came here a couple of times because it’s close to work but not anymore. Would rather eat somewhere else than here. The McKinney TC is really good if you can go there I’ll recommend it 10/10

Taco Cabana was a decent place when I went years ago. Either the quality has gone down terribly, or something was very wrong with this location. Everything about the experience was negative and off-putting, most of all the poor quality of the food. The salsa bar says made fresh daily. It's a big selling point. But if you look at the picture I took, all three salsa options had plastic wrap around the edges... Wrap that had been used to store it overnight. Maybe made fresh daily doesn't mean it was made today? It was gross, not fresh. I could go on and on about tortilla dough on the floor around the machine, and the general poor quality, but I'll sum it up as follows: this Taco Cabana is a disaster, and I'll never return. Suggest going somewhere else. It would honestly be hard to do worse!
