I visited fresh and co for the first time Monday morning z I was looking for a reasonable and healthy breakfast and lunch. Now the lunch was a bit pricey but I had more than enough to save for dinner that night. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was extremely helpful. Astrid and Jamie were so nice to me when helping decide. They were patient and allowed me to have taste samples which were amazing. I would recommend this to everyone!

What a hidden gem in Chelsea!💎🥰 I stopped here because I was looking for a fresh food restaurant close-by. I have been delightfully surprised by not only how tasty the food is…but also by how lovely the staff are💖😘They have been so inviting and sweet😍 Gave me so many recommendations for dinner. You can choose from hot food, soup, the salad bar or dessert🧁Yacht rock music also makes the atmosphere special 🎶🥰🛥️Definitely a do over and will definitely visit again very soon🥰

Good place for it's price. The food is good. I took a burrito bowl. They let yiu choose from a few options the carbs, veggies and protein. The stuff makes your mood! I liked the tables and music as well!

I so wish we had found this place sooner. We stopped for breakfast and there were great GF options (including bread) for my husband with celiac. I had the keto energy bowl and it was GREAT!! I wish I had taken a picture because it was a beautiful dish. This was also the cheapest place we ate and everything was so fresh. GF options are more difficult than we anticipated in NY so I highly recommend this place!.

Fresh&co offers a lot of friendly food for those with allergies. My friend with gluten allegory felt like heaven when she was here. The food was delicious. I love how accommodating everyone here was. The staff was really friendly. She managed to get glue free toast, fruit, potatoes and omelette. All things she can actually eat. I encourage others to try their food too!

The food is delicious and smells wonderful, you definitely have to try it.

Great location and opened early. The ladies working were extremely nice to my Son and I. They were patient with him while he was ordering his food. They even made sure we were all set up to eat on the go. Building was very clean and presentable. We got an egg and bacon sandwich, French toast, and two shakes. Egg and bacon didn’t have much flavor. The shakes did have much flavor but ok since it seemed fresh. I’d return for the service but not for the favor.

Decent food at decent prices. The ambience is nice. The place is large. The staff is very nice. The Food comes out quick and fresh. You can’t really ask for much more at this price point I highly recommend it. The California turkey wrap is very good. Definitely better than a lot of other food in this area for a quick bite. Go get it

They use buzz words like "fresh" and "healthy" as excuses for the food not having flavor. I so badly wanted to find something good here that I gave this place 4 chances. On different days I tried a salad, sandwich, bowl and smoothie, and while the produce was fresh, everything lacked in the flavor department. The one thing I enjoyed, the "vegan sausage egg and cheese" is unfortunately not actually vegan because it has real egg and cheese in it. I only found that out after reading the takeout menu because the wording on the sign doesn't make that clear. I feel like it would be very easy to add sweetness to the smoothies with honey or maple syrup, improve the sauces or add basic seasoning to the food, and not cop-out on the vegan options.
