Team members are so friendly and attentive.store is clean , sign up for membership in the store is fast and got one free donut for my first time purchase was great 😃.
Great place to pick up a sweet treat! Received quick service each time and worker was friendly. Not very busy, and there were two workers present. Got some glazed donuts.
Krispy Kreme conveniently located in Fulton Center. I am not a fan of doughnuts but my better half loves Krispy Kreme. So I decided to surprise him while we were in the area. KK has great donuts and latte. If you want a quick pick me up this is definitely it !! I can only do this once or my teeth won't like me anymore. Customer service is great too !!
Casual Krispy Kreme location at Fulton center. We got the mini glazed donuts. They were freshly made and delicious as always.
It’s finally open inside the Fulton Center. I love their donuts!! It’s soooooooo good. You have so much flavors to choose from but you can’t go wrong with a glazed donut!! Friendly staff! Very clean! I definitely without a doubt highly recommend this place! Stop by and get your snack on.
Josh is the best, he’s super nice and gives out the best advice. A huge part of me buying there is getting to be treated like a priority and it’s all cause of him. 5 stars!!!
you can never go wrong with Krispy Kreme, donuts are consistently yummy! however, I’m here to applaud Josh’s service. he really brought some sunshine to an otherwise dreary, rainy Sunday. Thank you for your kindness! He deserves a raise!!!
Morning is when to visit! Less of a line, and can even snag a seat to eat. Night time visits the lines are super long. If you order at the kiosk you can't get the Times Square exclusive red Apple donut and other selections are limited although this line moves soooo fast. Learned that the hard way. hop in line, watch the donuts get made, and you can grab that, merch, and all other products they offer.
The Times Square Kristy Kreme is always a treat! Fresh donuts and coffee—it’s so fun seeing how the donuts are made! Love their little gift shop as well. It’s also one of the only locations in the area with an affordable bathroom (if you know, you know).
It was my very first time trying Krispy Kreme and I absolutely loved it! The flavor is so unique, and the classic glazed donut is simply phenomenal. Since I had their rewards program, I only paid for one donut and got 3 more for free because it was my birthday, such a nice surprise! The Times Square location itself is beautiful and fully themed, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a 10/10!
If you are a KK fan, this is a must stop while wandering Times Square. Fun memorabilia and a friendly atmosphere. For the price of a yummy snack you can even use a clean restroom. The donuts and coffee are hot and as you expect from KK. Prices are higher (hello tourists) but the people watching from their prime location is priceless.
🍩 The ultimate glazed doughnut experience! If you're lucky enough to catch the iconic “Hot Original Glazed” sign glowing red, you’re in for a treat—a free, freshly made glazed doughnut, hot off the line! The shop’s sleek design adds to the charm, with a viewing area where you can watch the mesmerizing doughnut-making process unfold right before your eyes. A sweet experience in every sense.
I visited the Krispy Kreme branch in Times Square during my trip to New York, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Times Square — and the shop has a bright, welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. The staff were incredibly friendly, smiling, and eager to help even though the place was busy. The service was fast and organized, and I appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. The doughnuts were fresh, soft, and tasted absolutely delicious — exactly what you would expect from Krispy Kreme, but with the added charm of being in one of the most famous spots in the world. I also enjoyed watching the doughnut-making process through the glass window; it’s a fun touch that makes the visit more special, especially for families and kids. Prices were reasonable considering the location, and the quality was excellent. If you’re in Times Square, this is definitely a must-visit spot for a quick treat, a coffee break, or just to enjoy a sweet moment in the middle of the city’s hustle and bustle. Highly recommended!
Really loved this place. So easy to order from the machines and wait for your food and drinks. Well organised place with a great selection of drinks. Ended up taking the caramel latte and the big apple doughnut. Staff were very friendly and professional. The security guard was also welcoming. When you step in here it’s a positive touristy feeling. Highly recommend the doughnuts and they coffee comes in a great large size that’s perfect for mornings.
Line was very long but worth it. I wish we had them in Spain. It was so hard to chose but we managed.

I was so happy when this Krispy Kreme opened up downtown! This location is easy to get to and they always have lots of options with quick service. Pop your donuts in the microwave for 15 seconds and it will taste like it just came out of the fryer.
I love me a good Krispy Kreame donut and this location serves me well. It’s located close to my office. Keeping me from having to travel to the flagship on 42nd street. It’s a little stand located in the Fulton street mall near the Broadway Street side. They almost always have what I’m looking to pickup. This year I was excited to see they have the Halloween Boo Box. Last year I went crazy looking for the spell book box. I swear it was a phantom box that never existed 😂😂. I wanted to gift it to my grand kids. So this year Nonna was successful 💪🏾. My only gripe was when I for home and opened the box I was missing a donut 😩 🍩 I couldn’t believe it. First time ever…… I will now check all my boxes before leaving. So for that they get 4 stars
It's good to take one donut 🍩 at a cheaper price from here. The taste is all good and you can get all at a reasonable price. The variety is good and you can almost eat every flavor in a very low price. A good place to satisfy your donut need.
Crispy Kreme financial district. Right on Broadway entrance of the Fulton sq. center on the main floor. As far as Donut experiences go, I give it an above average reviews since I prefer their donuts over Duncan. However, Crispy being a chain, isn't on the same level as the custom bakery donuts or the craft donuts like the donut factory on Grand St. However, I must predicate by saying I am no Donut connoisseur. In summary: its better than Duncan, but a step behind the craft donut establishments.
It was nice to finally visit this place. Interesting to see how the infamous donuts were made. It was a lot smaller than expected but still fun to experience. There were also limited flavors and you’re bound to find more in the other kk locations. And the apple donut wasn’t really good for it the top red glaze tasted like medicine. But still a fun NY experience!
Small location inside the Fulton center. Was fairly empty when I went on a Sunday morning. The staff was friendly enough. You know what to expect from Krispy Kreme. Delicious as always although not as fresh as other locations. Give them a try!
Placed pick up order online for a work event. Very easy. Picked up 72 donuts. The inputs were great and the Grinch decorations were awesome. They ran out of green for the full grinch face don’t but they were still a hit with clients and staff!
It doesn't matter what flavor you choose, all the donuts are equally delicious. The regular glazed one is still my favorite, though. You will feel a sugar high even after eating just two donuts. The donut dots are good too.
I was surprised by this Times Square location. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. None of the kiosks were working but the line went relatively fast for it being near the door. You could still order on your phone if you wish. The donuts here are more money than the other locations in NY. My favorite location is the one in Penn Station. What I like about this location is that you can request donuts right off the conveyor belt as the glazed donuts are made in house. I ordered a glazed and a snoopy limited edition cookies and creme donut. After eating the regular glazed donut (that was hot right off the conveyor belt) the snoopy one was very lackluster. I threw half of it away. I normally like cookies and creme but I dont know what happened here. That donut wasn't the freshest as it was a little hard but it was the filling that tasted off to me. The service was great even though they were so busy. I kept a paper hat as a souvenir. They sell shirts, cups and tumblers as well. I saw an elderly woman with her family saying how her donut was really good as she was eating it. That warmed my heart. There is a small seating area with even smaller round tables.
This is times square location we were walking thru and had a craving for a donut 🍩. We used the kiosk but I suggest if no line walk up to front and see all the donuts that are there. They have bigger selection not mentioned in the digital kiosk. Which was annoying bc after we selected and went to the front they had other varieties I wanted. But service was quick they have a some spots to sit and eat . They do have other menu options like drinks. Place was super clean too

Krispy Kreme in Times Square is definitely busy, but the staff keeps the line moving. The doughnuts were good, though the production area wasn’t as clean as it should be. There’s seating, but many people linger, making it hard for new customers to sit. Having someone manage the flow would help. Overall, it was about what you’d expect in NYC.
Krispy Kreme donuts are pretty much what you’d expect — sweet, soft, and enjoyable. The real downside here was the service: staff were not very friendly, with no smiles and a rather cold attitude. It’s also a shop, but honestly there isn’t much worth buying beyond the donuts themselves. The one cool part is watching the donuts being made fresh, which is fun to see once, but overall the experience doesn’t go much further than that.
I've only tried Krispy Kreme once in Vegas a long time ago...I was waiting nearby so I decided to walk over here to kill some time and try them again. \nIt was actually completely packed. Like .. w…

Nice donut, presentation and coffee choices, but there’s literally very few places to sit and enjoy your drink or donut would certainly go to a different coffee shop

I thought it was a sweet dream that there was a location THIS close and I know that Krispy Kremes is such a highlight to me and my colleagues. Unfortunately this location has shown to be mistreated and neglected. As pleasant as the employees are the three times I have purchased from this location the donuts were almost on the same stale level of Duncan Donuts and this Last incident the location said open, but no one was there. I thought if I purchase online that it would come from another location, but they sent it from this location and yet nothing arrived. I've been a fan of the krispy kreme since a child in Ohio when yall had the maple sticks, but this location really is heartbreaking that it does not keep up the experience like the other locations. I guess I will plan for some extra time and go out of my way and go to the other 3 locations in Manhattan. Or just stop going. Today i had to go to Duncan downstairs and we all know that was not cute.
It's cool there's a Krispy Kreme in lower Manhattan but this location does not honor Krispy Kreme app promotions. Plus there needs to be a location in Brooklyn. There's one in every other borough, even Staten Island!
My friends and I walked extra to go to this location for the fresh doughnuts and were utterly disappointed. After waiting on the line for 15 minutes, we got to the register and were told that this …

Very bad service, the guy at booth entrance very rude almost violent. Is impossible that there is a manager at this place, even a regional manager. Don’t go to this place:
Our kids were excited to visit this store on time square only to find the rudest staff we’ve ever met, how this store has any customers I don’t know, girls serving were rude, impolite, uninterested…
Rude staff who need some customer service training. Give your money to someone who will appreciate it. Donuts were tasty but staff attitude left a lot to be desired.
Krispy Kreme one of my favorite donut locations. This location best suited to knock out a craving. They have limited supply due to the fact this location doesn’t have baking on prem. They gave a small shipment every 3-4 hours from what I understand from the staff. During any promotions they disable access to order online due to the high demand and location. This location should straight out band all promotions since the lack of supply and demand. Usually long wait time during the morning and lunch and end of work day hours. Many homeless at this location not very safe even though it to close to the finical district and city hall. When you walk around you may notice the smell of urine. This area very sketchy late around 5pm
~ DON’T EVEN BOTHER ~ In honor of National Coffee Day, I went to Krispy Kreme to pick up a free medium coffee and doughnut. The employee told everybody on line they would not honor the free promotion. The employee was unemotional and unapologetic. Take your business elsewhere.
The attitude of the employees at this location are so unprofessional. The cashier didn't ask me to come up when it was my turn, he just stood there and stared at me. When it was time to pay, he just pointed at the credit card terminal. It was like buying a donut from a guy who hated my guts. I was so uncomfortable by getting the silent treatment that I will never go back to this location. I understand retail can be tough, especially in the city but this overt rudeness is too much for me to deal with and now I just won't go back.
We wanted to order at the kiosk real quick and there were plenty of free kiosks and the sign seen in the picture clearly says “skip the line order at a kiosk”. For some reason the gentleman at the door felt the need to let us wait in front of the door even though half of the kiosks were free and tons of people were the store be by the second Would not recommend, obviously people are on some kind of a power trip
