It's an ok experience, nothing bad, nothing good, don't expect to be acknowledged in rush hour or when there's a lot of orders, they tend to rush and it takes them time to actually come see mobile orders and come to the register. Some are disrespectful some are just ignorant, I go there sometimes because I live right near it, they are open at night but service ends at 10:59 at counter so you have to order on the app to pickup, and it becomes a drive through only basically. Overall it's a ok McDonald's
Very clean and organized. I like it made me feel comfortable. The staff are very nice and polite do there job very well. The staff are fast and know how to keep the line short. You order in one side and pick up in the other side. They have seating available. In the first floor you can sit or go up the stairs to more seating and the bathrooms. Didn't go in the bathroom's but I know they have bathrooms. This is one of the best McDonald's I ever been into. I will be coming back here.

Always packed. The servers think if they don't make eye contact we don't see them. Very unorganized, they should have staffing to have ppl manning the mobile pickups, delivery pickups plus the register. HIGH volume lunch time period in the Financial District is not the optimal time to train on the register as well. I have seen it multiple times. It just seems like the blind leading the blind. It's a last resort type of thing nowadays. Wouldn't recommend if you're trying to get something quick and correct. Literal Hunger Games once you enter the double doors. May the odds be ever in your favor 🤭🤷🏽♀️
Had a terrible experience here, would not recommend at all. Kiosk to order was broken so I picked to “pay at counter”. When I walk up to the counter the lady there is chatting with some other doordasher for like 2 minutes with me clearly standing there needing help, then just walks away. When I yell from behind the counter that I need help she says “Ok I’ll be right there” and ignores me for like 5 minutes. I had to flag down the manager to get her to come help me. Worst McDonald’s service I’ve ever received. If you choose to come here, hope you don’t actually need a human to help you. Also the coffee was horrible, the food was fine.
Terrible! I ordered 3 orders with promo and the y already made it. They only give me 1 order said only one promo per visit. Why don’t you warn that before I place the order? Okay now you either wasted the food or eat the food I paid!

If they were not working on my order they could just not confirm my order. Instead my order was instantly confirmed when I placed the order through the mobile app. I waited the whole time believing that they were working on my order. What a disappointment.
When you place an order for pickup and 3 of the 13 items are missing. The app is terrible and there is no way to say, which items were missing and the location’s mailbox is full after the instructions say to call the restaurant. Refund the whole meal please not just what you bitterly stole from me by handing me the bag as complete.
I want to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of a cleaning staff member at your restaurant. Today, while I was on the second floor of the establishment, I witnessed a shocking violation. The cleaning lady, without regard for the people present, blocked the passage to the second floor with barriers. People who were eating and resting at that time were trapped without the possibility of leaving. This act not only created an emergency situation but could have led to serious consequences. In case of an emergency, evacuation would have been impossible. After setting up the barriers, the cleaning lady left, leaving people in a difficult situation. I demand the immediate dismissal of this employee. Such behavior is unacceptable and does not meet safety standards. Please review the surveillance cameras and take appropriate action. I believe that such actions are unacceptable, and employees who behave this way should not work in your establishment.
