Hot fast food, they get it right every time. Friendly service and those egg rolls and sourdough jack are the bomb. HOwever, I think the iced tea MAY have been made w/out a fresh washed filter as it had a strong bitter coffee flavor so I just threw it out. Sourdough jack was excellent though.

I like oreo shake here .It’s thic 😋😋😋 If you like shake you have to order here.

This is my home location as it is down the street from me. Service is usually pretty good and they mostly get my orders right there. Food is good.

drive thru person taking orders was not very with it on knowing their menu, but maybe she was new!? food is decent though.

Service is fast, food is good and the people who work here are nice. I usually stop by in the morning when I'm getting off of work and get a meat lovers burrito with hash brown and orange juice.

Really nice, Patient workers made fresh coffee for me. Pretty decent deals. $3 for a breakfast sandwich, hash brown and a small coffee. Would go again.

Only hear for the munchie meals. They are a good value and just what you need if you are hungry at 9 o'clock. Hopefully you get the box they give more fries than when given it out in the bag.

4 stars because they were a bit slow to complete my order for 2 breakfast sandwiches and a breakfast burrito. They also made 1 sandwich with ham and both should have had sausage. The breakfast burrito was very good.

Placed my order at the drive thru menu, asked for large Oreo shake, large curly fries, homestyle chicken sandwich.. everything was delicious and would give 5 stars if my curly fries were actually filled to the top. I paid for a large, why did they fill it 3/4th of the container? Than I should have only been charged 3/4th the price right?

I was very impressed this last trip. Trainee charged me 3 separate egg rolls instead of the 3 piece. Her trainer caught it and actually said something and refunded the difference.

I haven't had Jack in the box for a couple of years. Spicy Chicken sandwich was yummy. I don't say that very often it was yummy.

My wife likes their chicken sanwiches, my sons really like their hamburgers, and I am in love with the tacos.

Very efficient very hot food , the employees work very hard. The drive thru moves efficiently. The inside is very clean. This is definitely a go to spot after hours, that means: after the club, after you get off of work, after a couple of beers and it’s super safe.

Food is good and hot. Fresh too. People that are working there are polite. 4 stars because you can only get one red hot sauce per order, even when the order is multiple combo meals. Will be back since it is nicer than Covina.

If you live in the Corona/Norco area, this is one of the nicer Jack in the Box. It was evening time when I went so there weren't many people in the dining room. The drive thru was another story. My food was nice and hot. The order was served quickly. The staff is friendly and the dining room was clean. I would recommend this location.

Place is pretty clean, but what I really like is that the customer service was better than other locations. They actually Smile when they take your order.

Slow service in the dining room. An employee was talking on her cellphone while working on the dining room Coke machine. She wasn't working very fast but was talking alot in her phone. So everyone in dining room had to ask at the drive thru for drink choices.

They 4 times out of 10 forget something to put something in the bag that I ordered, and when you call, the answering machine just picks up.

They discontinued the peach ice tea😣 other than that Jack in the box 2 for $1 tacos are always good. Great customer service only gave it a 3 star because of the discontinued tea.

Great place to stop for a quick bite to eat. Unfortunately this location frequently keeps their Coca-Cola freestyle soda fountain locked / off and you have to ask an employee for refills.

I have mixed feelings about eating here. I love my tacos but it’s hit & miss here at this location. I’ve stopped going to other locations just because I never got good tacos. At this location, sometimes they’re great. Warm & crunchy. Other times, they are warm & mushy & greasy. The employees always seem so busy & I can see they’re working hard. They’ve always been nice & professional. Bathrooms are decent. Dining room too most of the time.

This place is okay. It has an inside restroom, reasonable customer service, relatively clean dining area and normal fast food. There are really no big surprises here. Better prices if you use coupons, lots of soda flavor options.

they have great staff but you can tell that it's probably owned because they don't like to honor the promotions for very long. Sometimes they even change out the buns or patties for smaller ones to a burger that you know should be bigger

Nice menu for fast food...my favorite is cgicken fajita pita, as it is low in calories and fat...I get it with a side salad to avoid french fries in a combo. Service can be pretty slow at times.

Pull up to the drive thru. "One large unsweetened ice tea and one small ice coffee". I had to to repeat my order three times. Staff "Spicoli" is not listening or paying attention. Will not come back.

Why do you have to have their A/C blasting away when it is less than 50 degrees outside. It did not shut off the entire time we sat. The girl at the counter wore a jacket and was still cold. Fix your HVAC!!! The food was good.

Their services lacked customer service skills. I was running late and wanted to pick up a quick bite. We go to fast food places for FAST food. As I ordered I told the employee I had a coupon for a free burger with the purchase of a large drink. I placed my order and told them about the coupon again assumed I would have my free burger, apart from the other items i ordered, and as I drove off I noticed it was missing! I had to return and get off. The amount of employees compared to how busy it was is ridiculous! I told Jessina about the error and she made it seem like I was lying. She looked at my recipet like a hawk. I told her about the coupon and showed her and was rudely told to wait. I waited an extra 5 minutes for my burger. I was charged 4 times on my debit card in the last week when I haven’t even gone there for the last 2-3 weeks. I’ve just learned that many people are having their atm info stolen and being charged. For as much as 200$+ , they’re stealing from many people.

My atm card info was stolen at the drive thru by an employee... just canceled my card and reported to jack corporate... 4 charges were made to my account before i caught it.. also several other peoples info has been stolen and fraudulent charges have been made... if you use your atm card, please be careful and watch your account... their manager at this location refuses to take calls about this and hangs up on you..

Won't answer phone day or night - always have their fax answer so to talk to manager about order for kids horse night party of 36 could not reach them so used weinerschnitzel instead - this problem has been this way for last 2 years so we just gave up on them for any of our kids riding clubs needs - all others - DW - Carl's - In & Out - McD's - Burger King - all anxious and willing to talk with us and set up programs but since Jack in Box opened out here in late 90's have always maintained a holier than thou attitude when working with community. Hopefully another franchisee will get this store and things will change.

Seriously like the worst customer service Jack-in-the-Box ever! If you go early in the morning they always make an excuse about their computer not working. If you go in the evening most of the employees barely speak English and are super rude with the little bit of English that they do speak. Couple of their managers are OK but they are usually not there on the evening shift or the morning shift.

Apparently they cant do math, got charged for something I wanted. Got home it wasnt what I wanted. I went through the drive-thru a few weeks back I called to complain to a manager that was rude over the phone she told me to go back and I will have a free meal. I went in a few weeks later and they did not have my name in the book they questioned me. I didn't even want the food anymore but they ended up giving it to me. The manager wasn't a very good one. Most likely I will not go back.

This JITB is consistently one of the worst fast food spots I've ever encountered. The food is fine, if they get your order correct. The staff make the job look hard but likely to be an issue with culture as it has been this way for near a decade. Whenever they do get someone who is good they're gone shortly after. We try not to go here unless its late and everything else is closed. We've tried contacting the Corporate offices directly but nothing ever changes. I guess if you have enough customers to profit, the experience with your employees doesn't matter.

Night manager is rude. They entered my order wrong and since I didn't catch it on the screen, they refused to fix it. I ordered a Fajita Pita combo and tacos. They entered the fajita and a drink but not the combo. I didn't catch it until I got out of the drive thru. I went back around and since I said the order was correct on the screen... The manager closed the window on me and walked away. No offer to fix the issue... no offer to charge me the difference... ( 31 cents!!)... Just a big F-off. They need to replace the manager on duty tonight with someone who actual cares about customer service.

They don't listen to your order properly or offer you sauce of any kind and when you call because they got your order wrong the manager talks over you to tell you that you are wrong and then asks you to never come back. This was very frustrating. Tried to order food about 10 minutes ago waited in a long line ordered my meal. Went to split the bill with two cards and employee did not know how to do that. Please teach your employees how to properly use your POS system it’s not that hard. That was two meals wasted. Update : she ended up charging my card no food ……

When I confront them about them dropping my food, they said "no that didn't happen." "What about that box you just moved with your foot?" "uh .uh. No." Thanks for dropping someones food and then serving it. They also shorted me $00.10 on my change. I will never be coming back here again. So this guy with a goatee when we first get here asks for our order with a tone not a good one and then when we ask for sauce he makes a smart remark when we asked for more. Over all rude.

I never recieved a reciept from the manager after agreeing that the total and order on the screen was correct before pulling ahead. When approaching the window the girl then gave me the wrong change. The girl then gave me an attitude, then gave me my correct change but did not give me my drink. The girl crumbled up my meal bag and then handed it to me.I wont be back poor service. Jack in the box over on Reservoir and the ,60 freeway is more or less a let down most of the time . And please believe me when I say that I am speaking straight from on the heart on all this . Jack in the box was my favorite place to eat for years and years !!! Anyway ,, the coupons that we get are fabulous bit I just need to remember to go to a different one and then all will be well.. The chick at the window is to busy gossiping and talking about stuff like just because she's talking in Spanish nobody knows what she's talking about. I ordered four tacos no sauce all of my tacos haf sauce. I ordered a root beer and got a Dr Pepper instead so if she would stop sitting there chit-chatting and gossiping she can get the order right but apparently their service doesn't matter. I was just at the drive thru picking up an online mobile order. It said my order would be ready by 11:10 pm, as we get to the drive thru for pick up there was a line of about 4/5 cars ahead of us. Little did we know we were going to wait in that drive thru for over 25 min. Service was so slow, that other vehicles behind us started to leave. We almost did too but my kids were hungry and the order was already paid for. I will NEVER go back there again. Its so sad, it's supposed to fast food for a reason. I hope this improves some how because it was pretty ridiculous. Honestly we should have gone to McDonald's across the street

Where to begin… first of all, I have never been to a Jack in Box that had some chairs across the registers for a seating area. It’s like they know they are going to take a very long to have your food ready. As I sat there waiting for someone to be ready to take my order, I witnessed an argument between employees. No care in the world I was standing there waiting to order. After a couple of minutes I asked one of the guys if and when he has a minute, I would like to place an order. He said, okay, turned around to face the fries, waited about 30 seconds, turned again to me and pretended to greet me for the first time and said “welcome to jack in the box, may I take your order?” This was bizarre, like he needed to get his stage face on before taking my order. While waiting for my food, I began to notice the girl on the fryer touching frozen food with bare hands, no gloves, just hand to food, then tossed stuff in the fryer. I then began to observe more and realized she was also cleaning and wiping her bare hands to her blue jeans; maybe because of the frozen food; then proceeded to keep working the fryer. I kept observing and it only got worse. Girl got a new bag of fries, dropped it on the ground, picked it up then opened it. Still no gloves. The opening of the bag was not big enough so she stuck her hand inside the bag to grab a hand full of fries, again without gloves, then again tossed them in the fryer. After watching her confidently working, I decided to ask someone that seemed to be the leader of the group working about the professional food handling. I asked “I don't work in the food industry so I don't know what is happening but, is she supposed to not use gloves?” “Again, I don’t know about this so I am curious because I also watched her clean her hands on her pants then handle the food.” I was told “oh I don’t know, I’ll bring it up to the manager, because I don’t know; she’s the shift leader right now.” After that, I just took my food. Tossed it in the trash outside and had to leave. I am lost for words.

Stopped here at 2am after work today and got a munchies meal. It's like the fries were just tossed and all over the bag, burger was dry, and was only given 2 ranches for 2 tacos , halfsies sides, and a burger. Where as other locations give me 2 for tacos alone. You'd think they charge the employees for the sauces they give out or something on top of just throwing your food into the bag in an unappetizing way. Once again I go here and they under seliver. I ordered the jack munchies meal with birria tacos. When asked if I wanted sauce I asked for an extra ranch. I didn't realize the meal wouldn't come with the sauces and condements shown in the advertisement when I rolled in. They did not provide the dips and garnishes promised in the image st the drive thru. I was disappointed only having a single dipping sauce thinking I got one extra. What a rip off.

At the end of the month near rent time they suddenly charged me 80$ unexpectedly. This screwed me bad. I only go there to dump my trash now.

The quality of the food is fine, but staff is a no-no. I have been ordering from this location for over a decade since residing in the IE, and this is far worse than Rancho Cucamonga or Chino Hills locations. Here's the story. Yesterday the app had a Wednesday promo for a free jack wrap with purchase. Stopped by there to grab lunch with my dad and younger brother, and when my dad picked up my order before we left we asked for buttermilk ranch dressing as my younger brother liked to dip his egg rolls with it. Ordered a Crispy Jack Wrap, three boxes of 3 pack egg rolls and four of the tacos. A large stocky Latina woman who is the manager on duty (not the other one that is the slender woman), made us pay extra for the dressing sauces. Also, when we returned home to eat the Jack Wraps, tacos and egg rolls, we realized that two out of four tacos were actually missing, as well as one of the egg roll boxes. My dad had to rush back to the this location and he inquired about the missing tacos and eggrolls with the SAME useless manager, she refused to disclose her name and is so naive, unprofessional and rude that she kept bragging about her bagging the food and saying thar she went too fast so she can say that she purposely left our tacos behind. Well guess what? She also turned her back and did not want to say anything further about the situation. How would you hire a leader who would single us out and not resolve such a simple matter? She refused to even refund the money from the missing items, which I am very disappointed and horrified. We will also have to end up waiting for the credit card company to refund us via a dispute resolution process. I will have to end up going to the Rancho Cucamonga location near my Apple Store from now on. Even though it is a bit further away their employees get our orders right all the time!

A no go location for me. I had gone through the drive-thru a couple of weeks ago around 9pm. Got my food and went home. The next day, I notice my credit card was missing. I searched EVERYWHERE for it. Only place I didn't check was this place (last place I would think it would be at). I tried calling the location but the number was disconnected. Drove to the location and sure enough, they had my credit card. The manager at the location didn't care at all that my credit card was held onto by the cashier the previous night. In my 20 some years of fast food, I never have had a cashier not give back my credit card. My fault for not realizing it but cashier should have returned my card after the purchase was complete.

I would leave no stars if possible. The staff almost never opens on time, and they are extremely rude if you come at opening time and they arent ready. They were great back when they were 24 hour service, now I cant stand coming here and wondering if I will be able to get breakfast before I have to make it to work. Though the company doesn' seem to update any of the hours for Jack in the Box locations, this store opens at 5:30AM, they are not 24 hours, and neither are any of the other stores in the area except for eastvale.
