It's no longer the mcdonald's we grew up with. The service is good, but the food is just not worth the money.\n I've had a few hamburgers this year and didn't like either one of them, they just weren't good. What can I say services is a 5 food is a 2 and a 1/2

This morning I bought to Sausage Rgg McMuffins and a Large Coffee with 4 Cream 4 Sugar the sandwiches were excellent however I watched them pour the coffee and it looked like straight water when it got cool enough to drink it didn't taste like coffee at all it tasted like Hot water with cream and a little bit of sugar. I don't drink coffee very much or often but when I do I would like it to taste like coffee. Not very happy with today.

So I would give them 2 1/2 stars if I could and my rating is based over a ten year of experience at this mcdonalds, so there is one manager lady she is like a main manager I give her personally 5 stars she is great but the rest over all experience is 2 1/2 . I have had issues with workers not washing hands after using the bathroom to I swear they re used a beef patty I returned to make me a new sandwich. So they are always busy but I wish they had 100 employees like the manager lady that is awesome .

I would leave negative stars, but that’s not a option I just sat in the drive-through for six hashbrowns and two sodas they had me pull to the front and wait 30 minutes about yes 30 minutes for six hashbrowns and two Diet Coke. I’ve said this at different places before, but they should change this to where you can leave a negative review for the stars. I visit this place quite a bit because it’s the only McDonald’s in our area, but the service is absolutely terrible and the people that work there care less than the corporate people that run it I don’t wanna go on a rant and be rude or disrespectful but the service here is below poor beyond the fact that they tried to convince me that waiting 30 minutes for five hashbrowns is totally normal in the drive-through which I responded. OK lady sure thing I would leave my receipt and go through the whole process, but I’ve done this before and absolutely nothing ever gets done. The employees do whatever the hell they want and it’s probably because the area is not too good so the employees run the store however they see fit and treat customers very poorly. I do understand it’s in a bad area, but on the same token that doesn’t justify the bad behavior.#2 this is the second review. I guess I forgot about this one. I came back to this McDonald’s it’s now 2026 so I guess I did this bad one a while ago. Well, it hasn’t got much better folks to the point where the employees are super rude beyond disrespectful then they get your order wrong three times and act like it’s your fault which I think is hilarious if you may let me make my food. I probably would’ve got it right in my book. McDonald’s is done. They don’t care about the customer anymore.

Where should I start. 1st, the menu is designed to confuse the consumer. There is a picture of a chicken sandwich. Which by the way looks great with lettuce tomatoes and cheese. Than you look at the menu and they have created four options of the same thing but with no details, so you have no idea what you're getting. When you finally get it, it's a smashed bun with a piece of chicken from the freezer that was frost bitten and two thin pickles. Nothing else stuffed in a bag. Who puts a chicken sandwich in a bag! Really guys! No wonder you're having such problems. You over price crap food, (if you even call it that)and miss lead the customer. And the second thing is your customer service. I ask about a price on something the the employee just stops talking for about 25 seconds. Not hold on let me find out for you or anything. Then when I go to the first window, the employee tells me it's blaw blaw, instead of saying how are you welcome to McDonald's. Then I go to the second window and another employee says, here you go and shuts the window. They weren't rude, they were simply unwelcoming You need to do better. Much much better. I have officially boycotted this location.

this potato was lying around for more than an hour in this establishment, I sat and waited for a long time for it to be cleaned, I was curious how the service looked at all this, but everyone just walked away as if they didn't care 🙄

I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered cookies and asked for two cups of water, which are supposed to be free in California. The employee only gave me one. When I asked again, she was rude and closed the drive-thru window on me.I asked to speak to a manager, and she refused, closed the window again, and walked away. On top of that, the cookies were crushed, melted, and not what I ordered.Her behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I even took a photo of the employee so management knows who I’m talking about.This kind of service is unacceptable, and I am requesting this issue be escalated to corporate and addressed immediately.
